Waterfront, Pool & Hot Tub Only 10 Min to Downtown

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would! The host made us feel very welcome and informed from the beginning to the end of our trip! Our first impression upon arrival with the huge oak tree with the Spanish moss hanging from it and fountain was breathtaking. The home itself was perfect and every detail was thought of from the the amazing beds and appliances down to the little signage that somehow fit in with the decor and left us with no questions of where things were placed, and instructions for the things we needed to know. There were more than enough bath towels, pool towels, coffee and supplies! This is something that is sometimes lacking. Our most favorite thing to do was just to sit out back in the hot tub, watch nature and enjoy the awesome view as the kids played in the pool. We hope to return again on our next trip!

This was the perfect home for our family. We preferred being at the house, enjoying the pool, hottub and taking in the beautiful scenery from the deck. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We can't wait to visit again.

Thank you so much to Trey for allowing us to have a micro wedding celebration, we could not have asked for a better place to start the next chapter of our lives. The majority of conversations this weekend mentioned how the house had everything anyone could need from safety pins for securing broken dress straps to bug spray and kids sunscreen. We did not want to leave! Many many tears were shed saying good bye to such a beautiful house. We will be back!

The owner came through for my family when we were dealing with a family emergency. The home is beautiful, with a stunning view and a layout that allows for both communal and private spaces.

Our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children under 6, had the most wonderful family getaway art this beautiful estate. Everything was spotless and tastefully decorated. The living space was ample for the bunch of us yet we could safely keep track of the children. although a bit cool we used the pool, had a few campers and enjoyed the hot tub. The location is excellent as well, near a supermarkets, a major highway, downtown Savannah and Skidaway Island. The views are absolutely gorgeous and private though so one still feels secluded. Trey was quick to communicate and was very accomodating. We highly recommend staying here.
