Very friendly lady when I checked in but unfortunately let down by the condition of the room. 9 plugs but only 2 of them seemed to work so I had to shuffle things around to manage. Couldn't use my laptop and turn the TV on at the same time due to needing power. Microwave and fridge was a good idea but again no power so the fridge with small freezer had melted and was just wet inside. It was clean but just rough around the edges, lovely old building but lacking some maintenance. Unfortunately food was not available despite being on the website but there are other limited options nearby. I would stay again as it's a good location for work; but not for what I paid £70. Value is probably £40 or less.

Room was ok apart from a very noisy fridge. Shower was difficult to regulate. There's no mirror in the bedroom.

Lovely village with friendly local people. Nice local pub with food options walking distance, including a great fish and chips plus much more shop two minutes walk down the road. Good value accommodation. Appreciated the fridge and microwave.
