Domt like the location of gym room and swim pool. When you go to gym room or swim pool you have you walk through the bar at 4th floor. it's really make me feel uncomfortable after using those facilities and then walk through bar and then back to lift lobby.

A portion of the hotel is under construction. But, it didn't bother me nor did it cause any disturbance during my stay. Stayed for 4 days. My room was recently renovated. Great location. Breakfast was good too.

The front desk/reception staff, Khaliser, was very helpful and handled my request professionally and efficiently. However, the gym is a little small with only two treadmill machines. Sometimes, you would have to wait to work out. Also, the shower room floor is badly designed and constructed such that the water would not drain out effectively.

Nicely renovated hotel with a popular bar/ lounge. Breakfast was sufficient but could be better. I really liked the long breakfast hours 630-1100am. The pool was lovely. We stayed for four nights and not once did room service replenish the toiletries or tea bags / coffee pods, also I lost something which I kept in the bathrobe pockets as the staff replaced it with a new bathrobe without checking pocket content first.

We had a fantastic stay in this modern, exceptionally managed hotel. Reception and concierge service was immaculate, staff very attentive and caring, lobby and public areas in perfect shape. Rooms need an update as they don't match the wow effect the hotel crates from its facade and lobby.

Service is immaculate. Room is clean and appreciate how I’m taken care of. One thing that can be improved is the consistency of the shower water. The shower water temperature turns very hot and it burns the skin a few times in a 5-min shower.

I don’t think the cleanliness compares to many of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at. A lot of surface level cleaning. That being said, the food was really nice & the staff are great. Aesthetically pleasing general areas & close to lot of shopping options.

I have 2 issues to bring up, first one is: there is no hand-rail (safety) inside the shower, second one is terrible, during shower, water running hot and cold which is annoying, I have reported and they said nothing wrong, this happened every night during my 6-days stay and my daughter stayed next door (607) also had the same experience !

For a hotel with five stars, the breakfast was below average. In order to interact with guests, the chefs working the morning buffet line lack manners and decency. That has to change. The bathroom floor, including the sink and toilet bowl, is always wet when I take a shower.

Good location right at the centre of orchard road. The room is quite small and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem is the shower floor trap is blocked . Otherwise it is comfortable to stay here

I am a habitue of Accor hotels, always imagined that Pullman was a reference of design and more than everything clean. Foe the first time I faced smelly room and bed giving off bad smell, only could sleep after cover my nose with a shirt full of one of my perfumes. Terrible for a Pullman hotel….

Staff and hotel nice, only issue was sound of construction work late at night which made it challenging sleeping after long flight from Europe. Otherwise conveniently located and again great staff.

コロナ後のご時世とは言え、このレベルのホテルで宿泊費が高すぎる。いくらオーチャードのいい立地を考えても高すぎる。部屋に入ると狭くてびっくりした。一泊7万を超えた部屋とは思えないほど狭く安っぽいインテリアの部屋であった。窓からの景色はビル裏で隣のホテルの客室から丸見え。フォーシーズンズ、ヒルトンその他宿泊してきたが(今回は条件に合う他のホテルが取れなかった) そのレベルをここには絶対求められない。中東方面からの家族連れだろうか同じ階出かける際すぐに出かけずドアを開けたまま家族でずっと喋っていて子供も泣いてかなりうるさかった。ロビーもいつも人でごった返していた。清掃はきちんと行われていたがこれは当たり前のレベル。とにかく払った費用に全く見合わないレベル。二度と利用しません。

Stayed as"VIP" guest at the club rooms of the hotel. The club rooms are located on the 11th floor and (so I have found) on the 4th floor. If one considers a club room DO NOT take a room on the 4th floor. Very inconvenient, overlooking a (not particularly clean) tin roof. Front desk made an effort to move me to the 11th floor, but no rooms were available, except on the last day of the trip, which wasn't relevant anymore. Otherwise the hotel is fine.

Staff need to keep making sure of where guests want to go if the guest is confused. After calling a taxi for us, we ended up at a location miles away from where we wanted to go and ended with us having to trace our own location steps with the taxi driver. A bit of review and checking by the concierge would have solved this.

Nice location, it’s near to shopping mall, MRT and attractions. The atmosphere of hotel is fabulous, and the breakfast (Eden) is highly recommended. Overall, I have wonderful experience and memory in this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. My room service person was excellent and went the extra mile one day when I was unwell. The breakfast was extremely good My only negative was the dinner menu. I thought it was limited and the two meals I had there were not enjoyable. I also thought the alcohol was overpriced.

I've stayed a Pullman hotels in Bangkok and Phuket, i would say my stay at Pullman Singapore didn't quite live up to my expectations. Not that anything was bad, although the breakfast were much better with more variety in Thailand.

Another excellent stay at the Pullman Orchard. 10 out of 10. Five Stars. Triple A. The location is superb. The Eden restaurant on level 4 is good. The cafe on the same floor is great. The rooms are nice and quiet. Have stayed here multiple times and will come again.

Breakfast area was chaotic. Selection was limited. Poor food presentation and placement. Poor indication whether the food is Halal or non- Halal, posing serious issues to Muslim guests. Do not assume all guests understand English, and could correctly guessed the content of the food.

The service was outstanding especially Hailey at check-in. Breakfest was assume with more than enough options. The location was great on Orchard rd plenty of shopping and dining. Close to two MRTs. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We would stay again when we return
