Breakfast was average. I wish there were more hot or protein options

Room was horrible. The sliding bathroom door did not work, so using the bathroom with zero privacy was, again, horrible. The temp in the room was 64 degrees. Nothing we did could change it. So I slept in my jacket and PJ's. Dudes loitering in the front entry way. The block is super filthy. The tissue box had 1 used tissue in it. Just nasty. The additional $175 deposit after fully pre-paying is outrageous along with another $5 for incidentals. Smh. Room was the size of a walk in closet. Bed smelled like it was only sprayed with Febreze. The whole experience was awful. Not to mention the loud music blasting in the restaurant that you are forced to walk thru to get to the elevator while people are partying and eating. Just uncomfortable, inconvenient and again, all the guys hanging out in front of the entry way while being in and out and in and out of the restaurant isn't cool. I am a native NY'er and this was just a super wack experience. Never again!

Everything was perfect.

A localização do hotel é perfeita, 1m da estação de metrô. O quarto estava impecável, tudo novo e limpo. O único ponto que não me deixou dar nota 10 é pelo café da manhã. O café da manhã deixou muito a desejar, pouquíssimas opções e as que tinham eram de baixíssima qualidade, não tomei nenhum dia. De resto, a recepção sempre atendia muito rápido e ainda guardou minha mala após o checkout que foi bem cedo.

This is a great place to stay. I look forward to my next visit.
