Staff was kind and helpful, initially booked only one room and was able to get another room as well. We had to leave at 3:30am for our flight and the front desk staff was kind enough to prepare coffee and sandwiches for breakfast. However, the sheets in the bed were dirty and full of stains. The percentage of payment prepaid when I did the reservation did not reflect on the hotel’s end and was not discounted from the remaining amount, which is fine because they added another room without much extra cost.

Necessita de alguns investimentos, como cortina do quarto Blackout, pois atual deixa o sol passar; banheiro pequeno com pia antiga e sem tapetes; bacia sem ducha higiênica; geladeira do quarto desligada e sem produtos; falta móvel com gavetas para arrumar as roupas; pátio com luz desligada à noite para chegar aos quartos; internet com pouca potência para as televisões dos quartos. Pessoal com atenção para facilitar a estadia dos hóspedes, com boa empatia.

Hotel com boa estrutura. Quartos antigos, mas bons. Piscinas maravilhosas! Vale a pena ficar na hidromassagem depois de um dia de passeio! Café da manhã farto, com bastante opção. Restaurante a la carte muito bom! Funcionários nota 10, muito atenciosos! Apenas a localização é longe de tudo, apenas com o restaurante morro das pedras perto.
