This property was excellent!!! Great parking, beautiful pool and outdoor area. Best breakfast of our stay in a nice bright room. The spa was included in our room and was a very nice treat!!! Our room was also lovey!! The area is perfect, a nice quiet retreat, not as touristy as other places. We only wished we had booked for longer!!! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!!

Lovely hotel with a true old palace feel. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Room was large with two comfortable beds as requested. The hotel has a very nice restaurant for dinner as well as a large breakfast room with a delicious breakfast buffet. The property has an outdoor pool and ample outdoor seating as well as a parking lot. We did not use the spa. We would definitely return.

Fantastic stay at this very relaxing hotel. The spa was amazing and relaxing for our family if 4 Also, there was ample breakfast selections and the pool area was beautifully done. We enjoyed a long leisurely dinner beside the pool area as well. Walking around the town surrounding the hotel was interesting and beautiful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I would definitely recommend staying at this unique hotel in such a quaint area. Nice to have quiet area y in relax in after a long road trip.

Generally the rooms were clean. Breakfast offered a wide selection of items including meats, cheeses, salads, and sweets. The eggs were not good and did not offer option for fried/ specially made eggs. Staff was friendly and quick to get you you coffee or anything you wanted. I do feel the the way the rooms are represented on line are a misrepresentation of what the rooms really look like. They are not as modern as you might believe and while the are clean they are not as pristine as represented and are in need of upgrades/renovation. It is a pleasant enough hotel, just was expecting more from a 4 star hotel.

Amazing property in the old castle. Beautiful rooms, nice, airy and spacious. Great location in town, close to many restaurants and shops. Has beautiful views, great pool and friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better, but overall was not bad. Would stay there again.

A really lovely comfortable hotel in a great location with onsite parking at a small cost. Friendly professional staff. Breakfast and restaurant areas need an upgrade and the chairs not so comfortable. The room was quiet and comfortable but very warm. Apparently aircon was off because of the season but the room needed to be cooler, unfortunately I had an uncomfortable nights sleep.

We loved our stay at Hotel Palazzo San Lorenzo. We needed somewhere to relax for a while as we are in the midst of our travels. It was a very comfortable Hotel. The room as large, a good location that we could see the local sights or just hang around Colle di Val d'Elsa, the pool was great as was breakfast. Parking was easy and safe and didn't cost extra.

Mooi hotel, ruime kamers en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt met ruime keuze. Het hotel ligt in het historische deel van Colle di val d’Elsa. Ficamos hospedados 5 noites no Palazzo San Lorenzo, chegamos e ninguém nos ajudou com as malas, passamos desapercebidos até chegarmos à recepção. Ficamos em um dos melhores quartos mas mesmo assim perguntei sob o upgrade como cliente da hotéis.com e fingiram desentendimento. Ao chegar no quarto notamos que o banheiro não tinha apoio para colocar o sabonete nem o shampoo ou mesmo as amenidades de banho, tudo tinha q ficar no chão. O box era aberto molhando todo o banheiro. O café da manhã muito fraco, com pouca variedade e ainda cobravam algumas coisas, como omelete que custava 7 euros (tinha uma tabela, kkkk) foi a primeira vez que fiquei em um hotel que cobrava um omelete. No quarto deixaram 2 copos de plástico para usarmos de apoio e mesmo para beber água, isso mesmo, plástico! A cama é dura e os lençóis são simples. Quarto tem um bom tamanho. Estacionamento gratuito mas parece que pessoas que não estão hospedadas tem acesso ao mesmo, a noite estava sempre cheio. Só ficaria de novo se não tivesse outra opção melhor.
