Hotel is newly renovated and European minimalist in style. Room was decent size, beds and linens were fantastic, bathroom was contemporary with great shower. Unreachable closet. Pegs on wall for hanging clothes. Mini-refrigerator was too small to chill anything. Bring own cooler. Hotel across from a public beach and close to restaurants/other activities. Beautiful new outdoor pool and sun area. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotels.com says all fees and taxes, yet they charged me for parking. Total ripoff. Been staying at this property (different owners) for 40 years. Never charged parking before. Just a way to trick people into thinking it’s one price and then rip them off.

This property was recently updated and very clean- no musty smells. Friendly staff, great access to the beach which was right across the street, quiet street and great for walking. The beds were very comfortable, nice pool area and easy parking. I would highly recommend this motel and will definitely return again in the future.

Pictures are deceiving. Looks like a nice boutique hotel. But it’s a small motel. The pool area is way smaller than it seems. Did not go into the pool because it was dirty. My husband slipped on the stairs by the pool because they were wet. Room was okay but smelled a bit musty. If you plan on walking anywhere don’t stay here. Not close enough to walk anywhere but the beach. Would not stay here again or tell anyone else to.

Clean and quiet motel. We loved the stay here. Walkable to the nearest beach. The only thing missing was breakfast not included and the pool needs to be cleaned at the end of the day. There were so much stuff inside. I can still give them 5 stars.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, spotless rooms, and great proximity to the beach. Dog friendly is a must for our family, so it’s always great to find a nice place that allows pets. We would definitely stay again.

Cute hotel the rooms are updated and clean . The pool area is updated as well. The front desk was very friendly as well. We arrived a few hours early before check-in they gave us our parking pass early so we were able to go over to the beach while we waited for our room .

Very nice, clean facility with friendly staff. We visited in late October, so we had the place to ourselves. Beaches are walkable, the area is safe and mostly residential. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great quality for a good price. Note: The Town of Yarmouth is working on a huge water project around the hotel. This could be disturbing to some visitors. Check with the desk for updates. :)

Stay at Parker Beach Lodge was overall average. The lodge has been modernized and the finished look nice, the upkeep to the rooms is lacking. Our room specifically was quite dirty, even for a hotel room- the bathroom being the dirtiest. The shower was quickly cleaned, leaving lots of obvious signs of prior use and there was liquid splashes of various colours all over the walls. The shower wouldn’t drain upon first use and continued several times over our stay. The room had a very strong musty old odour that hit you upon entering and came home on all of our belongings. Strangely there were also mini fridges unplugged and outside most of the rooms. Didn’t look the nicest and hazard. Also pool umbrellas laying by stairs up to our room, also a tripping hazard in the dark. Staff seemed nice enough. Convenient location and less than one min walk to a beautiful beach. Would likely stay somewhere else next time.

Room was extremely musty - even the hair dryer bag had mildew on it. Visible mold on the bathroom floor. Water for shower was only warm at best. Ice maker was not functioning (had a sign on it saying out of service) for the three days we were there. Did not come to do daily room refresh - we went to the front desk to get more towels (nothing would dry in the room even with the AC blasting). The last time we were here we enjoyed it so much and the location is great - think we’ll choose another hotel next time.

I would have to rate this property as excellent however, these were the cons that I experienced . The double queen bedrooms floor you felt like you were at the beach. There was so much sand on the floor obviously not being cleaned properly. The bathroom has a window that the light shines through all night long we were in room 120 and it was rather annoying not even to have a curtain on it. The Internet is horrible barely had any. Mattress was comfortable however, the wooden base is dangerous. If you're getting up at night, you can bang your leg on the edge of the wooden frame. The mini refrigerator is a mini mini refrigerator enough to hold two bottles of water. That should definitely be addressed immediately. Luckily we brought our yeti cooler so we kept filling it with ice to keep our refrigeration things cold. Pros are the bed was extremely comfortable beautifully made up the room has a lovely Seascape. The water was hot but had to let it run for a while. I'm not used to Samsung TV so we just ended up watching Netflix or the news different type of cable similar to Roku.I hate. Front desk staff were very helpful especially the girls when we checked in super friendly and full of nice suggestions. The pool area was very quite very nice considering it's practically off-season. . The room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. I felt safe on the property. The beach is right across the street and a delicious restaurant is very close by. Kinda far from downtown area but that’s what Ubers are for. I’d recommend and stay again.

I’ve stayed at a few Lark Hotels, but this was my first time at Parker Beach Lodge. As expected from Lark, the property was beautifully decorated and furnished. Everything was very clean and the pool area was a hit with my 9 year old! I felt very safe there. The doors were study and secure, and the property has an after hours service (we did not need to use it since we had no issues, but were happy to know it was there). We met the new manager when we checked in and she was super nice and helpful. The only improvement I’d suggest is having housekeeping visit daily to make the beds, empty trash, and replenish towels. Overall, we loved the vibe and location—we were able to walk to the beach—and would stay here again!

The only thing I and my wife found inconvenient was the fixed glass shower wall. This required getting into the tub to turn on the water and shower. The tub was also slippery, a mat would have helped. Would rate 4.5 out of 5.

Great location, across from a beautiful beach. Bed for comfortable and sheets were super soft and elegant. Had problem with hot water that got resolved after 3 cool showers. No chairs or table in room for reading r eating. No breakfast on site. Needs attention. Staff was very nice .

Found the property to be very clean,our room was clean, daily housekeeping services were provided. However, I found that the room could have used some extra lighting. The 2 hanging lights above the bed did not provide adequate light in the room at night, especially if one wanted to read a book or play a game in the room. An additional light source would have been helpful.

Made my reservations rather last minute due hurricane…booked it for its proximity to the beach and availability. I wish there was more to do on premises on rainy days when you can’t go to the beach maybe an arcade or gym. Cons: 1) The windows and walls are thin. I could hear everyone that walked by the room. 2)No phone in the room, and no way to contact front desk or make local calls other than using my cell phone. 3) no table or chairs in the room, only outside the room…which on a rainy day, I didn’t want to eat outside (no real space in the room to bring them inside even if I wanted to). small refrigerator that fit, maybe four cans of soda. Pros: 1) short walk to the beach. 2) A couple of restaurants within walking distance. Wish they had a list of places to go, things to do, places to eat for tourists on rainy days.

Checkin process wasn’t with check in staff had to come back to give my card information shortly after getting to the room. Went to take a shower and the drain was clogged with water coming back up. I went to get help and nobody was there, called and no one picked up finally got a hold of someone and they said everything was fine and they’ll have someone take a look the next day but we were only staying the night. Shower still not working, I went to the front desk, different person again said he’d send someone shortly or while we went to dinner. nobody showed up, came back from dinner around 11PM, shower was still clogged. Their claim was they couldn’t come in because we were gone, nobody called even though they had my contact information. I asked if another room was available multiple times and they claimed the rooms that were open had reservations or weren’t clean after checkout. The individual from the front desk poured drano and had us wait 10 minutes, twice. He claimed he would give us a discount in the morning and note our account. When we went to checkout we explained the issue for the third time and the manager at the front desk was not helpful, wouldn’t offer any compensation. Started off with saying he can give us a free night, than said the weekend rate isn’t possible to discount (WE HAD PAID WEEKEND RATES). Started giving us different dates and saying ridiculous rates. They have a "house keeping by request" policy which evidently isn't true. The room had two door hangers when we arrived, one side indicated we were in the room, so basically do not disturb, and the other side indicated we were out, so please refresh the room. We were at the hotel for 7 nights. On day 3, I left the door hanger indicating we were out, so please refresh the room. When we arrived back that night, the hanger was gone & nothing had been done. The next day, I left the 2nd door hanger on the knob, and when we arrived back that night, it was on the ground outside of the door. It was evident someone had been in the room because the tv had been turned on & left on, but nothing had been done. The next day, I called the front desk, rang several times, then clicked over, rang some more, then went to answering machine. I left a detailed message requesting our room be refreshed, trash removed & to leave clean towels, left my name, room number & call back number - never received a response, & nothing was done to the room. The next day, I stopped by the front desk, told them everything I've just mentioned above & asked what I needed to do to have the trash emptied & to get clean towels. He apologized, said it was on them & assured me they'd have the room refreshed that day. When we got back nothing had been done. So our room was never serviced our entire stay. I would say the only positive was the location.

0 stars if I could — unsafe and unprofessional I stayed here for my birthday weekend and had one of the most unsafe hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff member Rammy dismissed multiple room issues (dirty floors, AC smelling like something was burning, broken fridge) and, when we changed rooms, we found filthy corners and even a green grape that wasn’t ours. The worst part: Rammy admitted he came to our door just before midnight and knocked four times to “deliver pastries” we never requested. I later began receiving iMessage and WhatsApp messages from him despite never giving him my phone number — meaning he accessed it from my reservation. I’ve never replied, yet he continues to message me, making me feel targeted and stalked. Women — especially those traveling alone or with friends — should avoid this property for safety reasons.

We loved the location and the room was nice. However the first night was noisy and there’s no one in the office at night. The refrigerators are waaay too small. Also we didn’t always have a hot shower.

My Fiancee and I stayed while in the are a touring venues for our wedding. Th location was perfect and we loved the chic retro vibe! To top off an awesome experience Cathy, who manages the front was super welcoming, very knowledgeable and extremely personable! Further she makes a mean cup of coffee when she brews Boston's Best!! Thanks for a great stay

Upon returning to our room the day we checked in the toilet was out of service in our room. There was septic service underway at 10:00 pm so clearly an emergency. I went to the front desk to report the issue. Ramesh the manager referred me to the septic guy who said they were currently snaking the main line and that might resolve the issue. It did not. Septic guy came to snake the toilet, that didn’t fix the issue. I asked Ramesh if he had any solution, a different room, a bathroom we could use. Another plumber came to try to fix the toilet. I contacted Expedia to complain, Ramesh told them he would not offer any refund if we left. The work on the toilet continued until after midnight to no avail. It was broken and unusable. Ramesh eventually acquiesced to refunding me for the second night of our stay. I would tell anyone thinking of staying here to avoid it. Sure things break like pipes or plumbing but the terrible customer service and lack of accommodation is inexcusable

Great location, just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Room newly refurbished, so clean and bright with plenty of power outlets and USB sockets. Staff all excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. Would be happy to return.

Second year staying here and enjoyed how easy it is to park and to get checked into room. Nice area that is walkable for dogs and nearby beach. Centrally located on the Cape so easy to get around.

Great place to stay right across from the beach and easy driving to down town! Very clean and comfy rooms, pool was a great area to sit by during the hot weather. Definitely recommend stay for a quick trip to the cape. Will be back!!

The room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. I felt safe on the property. The beach is right across the street and a delicious restaurant is very close by. Kinda far from downtown area but that’s what Ubers are for. I’d recommend and stay again.

Fantastic location for those who like everything beach. The only pet-friendly lodging in this area, priced more reasonably (or should i say: less unreasonably?) than most of the other options in this area. Accommodations are very basic, but comfortable. Mini-fridge is a joke, bring your coolers, free ice is available. Shower, bath, towels - all fine. Outdoor pool - didn't try. Free coffee/tea is much talked about, but coffee is only available in the morning, and...meh. Tea - have to ask the receptionist. They are short-staffed, of course, but am just saying like it is. Set your expectations accordingly, and you will have a great time in the area.

Great location, across from a beautiful beach. Bed for comfortable and sheets were super soft and elegant. Had problem with hot water that got resolved after 3 cool showers. No chairs or table in room for reading r eating. No breakfast on site. Needs attention. Staff was very nice .

First of all, the service was outstanding. Every employee was pleasant and helpful - a rare find these days! The rooms are sparse, but for a beach vacation, it’s all you need. Everything was super clean (bleach smell when we arrived). Shampoo, conditioner and hand soap all in refillable bottles rather than disposable little ones (less landfill!) The pool was clean and great for a quick swim. The pool area had tables and chairs which I saw cleaned daily. The room had a microwave but not a coffeemaker; coffee was available in the hotel lobby 7-10. Be warned - the fridge is tiny, only holding a few cans of soda - this wasn’t a problem for us but even saving leftovers could be a challenge. the hotel is perfect if you’re looking for basic comfort and a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The location was great - within walking distance to the beach and a good restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable though a little chair in the room would have been nice. The table and two chairs outside the room in the hallway were cramped. The space around the pool had pleasant seating though the area could have used some flowers. Overall, the grounds were a little tired and unkempt appearing. Still, it was a decent value for for a fair price and I would return.

Great place very quiet we went after Labor Day! Very close to the beach also very nice pool , the rooms are clean and very comfortable! Only thing I would change that there’s no coffee maker in the rooms I would stay again.

We loved that was short walk to the beach. It does need a better fridge nothing fits on the one available I think is just wasting energy because you can’t use it. Also more lights in the room will be nice is a bit on the darker side you can’t open the shades if you are on the first floor we had the parking lot on one side we’re mostly everyone walks by to get to the beach and they can see clearly inside the room and the other window was the pool so we kept the shades down all the time. Other than that it was a very clean and comfortable the staff was great.

Property was a bit more run down than the photos showed. Bathroom windows faced common space and were covered with contact paper; our bathroom was missing a piece so we could see shadows in and out. Water took about five minutes running full blast to get warm enough to wash hands or shower. There was a hole in the window jamb in our room - we had a couple mouse poops, but once we covered the hole, we didn’t see any more. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer housekeeping each day. Quick walk to a beautiful beach. Parking was easy. The location is wonderful… A couple additional upgrades and the place would be beautiful.

The room was clean but the floor leaned pretty badly. The AC was loud but we didn’t mind. The pool was too cold to use but the beach was right across the street. We spent a whole day there and ate at the chowder restaurant down the street twice. It was just a short walk down the street and the food and ice cream were delicious!

We stayed at the lodge for one evening. The laminate flooring had a handful of large screws in sections where the floor had warped (awful landlord special). During the night we had 2 large bugs in our room. The hair dryer bag had black mold all over the front of it. Overall, will never go back and not recommend.

We have found out accommodations clean enough. Helpful staff helped us recover a lost wallet, saving us a boatload of headache! Amenities: there is normal size compact fridge now - that's new for this property and is a very welcome change. Lighting arrangements could be a little more convenient. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
