Victorian Home-2Br/2Ba w/ Huge Porch & Game Room!

Spent a week in this beautiful, historic home with SO many stylish and modern updates. Everything we wanted and needed was there - kitchen is so nice and bathroom(s) have a great shower with awesome water pressure. Gorgeous location with comfortable porches, lake views and sunsets. Very well appointed, lovely stylish furniture and also very comfortable. Beds were great! Such a nice location surrounded by other beautiful, well-kept, historic lake homes - and all the gardens are just stunning. We really enjoyed our stay and the fenced area for our dog was a secure space for him and just perfect to sit outside and enjoy. Great area for dog walks too while admiring the beach and gardens. Off-street parking was also appreciated in the secure, gated area. We have family in the area and can’t wait to stay at Gregory’s home again next time we’re visiting from Colorado. Thanks for a memorable vacation!! PS the game room is super fun, my husband loved the video game! Also - Great frozen custard and Italian food just a few blocks away.

House was great for 4 people. Owner left snacks, water, coffee and plenty of towels. House is older, so lots of floor creaking but other than that a nice place. Couch could be a bit more comfortable but there were plenty of places to sit. I would definitely recommend if you want a house near the beach. Short walk to pier, plenty of places to eat, and Abotts frozen custard.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home in Rochester, NY (Charlotte area). The location was perfect, being near the lake and close to various attractions, food spots, and highways. The house itself was clean, easy to access, and had a quaint charm that made our stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly helpful and provided us with a lot of useful information, making them a great communicator. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the area!

Property is perfectly located for our visits to local family. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking and dining needs; comfortable beds; cute decor. Special touch of Christmas tree and decor made it a home away from home! Will definitely return.
