Great location, very clean, looks new - with good amenities like the pool and gym. The owners helped us after a communication mishap when we couldn't respond to contact as we were travelling. The owners turned up in person and sorted it out for us! I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Newer apartment on level 7, basic furniture in good condition and spacious enough for 3 people. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with full kitchen and balcony with great views over the water. Good water pressure and clean bathroom. Full fridge and washing facilities. Parking easy to access under building via garage door opened with fob not remote. Beds in apartment are firm, if you prefer medium or soft mattress this will not suit. Bed is 2 singles put together so there is a hard centre divide.Building is at the end of Collins Street very near a tram stop but a car is easier to get around as you are not in the heart of the city. Still a good place to stay regardless. A very nice stay apart from the hard beds. Clean and new building.

This property is a beautiful apartment with amazing harbour views, a beautiful pool and awesome gym. We loved the fact it was at the end of the free city tram line, close short walk to Woolworths and that there were many dining options close by. My only negative is the communication, I emailed and texted the dedicated number requesting a cot for my 17month old and I had no response, so I had to have him in bed with me, of which he fell out and hurt himself twice.

Apartment was a nice base to return to while we visited with our Melbourne family. River views and activity were amazing! Noise from an Indian wedding across the river that went from morning to night was on loud speakerphone. We were mostly out so did not get to use the pool. Long time without any service though, there should be at least 1 minimum complimentary change of linen/cleaning service if stays are more than 9 nights like other apartments. Coffee drops and rubbish left from previous tenant was still there. Other than that very secure parking, friendly staff, communication great, safe and comfortable, so will definitely stay again. Lifts were very busy especially during checkout time. Still waiting for bond refund. Overall, had a wonderful time in Melbourne!

Communication for picking up and dropping off key was not great. I emailed twice with no reply so ended up phoning them. Other than that the property was excellent. Close to tram stop, very clean and tidy. Great views.

The view was fantastic, best part of the apartment. The shower floors had mould - needed to be cleaned properly. 2nd bedroom did not have a/c A/c kept turning off randomly. Balcony handrails were covered with spiders and webs, I can understand 1 but we counted 5 black spiders - needed to be cleaned prior. Had to buy our own towels to use in the pool because they were not provided. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

Great location and beautiful views. Nice staffs. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice area and free tram for easy access to the city. Only issue was that there was still a strong paint smell. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Bit far from city centre but tram is available near accommodation. About 35-40 min walk to swanston st area. Reception staff is quick responsive and very helpful but facillity was not clean enough. Many dust on stove top and floor. Had to clean floor at first day. Otherwise ok.

I've been staying here for over a month due to a long-term project, and every day, I'm captivated by the stunning view. I stayed with my family with a toddler, and they all simply loved it. The apartment I chose itself is spacious, featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, and more. It's been a fantastic place to call home during my stay. Highly recommended!

It’s an ok property. Great views. Strange they only provide two towels for a 10 day stay, and they are lacking some basic utensils and cooking equipment (eg tea spoons).

Checkin was a very bad experience - it is all by text and the managers refuse to telephone, they send long instruction essays, asked for a bond twice and won’t give a PIN out until you’re at their door, all of which i found both OTT and insulting - but once you get past that, the apartment is comfortable, quiet and in a great location.

The check-in instructions was very poor as contacting via Expedia is a pain as no one responses at all. Would be useful if the property leaves its email somewhere on the property details on Expedia.

Communication was poor tried calling for instructions and never got a return call instead just got text messages. Plus the key pick up and drop off is not on the property which is very inconvenient for travelling

We had a wonderful time staying at this property for 1 week. Lovely clean apartments with amazing views, communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this property.

Bit far from city centre but tram is available near accommodation. About 35-40 min walk to swanston st area. Reception staff is quick responsive and very helpful but facillity was not clean enough. Many dust on stove top and floor. Had to clean floor at first day. Otherwise ok.

No response from CS and after check out for 18 days still not refund the Bond! No one reply emails ! No matter how good is the accommodation I would definitely not recommend for return !

Great apartment with amazing views in 3 directions of the Docklands, city and bay. Great balcony. Excellent for family get together of 4 (easily fit 7-8). Comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Check in located a few blocks away, but good communication. Easy walk to Marvel stadium. Woolies a few blocks away and 15 minute walk to Southern cross station. 2 minutes walk to tram stop. Lovely walk along boardwalk, but unfortunately not many dining options open nearby. Bathroom and shower nice and clean, but terrible water pressure and dodgy shower heads in both showers. Ensuite door swollen with water damage and smells mouldy. Insufficient tea towels, but plenty of bath towels. Blinds on all the windows which helps to block out some light (not great for sleeping in though). Nice looking pool though we didn’t use. Would stay here again if there was a group of us.

Newer apartment on level 7, basic furniture in good condition and spacious enough for 3 people. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with full kitchen and balcony with great views over the water. Good water pressure and clean bathroom. Full fridge and washing facilities. Parking easy to access under building via garage door opened with fob not remote. Beds in apartment are firm, if you prefer medium or soft mattress this will not suit. Bed is 2 singles put together so there is a hard centre divide.Building is at the end of Collins Street very near a tram stop but a car is easier to get around as you are not in the heart of the city. Still a good place to stay regardless. A very nice stay apart from the hard beds. Clean and new building.

Great location and beautiful views. Nice staffs. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice area and free tram for easy access to the city. Only issue was that there was still a strong paint smell. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay.

Very easy transaction. Property was clean and perfect for our weekend away. Close to free tram (so easy access to the city for dining / entertainment). Parking was very handy and made getting too and from the location a breeze. Would definitely stay again…

Loved the apartment, the view was spectacular. Docklands quieter area but still easy stroll to local restaurants. Tram about 50 mtrs away, I would definitely book there again.

This property is a beautiful apartment with amazing harbour views, a beautiful pool and awesome gym. We loved the fact it was at the end of the free city tram line, close short walk to Woolworths and that there were many dining options close by. My only negative is the communication, I emailed and texted the dedicated number requesting a cot for my 17month old and I had no response, so I had to have him in bed with me, of which he fell out and hurt himself twice.

Fantastic location and beautiful apartment with stunning view. Stayed here with my family and we loved our accommodation and will be back on our next trip to Melbourne. Tram is within 2 min walking distance to city. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. The apartment has great amenities and it is very clean! Thank you for having us, we will be back.
