The weekend spent at Punkin Manor was wonderful! The place is very inviting, spacious and very comfortable. We spent most our time in the entertainment area which includes the media area, pool table area, sitting area by the fireplace and the kitchen. The grounds are spectacular! Flowers were blooming, trees were leafing out. Due to rain, we did not spend a lot of time out side. But you can tell it is well set up to enjoy the out of doors. The location is perfect. Close to town, stores, restaurants, and vineyards for wine tasting (which we all enjoyed participating in). I definitely recommend Punkin Manor if you are venturing out to Newberg to explore and discover this special part of Oregon!

I took my husband here for a surprise 60th birthday trip and I have to say the place could not have been better. My husband was so thrilled to have an indoor basketball court. And we entertained ourselves with pool, hot tub, and the outdoor fire. Our dog loved the outdoors as well as the provided dog pillow. A large variety of birds come onto the property. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home and grounds. Felt like we were at a resort and our family were the only guests. With a hot tub, basketball court and pool table, there was plenty to do. The fire pit is great for roasting S'mores and the gazebo is a very charming sport to have a cocktail. The grounds and water features were lovely and very private. The house is beautifully decorated and includes a bathroom for every bedroom. There is plenty of gathering space too in the kitchen and family room. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heart beat.

The house/manor was amazing! We had five couples (10 people), each with our own room and comfy bed. The house is stunning and has fantastic features from the hot tub, to the gazebo to the indoor basketball court. Everything is amazing and would highly recommend for your next trip to our beautiful Willamette wine country!

Wow, this is probably the best short term rental I have ever stayed in. Everything was so well thought out and appointed nicely for an amazing guest experience. I have never stayed in a home that had its own indoor basketball court!! Then if you want to take it down a notch, you can chill, play some pool, or even jump in the hot tub! This place had it all for kids and adults! Even the dogs loved it and we didn't have to worry about them as it was 2 acres all fenced in. We will 100% be booking this home again in the future!

Had 3 groups of friends and some family that were wowed by the house and the property; really best-in-class and right at the gateway of wine tasting country. Pool table and hot tub were a hit to our crowd. Several chefs were coveting the kitchen and one person in our party dominated the Blackstone grill. Selfishly, the Master suite was exceptional! 11/10 rating.

The kitchen was tricked out with all the right utensils, pans and gadgets. The yard was rooming and quiet (and we happened to be there when the lilacs, wisteria and daffodils were in bloom). The bedrooms all had comfotable beds and nice linens. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, bath tissue, hair dryers, and shampoo/conditioner. The hosts were responsive to any questions we had. One of the best things I can say is that it was just as pictured, actually better than pictured.

Immediately noticed how spotless everything was! I really underestimated how much we would be using the indoor gym, the kids absolutely loved it and had plenty of space to get their energy out. I personally think the kitchen steals the show here. It was stunning, and every drawer and cabinet was stocked with top-of-the-line, high quality bakeware and every utensil/tool you would ever need. Made it so efficient and easy to prepare meals for a large group, and there was room for everyone! If you’re looking for a luxurious place for a large group in wine country, you’ll find it here. It feels completely private and secluded, yet somehow is minutes away from dozens of wineries and the hot spots of Dundee wine country. We will be back!

Kitchen was fully stocked for our chef to prepare a delicious meal. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was centrally located for the wineries we wanted to visit and the property manager communicated very well. Would stay here again!

We had 6 couples for 3 nights at Punkin Manor. The estate was clean, large, & provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay in the Willamette Valley. We enjoyed hiking, wineries, & Oregon Football while on our trip, & the accomodation provided the plenty of space for our group. We will definitely consider Punkin Manor & iTrip Vacations Northwest when we visit again.

We used this place as an offsite retreat for our executives. We do these quarterly and this was one of the nicest places we have found in the area. Lots of room, well appointed and just a beautiful home! I highly recommend it for anyone.

Great, we needed six bedrooms for three couples and three singles, plenty of bathrooms, awesome kitchen, sitting inside and outside. High quality amenities, decor, appliances, beds, etc. Spacious and comfortable, great hot tub. Pool table, awesome location to taste wine in Willamette, plenty of restaurants, loved Painted Lady and La Rambla, and Domaine Drouhin, Rex Hill and Sokol Blosser not to be missed for wine tasting. The home was beautiful and great for large amount of guests to have their own space as well as all together. Unfortunately the property was poorly managed. Our number one requirement with a travel home is a fully fenced in property. We have small children and sometimes take our dogs as well. In the listing it said that this was a fully fenced in yard though upon arrival we could not shut the automated entrance gate. When we contacted the property management they said it should automatically shut on its own. When I explained it did not and had been open for hours they said they'd look into it. After not hearing back I thought I would investigate further. I took the plannel off and noticed that one side had no power but the otherside did. I sent pictures and told them I believed there was a short. They thanked me for the extra information and said they'd pass this information along. They then got back to me saying the gate had been broken for months and their team knew this. I said this is unexceptable as we just arrived for our long weekend stay. They said they understand and will escalate this to higher management and they would call me in the morning. When no one called I messaged saying so and they said they will call me on Monday. Its now Friday and I still have not received a phone call. No follow-up no care. This was an extreme disturbance to our daily routine making more chores than relaxation. I'm shocked and disappointed, this was false advertising.

This property was very nice. Very well stocked with items needed during the stay. The property management was very communicative. We had a little mishap during our stay and they were helpful is coming to a remedy for us. Hope to stay at another iTrip property in the future.

We stayed here for a quick three night, pre school starting, getaway. Couldn’t have been happier with the choice. Home layout and amenities were more than we could have hoped for. Kitchen was particularly awesome with more gadgets and cookware than we’d ever need. We had to get in touch with management once during the trip and they were great to deal with. Very responsive and professional. Before we arrived, I asked a question about a volleyball net in the gym. I was told they didn’t have a volleyball net at this time. Honestly, not a huge deal for us, but it would’ve been a nice bonus. When we arrived, we were surprised to find a new volleyball net had been purchased and placed in the court waiting for us. The perfect touch to a perfect three day getaway. We will be returning, and I couldn’t recommend more adamantly.

I rented this house for a 40th birthday weekend girls trip. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, everything was well organized and in great condition. The rooms were cozy and we loved the outdoor area. It was in a great location and easy to get to.

We celebrated my mom’s 50th birthday here and everyone was blown away by how beautiful the home was. Fully equipped kitchen that was very organized and labeled so you knew exactly where everything went. Several people said they got the best sleep they had had in awhile. The customer service was excellent and the location was perfect to split time between wine tasting and shopping around Newberg. We definitely hope to stay here again!
