Lovely, spacious home in an upscale neighborhood with a large great room, big kitchen, and plenty of parking; convenient to shopping, restaurants, museums and entertainment. And a perfect view of the total eclipse from the large patio with plenty of seating (a roll-up awning that we didn’t need) and a gas grill which we did. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary accoutrements and basic household items are provided. The home is clean and well maintained and there is plenty of room outside on nicely landscaped grounds. The hosts are gracious and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The outdoor space was amazing as well! We had 9 family members staying here for a wedding, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked and we had several great meals there. This is a Big house, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 9. Everything we needed was there. Back yard is nice. This host provides things we are not used to finding in our VRBO rentals. Like soaps, shampoo and even some food in the pantry. She brought over fresh eggs from their chickens. We found a Kroger close and plenty of places to shop. Good restaurants too.

All was as promised and more than expected. The house was expansive with its own park setting. One of the family stated that he wished that he stayed at the Vrbo rather than the hotel for the occasion! We were thankful for a personal tour of the accommodations which included a huge HO train layout!

Upon arrival we were met and greeted to shower us with appreciation! Family members from out of state joined the family and friends in Dayton, Ohio. Even the smallest request or not mentioned were given to all of us. The home was a HOME surrounded with outside property of Nature and Peacefulness. Truly the 5 bedrooms and other accommodations were comforts as we shared our Love for Mom. We were able with their assistance to hold my Mom's repass outside with comforts! The owners and care givers honestly were the BEST and I remain indebted with GRATITUDE for making this extremely sadness met with Peace and Joy!

Our family really enjoyed this home. There is a big back yard for children to run and get out the wiggles, inside is not only beautiful but very spacious. Our younger grandchildren loved the large family room to play with their toys, games and just play. We would rent this home again for our family! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

This home is exactly as described. Lots of room for a large family. Areas for family to gather, play games and hang out. Also able to spread out so you didn’t feel on top of each other. Super clean. Large area outside for kids to play. The location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was close by. The hosts were great with communication and very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

We were in Ohio for a family vacation and to attend a family members wedding. The property at Beavercreek was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the location was near the wedding venue in Miamisburg and also near great family activities such as Scene 75, Great Wolf Lodge and Kings Island. The host was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We will gladly stay again when in the area.

We had an excellent time staying at Country View Estate. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive when contacted. We were in the area for a family gathering and everyone in the group was very happy with the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and this property definitely will be considered if we ever travel back. It was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group.

And a perfect view of the total eclipse from the large patio with plenty of seating (a roll-up awning that we didn’t need) and a gas grill which we did. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary accoutrements and basic household items are provided. The home is clean and well maintained and there is plenty of room outside on nicely landscaped grounds. The hosts are gracious and accommodating.

We were in Ohio for a family vacation and to attend a family members wedding. The property at Beavercreek was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the location was near the wedding venue in Miamisburg and also near great family activities such as Scene 75, Great Wolf Lodge and Kings Island. The host was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We will gladly stay again when in the area.

Like soaps, shampoo and even some food in the pantry. She brought over fresh eggs from their chickens. We found a Kroger close and plenty of places to shop. Good restaurants too.

We had an excellent time staying at Country View Estate. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive when contacted. We were in the area for a family gathering and everyone in the group was very happy with the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and this property definitely will be considered if we ever travel back. It was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group.

Upon arrival we were met and greeted to shower us with appreciation! Family members from out of state joined the family and friends in Dayton, Ohio. Even the smallest request or not mentioned were given to all of us. The home was a HOME surrounded with outside property of Nature and Peacefulness. Truly the 5 bedrooms and other accommodations were comforts as we shared our Love for Mom. We were able with their assistance to hold my Mom's repass outside with comforts! The owners and care givers honestly were the BEST and I remain indebted with GRATITUDE for making this extremely sadness met with Peace and Joy!

The owners, Matt and Keri made us feel so welcome; they actually live next store, and addressed every question we had immediately. We felt like we now have true friends in the Dayton area. Do not hesitate renting this property …..you owe it yourself to rent this beautiful home at least once in your life. We will return to your country paradise without a doubt!

Very roomy & well-cared-for home in a quiet area. Wife & I both remarked it would be a great spot for a major holiday, and perhaps we'll return for something like that in the future. Super-clean with comfy beds & showers. Again, LOTS of space. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

This home is exactly as described. Lots of room for a large family. Areas for family to gather, play games and hang out. Also able to spread out so you didn’t feel on top of each other. Super clean. Large area outside for kids to play. The location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was close by. The hosts were great with communication and very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The outdoor space was amazing as well! We had 9 family members staying here for a wedding, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked and we had several great meals there. The hosts were great to work with and very responsive. One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had!

In addition to the roominess of the house, we had a lovely patio with furniture where we could relax outdoors. We also enjoyed extra treats that the host so graciously left out for us. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies!

Wonderful experience! Keri was super helpful and accommodating to our requests; very kind and quick to respond to our texts. The property was in a great shape, very convenient for our larger group to hang out in the mornings and evenings. The location was closer to a lot of different stores and restaurants than I expected. It worked perfect for our group and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is unsure.

5 stars is not enough for you! I would give you a million if I could! Matt & Keri, this home is amazing, beautiful and our trip was perfect because of booking this home! For anyone wanting a quiet, scenic location this is the one! The host ensured that our stay was nothing less than perfect! The rooms are big, beds are comfortable and the double head shower was the best! The pictures do this home absolutely no justice. Way more beautiful in person! Ran into the owner during our stay, he was the nicest and most hospitable man ever! This home had everything you need from dishes to cookware, to champagne glasses and dishes to put together a beautiful spread for a small get together. This location didn’t feel like other rental locations, it felt like for the weekend we were apart of these hosts family! I want to thank you for the beautiful memories we made at this location! Great house with lots of space for our family to enjoy visiting & share family dinners, etc. The area was very quiet & were enjoyed the beautiful patio & back yard.
