We are more than happy with our stay at this beautiful and cozy "home away from home". Dan and Alison, property mgmt, were just a phone call away. If you're wondering where to stay when you come to visit Coeur D' Alene, this is most definitely the place to stay! Clean linens, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom ... they even had snacks and cold beverages waiting for us! Welcome home feeling!!!

We stayed for a week in June to attend a wedding. It was my family (2 adults and 2 kids) and my father in law. The house was perfect! Super clean, well supplied kitchen utensils, washer dryer and lovely rear yard. The living room was spacious for playing card games. Communication with owner was excellent and very prompt. Thanks for everything!

House was as pictured. Impeccably clean inside and out. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, a garage and well maintained, secure back yard. Greeted with a snack basket and binder with lots of information including rules, requirements, and excellent suggestions for local dining. Open concept living area with super cozy, “looks like new” sectional and big TV with options for streaming. Large master bedrooms with bathrooms on main and upper allowed privacy for two couples. Kitchen spotless, well supplied, and all that is needed for preparing meals, plus a coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods for four coffee drinkers. Beds have good mattresses, bathrooms spotless with plenty of hot water for showers and high quality towels. Hosts were quick to respond with entry info when we had not received an email from VRBO the day prior to arrival. Overall, one of the nicer VRBOs we’ve experienced. This property was ideal for my small party trip to Coeur d'Alene. It gave us the ability to habg out as a group but also have our own pricate spaces with the main areas downstairs and a bedroom and sitting area upstairs. Nicely accomodated witha super comfy couch and a few games kept us entertained when we were done with our days of exploring the beautiful scenery. If you choose to stay here dont forget to say hi to the chickens across the street! (Don't worry, they aren't noisy and you would hardly know they were there unless you are looking at them).

This is the second time my husband and I have rented this property. The house and property are very clean. There is a nice backyard and a deck with a bbq. If a person likes they could walk to the lake where there is a big park for kids. Downtown is also in walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and easily and is easy to access the freeway. Very easy to find. We will definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this very clean, and comfortable home. It is cozy, but yet plenty of room to spread out, especially on the large sectional. We had everything we needed. The king-size beds were wonderful. Our 5 year old granddaughter absolutely loved her own space with the futon in the smaller area upstairs. The neighborhood was very quiet, and close to downtown and the freeway. Response from the host was returned right away when I asked a question. We would love to return to this home again in the future.

Selfishly I considered not writing a review so that it wouldn’t get booked up for the next time we want to use it, but it was so nicely put together and ready for us without reviews, so I felt compelled to share. The house was very clean, and nicely decorated with lots of extra touches throughout. The extra touches were really nice and thoughtful! They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and left new toothbrushes, toothpaste, condiments, and snacks! They have various games and my son loved the loft, bathtub, and tv area upstairs. The upstairs does not stay quite as cool as the downstairs but it was not a big deal for us. The bedding, mattress, couches, soft blankets were all comfortable and cozy. We brought our bikes and were able to bike to town, restaurants, and just go explore. Pillows are a tricky thing to nail down for everyone but if I had a suggestion it would be to have a couple of different pillow options for guests. Overall, a great stay! The owners were quick to communicate and help us out with our needs. Really enjoyed the location and would stay here again!

Although our state was short, we had a wonderful time central to everything we were there specifically for the car show being from Coeur d’Alene. It’s nice to see a lot of these old homes being renovated. They still have that charm. I enjoyed staying there much more than a hotel. thanks again for all the accommodations right down to toothbrushes soap, etc. lovely patio barbecue area quiet neighborhood

One of the top VRBO rentals we have stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy home. Beds were very comfortable. Amenities were great. The home had a great layout and space for two couples traveling together. Appreciated the king beds with closet space, separate sitting spaces, and two full bathrooms.Nice quiet neighborhood. What a super cute house just big enough for two couples to get away but still have our space. Loved that they provided some staple items in the kitchen and things like toothbrushes...especially since someone forgot theirs. Close to the resort and downtown.

Property was somehow even better than listing. Perfect for a long weekend trip to CDA for 2 sisters. Plenty of room to hang out together or get some alone time. Everything was clean and comfortable and we didn't want for anything. Neighborhood was quiet and charming and very walkable. Easy drive or nice not-to-long walk to all the sites of lakefront CDA. Look forward to staying again.

We are more than happy with our stay at this beautiful and cozy "home away from home". Dan and Alison, property mgmt, were just a phone call away. If you're wondering where to stay when you come to visit Coeur D' Alene, this is most definitely the place to stay! Clean linens, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom ... they even had snacks and cold beverages waiting for us! Welcome home feeling!!!

Extremely clean property. Pics are very accurate. About an easy mile from downtown bars and city center. Rode our motorcycles around the lake to kill time one day. Great ride. Very quick reply from host. Definitely stay again.

We were absolutely thrilled with this amazing little gem in CDA. Everything we expected from the pictures and descriptions was accurate! The house was ready for us and welcoming with little snacks and clear instructions for how to use everything. We couldn't get in with the code right away, BUT within minutes both names listed on the property called and corrected the issue!! We have no complaints and are already planning more trips to stay there, versus anywhere else we've stayed in CDA. Thank you for a wonderful house and lovely stay.

House was as pictured. Impeccably clean inside and out. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, a garage and well maintained, secure back yard. Greeted with a snack basket and binder with lots of information including rules, requirements, and excellent suggestions for local dining. Open concept living area with super cozy, “looks like new” sectional and big TV with options for streaming. Large master bedrooms with bathrooms on main and upper allowed privacy for two couples. Kitchen spotless, well supplied, and all that is needed for preparing meals, plus a coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods for four coffee drinkers. Beds have good mattresses, bathrooms spotless with plenty of hot water for showers and high quality towels. Hosts were quick to respond with entry info when we had not received an email from VRBO the day prior to arrival. Overall, one of the nicer VRBOs we’ve experienced. We will definitely secure this property again on our next trip to Coeur d’Alene. Thank you,Todd and Allison, for sharing your home with us!

One of the top VRBO rentals we have stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy home. Beds were very comfortable. Amenities were great. The home had a great layout and space for two couples traveling together. Appreciated the king beds with closet space, separate sitting spaces, and two full bathrooms.Nice quiet neighborhood. We loved this property! It felt so comfortable and cozy. Communication with the owner was excellent. All questions we had were answered right away. We booked this property last minute but when we arrived everything was spotless and very inviting. The house was extremely clean and had a lot of extras as well (toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.) Great location too. We enjoyed it so much we added an extra day to our trip. We will definitely book this property again.

Selfishly I considered not writing a review so that it wouldn’t get booked up for the next time we want to use it, but it was so nicely put together and ready for us without reviews, so I felt compelled to share. The house was very clean, and nicely decorated with lots of extra touches throughout. The extra touches were really nice and thoughtful! They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and left new toothbrushes, toothpaste, condiments, and snacks! They have various games and my son loved the loft, bathtub, and tv area upstairs. The upstairs does not stay quite as cool as the downstairs but it was not a big deal for us. The bedding, mattress, couches, soft blankets were all comfortable and cozy. We brought our bikes and were able to bike to town, restaurants, and just go explore. Pillows are a tricky thing to nail down for everyone but if I had a suggestion it would be to have a couple of different pillow options for guests. Overall, a great stay! The owners were quick to communicate and help us out with our needs. Really enjoyed the location and would stay here again!

Lovely home, well stocked with soaps, towels and supplies (detergent, coffee, kitchen basics). Close to the lake and downtown and a convenience store that is walkable. Cute neighborhood, wide streets and chickens across the street we visited each morning! Place is spacious, cute and clean. Would highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay. The house was updated, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We were able to walk to downtown (1 mile), and there was easy access to I-90 for travel to the Hiawatha Trail and Chatcolet for the Trail of the Coeur d'Alene bridge ride. Could easily have stayed longer.

The property is beautiful. The house was clean and very comfortable. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds. There was a choice of pillows which was nice also. Very good location with access to the lake only blocks away. Freeway access very close. Walking distance to a corner store was nice. We will definitely stay here again.

This is the second time my husband and I have rented this property. The house and property are very clean. There is a nice backyard and a deck with a bbq. If a person likes they could walk to the lake where there is a big park for kids. Downtown is also in walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and easily and is easy to access the freeway. Very easy to find. We will definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this very clean, and comfortable home. It is cozy, but yet plenty of room to spread out, especially on the large sectional. We had everything we needed. The king-size beds were wonderful. Our 5 year old granddaughter absolutely loved her own space with the futon in the smaller area upstairs. The neighborhood was very quiet, and close to downtown and the freeway. Response from the host was returned right away when I asked a question. We would love to return to this home again in the future.

We had the best time! This location is close to all the fun areas of town like Sherman Ave and McEuen Park. The house itself is so cute, clean, and well taken care of as well! We were very comfortable and they had some toiletries which was nice touch! Staying here helped us fall in love with the Couer D’Alene and we are so excited to come back! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

This is an exceptional property! The process and communication were smooth. The property is beautiful, well-maintained and fully stocked. I use VRBO frequently and this is undoubtedly one of the nicest and most enjoyable properties we have stayed at. Allison certainly insured it was a positive guest experience. Such a delightful property was icing on the cake to a grand family celebration.
