We are very grateful to have stayed in this lovely, historic home. John shared with us a wonderful history of the home and the area and Debbie was a gracious hostess. They made us feel truly welcome and it was hard to peel ourselves from the beautiful porch! We are already planning our next stay here.

Although a beautiful house, it is very old and creaky. Fortunately we were on the top floor so we didn't have to endure someone walking around above. On a brighter note the owners were wonderful and the continental breakfast was good. Location was great but the parking was a problem, especially if all rooms are booked.

We were able to check in early and were met with such a sweet greeting! Debbie and John were like family. John had a lot of history about the home and about the town that we found very interesting. Our room was so cute and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this lovely home for a night or two! Plus the breakfast was amazing and snacks and drinks we an added plus!

A beautiful historic home within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The hosts are delightful and the accommodations are excellent! The front porch is a wonderful spot to sit and read or simply relax and listen to the birds. We highly recommend Love Lane B&B!

Well made and well kept, this home offers many advantages as well as thoughtful touches you wouldn't expect like 24 hour snacks and refreshments as well as a small ICE maker so you always have ICE available. Excellent place to stay, comfortable, quiet and a good breakfast. Porch area was beautiful as we watched the squirrels attack the bird feeders! This was a great place to R&R after a ling day at the Conference.

This B&B was in a pretty, historic home close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. My concerns were that the house was kept at an uncomfortably low temperature (59 degrees downstairs and 63 upstairs)! I know it’s winter but this is too cold! My personal preference is also to have a dark room for sleeping. The white sheers on the windows did not allow for darkness, especially since there were multiple light sources outside. Adding shades of some kind would make a big difference and maybe even add a layer of insulation. The hosts and the breakfast were nice enough but not enough to make me return here.

Fantastic stay. The owners are quite a personable and colorful pair and have done a phenomenal job with the property. We stayed in the 3rd floor suite and enjoyed every minute of it. Consider making your next Asheville trip a Waynesville trip and enjoy the hospitality of Love Lane!

Hurricane Helene created minor issues, but John and Debbie were gracious hosts. The 3rd floor room I stayed in was perfect for a bachelor, but bathroom lighting and counter might be a challenge for women with makeup.

Great stay at the cool historic home at Love Lane. John and Debbie were excellent hosts. Had at great conversation at breakfast with our host and other guests. Great location, short walking distance to town. All in all a great experience.

Loved everything about our stay! House is beautiful and charming. John and Debbie were welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed our conversations! Nice towels and bedding. I slept so well! Walking distance to breweries and restaurants in historic downtown area. Our stay was short as we were just stopping through but hope to visit again soon.

Although a beautiful house, it is very old and creaky. Fortunately we were on the top floor so we didn't have to endure someone walking around above. On a brighter note the owners were wonderful and the continental breakfast was good. Location was great but the parking was a problem, especially if all rooms are booked.

We were able to check in early and were met with such a sweet greeting! Debbie and John were like family. John had a lot of history about the home and about the town that we found very interesting. Our room was so cute and very comfortable. We would highly recommend this lovely home for a night or two! Plus the breakfast was amazing and snacks and drinks we an added plus!

Perfect location and hosts if visiting Waynesville. Downtown is walkable from B&B. The owners are very hospitable. Our room was comfy and clean. Loved the front porch and fresh continental breakfast. The banana bread was soo soft and delicious

Love Lane B&B is a wonderful place to spend a long weekend. Hosts John & Debbie couldn’t be nicer or more helpful and informative. The entire house is absolutely lovely, the room was comfy, breakfast was marvelous (fresh, warm brown bread & muffins included!), and a free history lesson from the proprietors if you’d like. And, the town of Waynesville is charming with lots of excellent restaurants, shops, parks, entertainment and fruit stands.

The owners here are fantastic. I really enjoyed the history lesson by John upon arrival and Debbie took extra care of us when we had to leave before breakfast time. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Loved out trip here.

Excellent place to stay, comfortable, quiet and a good breakfast. Porch area was beautiful as we watched the squirrels attack the bird feeders! This was a great place to R&R after a ling day at the Conference.

Amazing place to stay and the owners, Debbie and John, were so nice and hospitable. They welcomed us into their home like we were family. Morning authentic New Orleans chicory coffee was the best way to start the day on the porch watching the cardinals and other birds feeding was mesmerizing. Breakfast was great and it was tough having to leave. Highly recommend if you want to stay at a place within walking distance to downtown Waynesville.

Absolutely wonderful hosts! A fantastic location - walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and breweries. Our room was spacious and lovely with a very comfy bed and excellent linens. Property was spotless throughout. Front porch was a dream. Highly recommend.
