Modern Home w/ Great Amenities

Mr. Charles is a wonderful host and we always get a great response if we need anything. This was our third time using his property and we feel very at home. Highly recommend!

Communication with Charles was great. The house was very comfortable. The house was very close to a lot of restaurants. I would stay again.

Great communication with owner. I gave him details, hopefully helping. We enjoyed our 10 day stay. The floors, kitchen countertops really hadn't been cleaned. I didn't mention it, tho, just cleaned it myself. Maybe men don't appreciate a clean floor for clean feet, so I gave latitude. Morning/afternoon rush hours were noisy with warehouse and 18 wheeler trucks, nearby train tracks. We have a sleep/white noise for those things....not our first overnight stay in vrbo or the other one:)

The house is in a great location. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The carpet is dated and dingy, the towels are just okay. The couch needed to be vacuumed. Hair and food on and in the cushions. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. It was nice to have access to the garage for parking a car.

Charles was very responsive when we messaged him and the kids loved the place. It has everything you need which is great when traveling.
