The house was clean and the host friendly. He was hard to get hold of at first, and the website was somewhat impenetrable. Once we made contact, though, he was great.The only real issue was the car noise from the road, which was pretty constant throughout the day. Also, very close to neighbors.Otherwise, it was a good house at a decent price.

Classic Donner Lake cabin. Fantastic location directly across the street from the lake with beautiful views. Easy access for daily swims or SUPing. Nothing fancy. Certainly dated. But that's all part of the charm. Dog friendly. A great stay.

Fantastic The rental was SUPER Kitchen had all the necessary equipment and was fully stocked with spices and paper goods for the stayWe were a party of 9, everyone had adequate space to spread out inTruckee-Donner Pass—Route 89-Truckee River Float-Tahoe City-Olympic Village-Tram to top with hikeAccommodation were great, view spectacular, only problem was TOOOOOO ShortThanks to the owner for his attention to details to make the house FABULOUS

We recently stayed at this rental home. Our vacation was perfect from start to finish. Very clean, well maintained home. The location couldn’t have been better with a walk across to the lake and views are spectacular! Kitchen stocked well with pots and pans, appliances, dishes, etc. Beds and baths well supplied with fresh linens and bath towels. Max, the host of the property, is very kind and communicates with you from start to finish to make sure your needs are met. Highly recommend this property and would definitely book another vacation here. 😎. Our family is planning our visit for next year.
