We enjoyed this home with our children and grandchildren. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together in the common areas as well as plenty of private space for everyone. The lake and dock were very enjoyable. We rented a boat and spent the day tubing on the lake. The house is beautiful. The kitchen is huge, beautiful, and well equipped. We would definitely love to stay here again.

WE loved our visit in your home. It is a beautiful spacious well equipped home. The children and grandchildren enjoyed the game room and fishing off the dock. It was nice to have extra life jackets and kayaks to enjoy. We took our boat for tubing and were able to enjoy the big water right at the end of the cove. It is great to have a washer and dryer to access during our stay. The large pantry was wonderful for us to spread out our boxes of goods we brought from home. I do want to advise that there is a missing piece to the Keurig coffee maker and when it rained it appeared to us the gutter was clogged causing water to puddle on the porch. Our stay was wonderful!

House was great and easy to find. Dock was wonderful and with gentle slope so easy to access. Lake view was beautiful and nice and quiet. Kitchen equipment (utensils & pots & pans) could be better. Would stay here again.

This is a beautiful property and very affordable when staying with a large group. There are a lot of things to do on the property, although unfortunately we couldn’t spend a lot of time outside since the weather wasn’t that great. Lots of room inside and on the screen porch to relax and enjoy being together. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

6 girls met up for the weekend and this house was perfect. Tons of beds, full kitchen and great outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets off the dock and plenty of parking and garage space. Everything was peaceful! We will be back again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, brand new lake house on Lake Sinclair. The owners were great and informative as well. My family enjoyed fishing, swimming, cooking (the built-in outside stove and grill was amazing) and family fun. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. This was our first time on Lake Sinclair and we will definitely stay in this home again, if we're able to get on their books.

Our family rented this beautiful home for a period of 4 nights over the holiday. It is a brand new home that has an open and airy concept, lots of natural light, and plenty of space for a family to relax and enjoy. The backyard is huge which made for great fun playing frisbee and soccer. The kids used the available kayaks and SUP boards everyday which made for great memories. We also used the boat lift to store our boat. 20 minute drive to Kroger for groceries. Loved our stay and want to come back again!

Went for a birthday celebration and to tour Georgia College. Perfect location, only 15 minutes from the campus. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Lots of things to do at the house. Very clean. Will absolutely return.

Loved the beautiful home...it was spotless. The only issue was contacted the host in order to figure out how turn on the heat...they responded quickly...but when we reached out to them concerning the televison on the patio that we couldn't get to play...they never responded. It would have been awesome looking at the big screen tv outside...but everything else was perfect!!!

This place was PERFECT for us and we hope to come back soon. It had absolutely everything we could need and we just wish we could have stayed a few more nights. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because there was some goo stuck to the kitchen counters, the grill needed some cleaning (surround area wiped down) and the towels smelled a little musty but none of those things were a big deal whatsoever. We absolutely loved it!

Great property and house with a beautiful dock. Very peaceful and everyone in our family enjoyed their stay. The only complaint is they need someone to turn the ac down to cool off the house before arrival. Upstairs rooms took all night to cool off.

This is a gorgeous beautiful home! Well stocked. Great for a larger group. One of the bathrooms is downstairs and not connected to a bedroom. Not a dealbreaker by any means, but wish we would have known that on the front end. Guest contact is responsive!We would absolutely stay here again!

My daughter's GCSU graduation activities covered multiple days. This home allowed us to have the perfect weekend with our family all in one place enjoying each other and the festivities! The home was beautiful, spacious, filed with all we needed... AND had an amazing sunrise/sunset view. We were able to slow down and focus on each other in the most perfect, relaxed setting. This home really made the experience complete!

My daughter's GCSU graduation activities covered multiple days. This home allowed us to have the perfect weekend with our family all in one place enjoying each other and the festivities! The home was beautiful, spacious, filed with all we needed... AND had an amazing sunrise/sunset view. We were able to slow down and focus on each other in the most perfect, relaxed setting. This home really made the experience complete!

Our family rented this beautiful home for a period of 4 nights over the holiday. It is a brand new home that has an open and airy concept, lots of natural light, and plenty of space for a family to relax and enjoy. The backyard is huge which made for great fun playing frisbee and soccer. The kids used the available kayaks and SUP boards everyday which made for great memories. We also used the boat lift to store our boat. 20 minute drive to Kroger for groceries. Loved our stay and want to come back again!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful lake house. Our family was visiting our daughter at Georgia College. This home is only 15 minutes from the school. Great location!Beautiful lake views! We will return.

We had a wonderful stay with four generations. The location was serene and the house was beautiful and accommodated everyone so well. The kids loved the kayaks and game room! We will definitely be back!

Great house. New still and the porch, dock, kitchen, TV options, game room are all top notch. It was clean, private, and a great Lake location protected from the busy waterway. Large back yard with firepit. Bring wood. Grill is charcoal only. Master is on the main. Other bedrooms are upstairs. Would return.

Can't say enough good things about this property. The home and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. It was quiet and peaceful. The lay out of the home was perfect for the six of us. Plenty of space to have privacy when needed and a great living/kitchen area to gather together. We also loved the outdoor room, fire pit and dock areas. The homeowner was helpful and easy to deal with. We already plan to return next year.

Loved the house. There were 2 kayaks available to use and multiple life jackets. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner even put up a small Christmas tree and other decorations. Teenagers enjoyed the fire pit and game room.
