Just Beachy | Putting green, piscine chauffée + lanai + arcade

My friends and I were looking for the perfect place to spend a weekend together, and my birthday felt like the ideal occasion. We needed a home big enough to fit our whole group while still offering enough rooms and private spaces for everyone to feel comfortable and have their own retreat. Just Beachy delivered exactly that.The rooms were beautiful and cozy, and the open common areas brought everyone together naturally — whether we were grilling out, lounging by the pool, or actually jumping in. Every moment at the house was memorable.What also stood out was the customer service. I had plenty of questions right before finalizing my booking, and the team was patient, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout — much of it after hours, which says a lot. That’s a 10/10 experience in my book.We checked in Friday, May 1st and checked out May 3rd, and I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat. I’ll absolutely be recommending Just Beachy to friends, and I hope we get the chance to come back!

This is a very nice house. The communication was fabulous. They always responded within minutes. I would highly recommend BNB.

I am a bit of a snob when it comes to staying overnight at places. I was here for work and needed somewhere clean and comfortable. This place exceeded my expectations! It was spacious, incredibly clean, and just what I was looking for!!

So much offered on this property. Pool table/ ping pong table. Swimming pool. Firepit (smores every evening). 4hole putting green (clubs & balls provided).Huge great room with comfort seating for everyone.Well equipped kitchen for lots of home cooking for our boarding school kids. Coffe, tea, spices found in kitchen.Full size washer drier.Would definitely use this house again.

Our week stay was amazing! Landon and his team work really hard to make the guests feel like we're at home. They have everything!!! From an ample amount of COMFORTABLE seating to 2 different coffee makers and coffee/tea to go along with them. All you really need to bring is your clothes and food you'd like to cook while there. The home is beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. The air conditioning kept the house COLD in this summer heat! My boys enjoyed swimming everyday and they were able to use the noodles and pool toys that were there at the house. I made use of the back patio every morning enjoying a cup of coffee. We also went to the beach and were able to use the shovels and buckets that were there as well. They provide laundry detergent so that's one less worry about having to purchase as well. My boys also enjoyed the Pac-Man gaming machine and the multiple games that were on the console. Also, the WIFI was top notch!! Definitely made it easy for my husband to complete work projects and respond to emails easily even with everyone having several devices connected. I can literally go on and on about our stay but I think I've gotten the point across. This was definitely the BEST stay we've had at a vacation rental. We will definitely be using this rental in the future and would recommend anyone else looking for a safe, spacious, beautifully decorated and clean comfortable space to book here. Worth every penny and you won't be disappointed.
