Wohnraum, Schlafzimmer und Küche sind schön groß, das Bad ist allerdings relativ klein, aber man kommt zurecht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist top! Toll ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit für Auto und Fahrrad. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr, sehr gut, schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Preis war fair und angemessen.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und perfekt gelegen um in Würzburg etwas zu unternehmen. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und konnten das Auto im Hof stehen lassen. Die Küche ist funktional und komplett ausgestattet. Das Bett ist auch für große Menschen geeignet, Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Lage der Wohnung gut und in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß im Zentrum. Die Küchenzeile benötigt mal wieder eine Grundreinigung und Entrümpelung. Weniger ist mehr. Keine Deckel für die Töpfe gefunden. Fernseher benötigt einen Sendersuchlauf.
