We were down for the Newport Jazz Festival, and this was the perfect base camp. We're sorry we didn't make it down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The apartment was very clean and comfy. It's a great location for the state beaches, Newport, and the adorable Wickford village is nearby. Our host Steve was very responsive!

My husband and I stayed here to attend a festival in Newport. It was perfect! Clean, easy to get in and out of and the perfect amount of room for a couple.
