Villa was awesome stayed with family 2 adults 3 kids, was walking distance to the markets and beach, pool had a couple of loose tiles but didn’t worry us at all staff were awesome super friendly and extremely helpful

The staff were magnificent and so helpful. The villa is very comfortable and the pool was amazing. Cooked breakfast every morning started the day perfectly. Will definitely be back and encourage friends to stay here. 10/10

Staff amazing. Breakfast cooked dailey in room. Beautiful villa. Kitchen has fridge cold mineral water. Would benefit from more crockery. Beautiful bed room air-conditioned and mosquito net. Daily cleaning amd lighting of mosquito repellent. Pool lovely but needs updating a few loose tiles. Very quiet at night. Perfect location. Will be back

The staff at this villa were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and truly made our stay feel five-star with their warm service. Breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, and served in a clean setting, though the variety could be improved. However, the villa itself is quite outdated and in need of renovation. The biggest issue was the mosquitoes; despite fumigation efforts, the outdoor areas were nearly unusable in the evenings. Additionally, the pool filtration was insufficient, with leaves and insects remaining on the surface even when the system was running. With some updates and better pest control, this could be a fantastic stay. Thank you to the wonderful team for their hospitality!

RC Villas is a nice boutique villa, so conveniently located within minutes walk to the Main Street and Seminyak Square and Ku De Ta. Lots of shops, cafes, mini marts and spas right outside the Villa property doorstep. But it’s quiet and you don’t hear the traffic noise outside at night while sleeping (I’m a light sleeper) even though our one bedroom Villa was the closest to main lobby. The villas are big and spacious, big pool and good breakfast which the staff come to your villa at your specified time to cook it for you. Staff are also friendly and helpful. Also the RC Spa next door is quite good and is one of the cheapest pricing spa for massages in the area as well. Only minor downside is that wifi may be a bit weak in the bedroom as the signal is in the living room and that the hot water sometimes run out at night but Bali is hot anyway so it wasn’t a big problem. But overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay there and would definitely book it again when we go back to Bali. Thank you for a great stay!

Vi boede i villa 211 med 2 Soveværelser. Dejlig have med lækker pool, som bortset fra at der manglede et par klinker på bunden var dejlig - pas på de manglende klinker min søn fik en grim rift. Super service, dejlige glade hjælpsomme mennesker. Stedet er super centralt beliggende med MASSER af butikker restauranter og alt du skal bruge inden for 2 minutter- eller mindre. Dejlig strand 5 minutters gang. Selvom RC VILLAS ligger midt i en larmende by mærker man det ikke - lige så snart man går i gennem receptionen kommer man ind i en dejlig have agtig gang med mod villen - fantastisk ro og dejligt grønt. Vi anbefaler helt sikkert hotellet. Prøv den italienske restaurant 50 meter fra hotellet - dejlig mad :-)

The staff were all incredibly helpul and friendly and the villa itself, though a little older, was a quiet beautiful haven away from all the hussle and bussle of Seminyak. Pool was awesome and gardens beautiful.

Big pool. Outside shower and bathrooms. Closets dark and easy to lose things. No mozzies. Great location. Lovely staff. Only complaint… lounge too small for 4 people and VERY uncomfortable. It needs new seating foam and big back pillows, plus some extra comfy chairs.

Family holiday for 4nights in Seminyak. Villa was disappointing compared to photographs and villas we’ve stayed at before in this area- Peppers/Dusun. Staff were lovely but owners are failing to put money back into business…towels were very grey and old looking, marks on walls, kitchen in poor state, some tiles coming off pool. Plug didn’t work in bath which I’d noted was on a previous comment years ago!! Garden was lovely and position is good but clearly owners are squandering opportunities and resources. Such a shame, we paid $500/night for 2 bed villa but money would have been better spent elsewhere.

受付の人はすごく丁寧で良い人でした。 部屋は金額の割に良くありませんでした。プールにゴキブリが浮いているのは我慢できましたが、シャワーはしばらく使うとお湯が出ない為せっかく浴槽に浸かろうと思っていたのに浸かれませんでした。また部屋の上に鳩の巣があり昼夜鳴いており、カエルも大きな声で鳴く為全然寝れませんでした。ここに宿泊する前アヤナリゾートに宿泊しましたが、金額が少し違いますがクオリティは全く違いました。

The staff were super friendly and accomodating and always smiled and said hi whenever they saw you. The daily breakfast in the villa was good and perfectly portioned. Although a little dated, the property is well maintained and situated very well, walking distance from many of the amenities you might need. Would happily stay here again

Best location in Seminyak and by far the best service we have ever received. The staff were brilliant! Stayed 10 days, had a 5 year old with us. Breakfast cooked for us each morning, facilities were excellent, pool and villa were lovely. Would definitely stay here again!

RC Villas is a nice boutique villa, so conveniently located within minutes walk to the Main Street and Seminyak Square and Ku De Ta. Lots of shops, cafes, mini marts and spas right outside the Villa property doorstep. But it’s quiet and you don’t hear the traffic noise outside at night while sleeping (I’m a light sleeper) even though our one bedroom Villa was the closest to main lobby. The villas are big and spacious, big pool and good breakfast which the staff come to your villa at your specified time to cook it for you. Staff are also friendly and helpful. Also the RC Spa next door is quite good and is one of the cheapest pricing spa for massages in the area as well. Only minor downside is that wifi may be a bit weak in the bedroom as the signal is in the living room and that the hot water sometimes run out at night but Bali is hot anyway so it wasn’t a big problem. But overall, we enjoyed our 4 night stay there and would definitely book it again when we go back to Bali. Thank you for a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at RC Villas! It was in a great, central location in Seminyak, close to Seminyak Square and the Flea Markets. Very easy to walk to the beach, or restaurants, etc, and RC Villas offer drivers if you need a driver for the day. I loved the pool area, it got great sunlight, and the villa itself was beautiful, very comfortable. We loved the free breakfast every morning, where staff came into our villa to cook for us, they were super quick and the meals were delicious. I really really recommend RC Villas, the staff were amazing, and I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice villa to chill and relax in. Wish we stayed there longer but they were booked back to back. Staff were helpful and friendly to answer our questions. For breakfast, if you choose the omelet, it was cooked fresh in the villa!

I extended my time in Bali by a day, but there were no rooms available at the resort where I was staying, so I had to book a night here. This property was not what was displayed in pictures starting with the front of the building. I literally wanted to cry when I pulled up. It's old and ran down. This place look like it has not been updated since it was built. The pool had a black ring going around the water level and grounds were not well kept. The furniture was worn and outdated. There was one electrical plug in the room, non in the bathroom area, we had to call the front desk for an extension. Be aware that the living room/kitchen and bathroom are open to the outside, including the toilet. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

RC Villas is well located and has everything you need. If you are looking for the newest property then this won't be for you, however the property is clean, and the bed comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The staff onsite are helpful and pleasant. Included in your stay is a breakfast cooked in your villa each morning, we only took advantage of this once because we liked to get out and about and have breakfast with a view in different spots each day, however the breakfast itself is great if that is how you want to start your day. At 6pm every day someone comes in to light mosquito coils in your lounge area and bathroom and spray the bedroom and arrange the mosquito net around your bed which is a nice touch. Another great bonus is there is a filtered water fountain which provides you with endless hot/cold and room temperature water and a small fridge freezer to keep your own drink/snack supplies. Next door is a day spa and an authorized money exchange and your steps from a convenience store and the flea market for shopping and some good reasonably priced local restaurants. Definitely try "casa Blanca" a few doors down for some authentic tasting Italian food if you want a change from local cuisine. We would definitely return and recommend RC Villas as it was safe, quiet, clean and the staff really friendly.

If you are looking for the newest property then this won't be for you, however the property is clean, and the bed comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The staff onsite are helpful and pleasant. Included in your stay is a breakfast cooked in your villa each morning, we only took advantage of this once because we liked to get out and about and have breakfast with a view in different spots each day, however the breakfast itself is great if that is how you want to start your day. At 6pm every day someone comes in to light mosquito coils in your lounge area and bathroom and spray the bedroom and arrange the mosquito net around your bed which is a nice touch. Another great bonus is there is a filtered water fountain which provides you with endless hot/cold and room temperature water and a small fridge freezer to keep your own drink/snack supplies. Next door is a day spa and an authorized money exchange and your steps from a convenience store and the flea market for shopping and some good reasonably priced local restaurants. Definitely try "casa Blanca" a few doors down for some authentic tasting Italian food if you want a change from local cuisine. We would definitely return and recommend RC Villas as it was safe, quiet, clean and the staff really friendly.

Loved staying at this gorgeous villa for 3 nights. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Our villa was huge and so traditional Balinese style. Every morning the chefs came to our villa and cooked our yummy breakfast which we selected the night before. Can’t fault this place. We loved its location. Close to Seminyak Square and Eat Street. ❤️
