The check in was great and easy. The house was beautiful and spacious. Everything looked clean but soon we noticed the kids feet were dirty. I found a swiffer and mopped the kitchen floor quickly and they were filthy. I reached out to the concierge and they offered to have it cleaned at our convenience the following day. All in all great house.

We were miserable with no water to shower, flush toilets etc. Communication with Vacasa was awful. They kept stating that someone local would call/contact us but all we got was a runaround and texts with misinformation. We ended up having to find and pay for a last minute listing that was a lot smaller and not as nice for the last day of our stay due to Vacasa not being willing to help us. I will never stay at a Vacasa resort again!! We were miserable! The people we spoke with after finally reaching a real person were from out of the country and of no help! Horrible company!!
