Stayed here for one night and sorry we couldn’t stay more nights - set right on the river the Park is first class - our cabin was very comfortable and quiet - surrounded by Pelicans, ducks, Paddle Steamers and other pleasure craft - a couple of good options for dining - we opted for the Mannum Club which was great - enjoyed a Paddle Steamer ride after checkout which was really nice.

Fantastic Big4 Park, right by the River Murray in the lovey town of Mannum. Beautiful setting, great air conditioned cabin, absolutely loved my stay. Perfection!

So very helpful, lovely staff who went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. Cabin was clean, welcoming and comfortable. Park facilities were adequate but being right on the river, not much else is needed! Will definitely return and absolutely recommend this lovely holiday park.

A great spot. we would return. Good facilities with a lovely outlook over the river. We stayed in a cabin but the caravan area also looked good. Limited swimming, but they had kayaks to hire and there were boats on the river. Nice town. Pub had good meals. nice short drives in the area. Pity it hasn't rained for 2 years, the hills are just desolate.

It was such a pleasant experience staying at this Big4 property as a family group. We enjoyed all the aspects of the stay, and the kids and the dogs certainly had so much fun. Highly recommended!

Ideal location on the riverbank. Grounds well kept and cabins and sites well laid out. Easy walking distance to the town centre with shops, cafes, hotels and pubs. The new cabins are a treat. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We expected much better from a Big4 Caravan Park. Our cabin was unbelievably tiny. A bedroom clock was provided in a drawer because there wasn’t anywhere to have it. No power points near the bed. Only enough room to walk almost sideways around the bed. Bunk beds in what was really only a hallway. Nowhere to put clothes when having a shower, no hanging hooks etc. No oven tray provided for the grill size oven. Very basic for the cost! It was NOT cheap!

Deliberately booked the riverfront cabin for the views & didn't disappoint. Awesome cabin, modern with all the modcons. Loved sitting on the verandah enjoying the river views & activities & birdlife. Plenty of pelicans. Easy walk up the street to access eating & shops. Very quiet. Ate at the Pretotia Hotel both nights, excellent meals. Highly recommended.

The 4 person cabin we booked was totally overpriced. I’m was a very basic & small cabin. It was not the one in the photos you supplied. You had to walk sideways down each side of the bed as the room was so small. There were no power points near the bed head so the supplied clock could not be used, nor could a CPAP machine which is a necessary medical device. The bathroom had no hooks so there wasn’t anywhere to put your clothes. The small grill/oven didn’t work properly & no trays were supplied for oven use. The refrigerator was set too cold. Definitely not value for money.

Great unit, lovely park next to the Murray River. The only negative was the shower, a bit difficult if you are older and not so nimble. A big step up with nothing to hold to steady you. Otherwise, it was fantastic.

Stayed here for one night and sorry we couldn’t stay more nights - set right on the river the Park is first class - our cabin was very comfortable and quiet - surrounded by Pelicans, ducks, Paddle Steamers and other pleasure craft - a couple of good options for dining - we opted for the Mannum Club which was great - enjoyed a Paddle Steamer ride after checkout which was really nice.

Deliberately booked the riverfront cabin for the views & didn't disappoint. Awesome cabin, modern with all the modcons. Loved sitting on the verandah enjoying the river views & activities & birdlife. Plenty of pelicans. Easy walk up the street to access eating & shops. Very quiet. Ate at the Pretotia Hotel both nights, excellent meals. Highly recommended.

A great spot. we would return. Good facilities with a lovely outlook over the river. We stayed in a cabin but the caravan area also looked good. Limited swimming, but they had kayaks to hire and there were boats on the river. Nice town. Pub had good meals. nice short drives in the area. Pity it hasn't rained for 2 years, the hills are just desolate.

Staff are very friendly, cabins are very clean, walking distance to Main Street shops, just a great caravan park, we stay here instead of Adelaide an commute to Adelaide for appointments

Ideal location on the riverbank. Grounds well kept and cabins and sites well laid out. Easy walking distance to the town centre with shops, cafes, hotels and pubs. The new cabins are a treat. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room staff location pet friendly everything was awesome, also noticed the internet had been upgraded thank you, only thing that sucked are drunk people drinking smoking around the kids, doors or windows cant be open because it just smells of smoke, n Shouldnt have to put up with drinkers & smokers, should be a alcohol & smoke free location.

Sheets were dirty. Staff were rude and disrespectful. Felt discriminated prejudiced against because of my name and staff seemed very bigoted. Very disappointing.
