Desert Ridge Retreat with Pool, Putting Green, Corn Hole, & Game Room

Everything was wonderful. The kids and my husband loved the games in the front room. The house was spacious and handled our large family well. We will stay here again for sure.

Our family had a wonderful spring break week getaway! The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing, yet close to almost everything we wanted to do. The house itself is beautiful, with stylish decor and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.The kids especially loved the extras like the arcade games, putting green, and pool, which kept them entertained for hours. We did run into a few issues with the pool area at first. The pool had not been vacuumed and needed cleaning upon our arrival. After a quick call, a pool technician came out, cleaned the pool, and showed us how to activate the great waterfall feature so we could enjoy it whenever we wanted. While the vacuum unfortunately did not continue working the rest of the week, the pool itself was in good shape after the service.We also had an issue with the pool furniture, but Matt, the repair technician, responded promptly and came out to assess everything. He went above and beyond by returning later that same day with new lounge chairs and umbrellas so we could enjoy some much-needed shade. With temperatures ranging from 95 to 107 all week, that made a huge difference.We can’t say enough about how responsive and helpful Matt was, his quick resolution really stood out. On top of that, the owner made a personal visit and brought Crumbl cookies to make sure everything was going well, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. We would stay again in the future.

Gorgeous backdrop to house. Very convenient for a hiking launch point. Quick access to local trials and you skip all of Phoenix if going north. Spacious, kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again or book for family.

Nice stay overall. Fun pool and great location!

Upon arrival the door code didn’t work, and neither did the Garage code. Had to call for help to get in.Front Door floor/ welcome pad had a lot of plant debris. Not swept out or blown out in a long time.Door off wooden furniture in living RoomGlass Kitchen Lights were filthy on top, but unit inside was clean otherwise.Some Roof tiles were haphazardly on the roof topBBQ was dirty/filthy but it did functionSome Indoor shades missing ability to go up or down.Leaves all over back yard & tree in the ad photo cut down. We found a few 12” tall weeds between cement & AstroTurf proving nobody had cleaned up yard in awhilePool dirty, not just leaves I could easily scoop out but the sides were full of bird poo, vacuum not working, thing to fill pool leaking & it was Memorial Day Weekend with my grandkids.As we called the number we were told to call if we needed help, we only got some help, and were told to call others to tell them about our issues. It was a big GRADUATION Weekend for us, but this isn’t even close to a LUXURY Rental. A bate & switch situation of a rental & we didn’t deserve folks passing the buck when we complained about the lawn & pool not functioning. Janet (Grandmother & person who paid for this rental)
