Great view and house beach with lots of reef life and turtles. Perfect palm tree sunset views. Really comfortable clean condo units with private balconies. We will come again - mahalo

The place is literally right on the water with a veritable turtle highway out front with humpbacks jumping in the distance. Beautiful views and a beautiful sunset. The property manager was quick about changing out the propane tanks on the grill. Even the little things made it more enjoyable - the unit is close to the stairs stayed and elevator and the parking spot is right next to the building. Not much to improve upon really!made

Probably the best Maui place I’ve ever stayed. Great location, great view and great unit! Maui Paradise Properties (manages the unit) was great and very responsive. The unit itself, just like the pictures…very modern decor and design and a fantastic ocean view (see attached pics)…plus all the amenities one would need. Danny (the resident manager) was also very friendly and informative. I also loved the two gas grills right there by the beach. Also saw a ton on crabs by the shoreline, a few turtles and a couple of amazing eels! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for sure.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary . Overall we think this place has an amazing view & great location to multiple island spots. Major downfall is the AC unit is in the front of the condo so the bedroom was SO HOT even with 2 fans going all day. My husband slept out in the living room just because of it. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed . The washer and dryer didn’t work well which caused us to have to re-use our towels daily instead of having clean ones. We tried to call the maintence line multiple times and no one would answer. Parking is tight as well so plan for that. I’d give this condo a 3.9/5.

Just a great overall experience with this condo. Excellent views, close to shopping and food. Check in and out was a breeze and the complex was quiet and welcoming. We spent many mornings having coffee on the lanai and watching turtles glide by. Highly recommend!

This condo was just what I wanted. Every convince you need and especially the in unit washer and dryer. Sat on lanai and watched whales spout, tail slap and breach! No beach right in front of condo but some great ones close by.

The ocean front condo was great and the property was beautiful. Very clean and had everything we needed. Sitting out on the lanai watching the ocean and hearing the waves crash was so amazing. The best part was seeing and snorkeling with the turtles every day! We can’t wait to come back to the same condo.

This condo made staying on Maui easy. There was great access to the water for snorkeling and swimming and it was easy to get in and out for day trips. It was a little warm with only one AC unit located in the living room, but there were plenty of fans provided to move air throughout the condo.

We loved this property. The condo has been recently renovated and it was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped and has newer appliances. AC is available but we didn’t need to use it because of the winds and great airflow from the ocean. We loved sitting on the oceanfront lanai and were even able to use the binoculars in the condo for whale and spinner dolphin watching. Check in and check out was a breeze due to the keypad lock on the door.

We loved our time here. Perfect little condo with great views and sounds of the ocean. I was actually closer than we thought it would be from the pictures. Each morning we'd see sea turtles out in the water. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the natural cross-breeze when opening the windows. Loved having some chairs and the cooler.

From our balcony, we were treated to a daily spectacle of vibrant sunsets painting the vast ocean canvas – truly breathtaking. Our room was a haven of cleanliness and elegant decor, and the efficient AC provided a welcome respite, though the gentle sea breeze often sufficed. Great location. Unit was very nice, though my wife (an ex-custodian) thought the floor could have been cleaner bought (especially in the corners). We also had a problem with our initial midnight check-in as we were only told about one key, though two were required to get in. We eventually located the second key and it all worked out (very frustrating after a long flight). However, it all worked out. Note that the vacuum cleaner is missing a wheel, and your sponge mop was broken, so we bought you a new one!

This condo is exactly as pictured on the website. Its interior is recently updated and provided great kitchen appliances and fun beach decor. The bedroom and bed were quiet, spacious, and comfortable. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the condo. The most amazing perk was the lanai directly facing the ocean. We saw several whales, turtles, and a monk seal right in front of the unit. We definitely enjoyed the nightly sunsets from the quiet of our own space. We highly recommend this condo for couples wanting a peaceful place to stay.

The condo is beautiful and faces the ocean. There’s a nice lanai that we spent a lot of our time on where we saw lots of turtles. The bedding was so comfortable! However, we were disappointed when we realized the “AC” was just a swamp cooler in the living room. The bedroom is too far away for the AC to reach, so it was HOT. AC was one of the key reasons we rented this specific condo. The internet would go out 90% of the time so it was useless. It was nice, but a little overpriced. I would definitely stay again if the price came down.

Location is great, easy up to Napili and down to Kaanapali. The view is fantastic and enjoyed whale watching and sunsets! Bed and bedding are comfortable and enjoyed the updated unit.

My boyfriend and I were first time visitors to Maui and the places to find to stay were overwhelming… we chose to stay here for several reasons we liked above others and overall we’re overjoyed with our pick! We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others! It’s a beautiful place, reasonably priced, right next to some amazing beaches, food and activities, and everything was handled so smoothly.

Also saw a ton on crabs by the shoreline, a few turtles and a couple of amazing eels! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it for sure.
Probably the best Maui place I’ve ever stayed. Great location, great view and great unit! Maui Paradise Properties (manages the unit) was great and very responsive. The unit itself, just like the pictures…very modern decor and design and a fantastic ocean view (see attached pics)…plus all the amenities one would need. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary . Overall we think this place has an amazing view & great location to multiple island spots. Major downfall is the AC unit is in the front of the condo so the bedroom was SO HOT even with 2 fans going all day. My husband slept out in the living room just because of it. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed . The washer and dryer didn’t work well which caused us to have to re-use our towels daily instead of having clean ones. We tried to call the maintence line multiple times and no one would answer. Parking is tight as well so plan for that. I’d give this condo a 3.9/5.

Loved this condo! Great location with beautiful view of the ocean. We watched whales every single morning it was amazing. Condo was completely redone and the kitchen was awesome. Check in was easy and management communicated with me promptly. I would definitely book here again!

Just a great overall experience with this condo. Excellent views, close to shopping and food. Check in and out was a breeze and the complex was quiet and welcoming. We spent many mornings having coffee on the lanai and watching turtles glide by. Highly recommend!

If you want to do some whale-watching right from your lanai or fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves, then stay here! The unit was nicely updated. Great location, and the view is fabulous. A great ocean-front location. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s been 30 years since we were last in Maui, Lahaina our always go to vacation spot for many years. This unit was the way I remember Maui, beach front, waves crashing and a perfect location just up island from Kaanapali. This beautiful suite is perfectly appointed with pretty much everything you would have at home. Air conditioning? It’s there for sure but having the double LR sliding doors open and bedroom windows and the breeze is perfect…all you can hear are the waves crashing. Want to snorkel? All the equipment is there with a multitude of turtles literally right outside your room. Maui doesn’t get better than this. A big Mahalo for making our stay the best in many years…we WILL be back. This condo was just what I wanted. Every convince you need and especially the in unit washer and dryer. Sat on lanai and watched whales spout, tail slap and breach! No beach right in front of condo but some great ones close by.

We had a wonderful trip! The location cannot be beaten, and the condo had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the laundry in the closet as well. I did not realize the AC was a wall unit located in the living room, but the Maui breeze kept the condo comfortable at night. The small beach in front of the condo had sea life and turtles. The view from the lanai was incredible. We can’t wait to return!

Location is great, easy up to Napili and down to Kaanapali. The view is fantastic and enjoyed whale watching and sunsets! Bed and bedding are comfortable and enjoyed the updated unit.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great amenities and an incredible view. We were able to watch turtles from the lanai every day and saw beautiful rainbows every morning. This unit had everything you could need when enjoying beautiful Maui. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Condo was nice. It had everything we needed. View from lanai was amazing. We enjoyed breakfast on lanai every morning. Husband loved watching the turtles. Would stay again on next trip to Maui.

We loved this property. The condo has been recently renovated and it was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped and has newer appliances. AC is available but we didn’t need to use it because of the winds and great airflow from the ocean. We loved sitting on the oceanfront lanai and were even able to use the binoculars in the condo for whale and spinner dolphin watching. Check in and check out was a breeze due to the keypad lock on the door.
