this hotel was amazing! there are no staff, so you need to be able to check yourself in and out, and make sure you have the door entry codes to access the building. but the spa space was incredible, there were free snacks and drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) in the lobby. super clean, big rooms, and steps from the beach. would come back

全体的に良かったです。ただ、駐車場の場所を聞くのにカスタマーセンターに電話したところ、間違えた場所を教えられました。その駐車場の管理者の方に伺ったところ、毎回間違えて教えているようで迷惑していると仰ってました。実際は150mくらい離れていたのに、建物の隣りと説明を受けました。そこだけ改善して頂ければ最高です。

全体的に良かったです。ただ、駐車場の場所を聞くのにカスタマーセンターに電話したところ、間違えた場所を教えられました。その駐車場の管理者の方に伺ったところ、毎回間違えて教えているようで迷惑していると仰ってました。実際は150mくらい離れていたのに、建物の隣りと説明を受けました。そこだけ改善して頂ければ最高です。

館内は綺麗で清潔。スタッフとの接点は必要最低限で、それも気楽で良い。館内への入館も部屋への入出も4桁のパスワードキーなので、非常に楽。部屋から、ロビーと大浴場、屋上のアクセスも良く自由にできて、とても良かった。ペット可の部屋利用したが、ペット用に必要な物取り揃えられていてた。

Room was by far the most spacious on our trip. Probably one of my favourite hotel experiences anywhere. The Onsen was like a 5 star hotel, and the free drinks and snacks were of high quality. My only issue was that I could not register with the vending machine app because my country was not listed. Atami is a great base to explore hakone, Fuji.

駐車場の場所が案内された場所と異なり見つけるのに苦労しました。また、オペレーターの方から説明される住所も異なっていることやメールで送られてきた駐車場の場所も分かりにくいなど改善が必要です。あと、トイレの清掃も不十分です。トイレの便座に前の宿泊者の汚れが落ちておりませんでした。せっかくの綺麗な施設がこれでは台無しです。

房間大，觀景好，可惜清潔方面欠奉。三天才打掃房間一次沒問題，但每天應該安排掉垃圾一次，或者告訴住客可以如何處理垃圾。我們前一天預約了清潔房間，結果晚上回來才發現沒人來打掃，三天的垃圾仍在房間，投訴時說員工忘記了，這點需改善

オープン以来、とても気に入り毎年２〜３度利用させてもらってます。今回は少し経年してきた感がありました。トイレの隅や扉、部屋の隅々カビや誇りが溜まっており、全体ハウスクリーニングして欲しいです。とはいえ、ゆっくりくつろげとても気に入ってますので、また伺います。

Lovely spacious room with small kitchen area. The Onsen was very peaceful. The "Free Flow" bar was generously stocked. Sadly the weather meant the rooftop terrace was closed but I'm sure that would have been lovely too.

まず、Xperiaさんのほうから、玄関に入る暗唱番号が送られてきてなくて、係の人を呼ぶのに大変だった。中に入ると自分達で、タブレットでチェックインしないといくにいが、パスワードが送られてきてないので、対面通話で、宿の方に教えてもらい、なんとかチェックインできた。部屋に入るなり、湿気が凄すぎて、床が滑るほどで、急いでドライモードをまわした。置いてあるもの、部屋の雰囲気はとても素晴らしく良かったのだが、係の方が海外の方が多く、質問しても自分の持ち場の事しか分からない方が多かった。

Really great hotel with great facilities. The rooms were very large and spacious, definitely not what I was expecting having stayed in other hotels in Japan. The kitchenette, dining area and balcony with sea views were great and was nice to have a morning coffee on the balcony. Coffee, alcohol and snacks are provided complimentary daily in the morning and arvo. There was a Karyoke room and baths although I didn’t try them. Laundry facilities were good. The public pool across the road was great and also has a gym. It’s on the Main Street so walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Only negative was so housekeeping so we had no where to put all our accumulating trash given the bins were so small and there is no bins to put your rubbish in Japan on the street!

8階のお部屋に一泊させていただきました開放的でとても広く景色も最高でしたまたドリンクもビールやソフトドリンクもありコーヒー豆から挽いて飲めたりととても良かったですまた利用したい

場所は駅から少し離れていますが熱海の街を観光したりビーチやスパを楽しむにはほど良い場所にあると思います。部屋は清潔で窓が大きくオーシャンビューでとても快適です。花火の日には部屋や部屋のバルコニーから真正面で鑑賞できてすばらしいですし、相模湾の水平線が見えるので朝日も見られると思います。地下の大浴場も清潔快適ですし、ロビーにはアルコールやコーヒー含め複数のドリンクがおいてあり追加料金なく飲むことができます。別の場所でもRakuten Stayがあれば宿泊を検討しようと思えるよいところでした。

とてもよかったが、トイレの匂いと夜風？空調？何かわからないが、音が気になった。あと掛け布団一枚だと寒かったです。気になったところはあるが、設備などとても良いので、次回は愛犬とともにぜひまた利用させていただきます。

宿泊前に聞きたいことがあって電話したとき全然つながらなかった。調べてでてくる番号にかけたがコールセンター経由で熱海につなごうとしてるみたいだったが何度電話しても繋がらず。時間おいて電話を何度も何度も。そしてやっと繋がった時のスタッフの対応がものすごく悪かった。現地に着いてみたら他はよかったのでものすごいもったいないなと思った。

入住前没有收到任何酒店的提示信息邮件，进入酒店的大堂都需要密码（我还没入住哪里来的密码呢？），大堂内没有任何人给开门，38度高温下站在室外，直到有人走出来我们才能进入大堂。大堂内有自助CHECK IN 的机器，CHECK IN需要酒店的确认码，但是从来没有人给过我，问了HOTELS,.COM 的客服才得到（如果网络不好，或没有装APP 就麻烦了）。填完了很多信息，拍照了护照，让与客服连线，但是很久都没有人接听。非常不愉快的入住体验。但是房间面对大海很漂亮，面积挺大的。楼顶有露台。楼下还有温泉。设施都很新。酒店给入住准备的坐垫是看花火大会的同时也是门票。拿着那个可以坐到专门区域看花火，太棒了！从火车站可以打车到酒店只要1000日元。酒店门口有到火车站的公交车，也很方便，但是这个公交车晚点了20分钟（在日本挺少见）

入住前没有收到任何酒店的提示信息邮件，进入酒店的大堂都需要密码（我还没入住哪里来的密码呢？），大堂内没有任何人给开门，38度高温下站在室外，直到有人走出来我们才能进入大堂。大堂内有自助CHECK IN 的机器，CHECK IN需要酒店的确认码，但是从来没有人给过我，问了HOTELS,.COM 的客服才得到（如果网络不好，或没有装APP 就麻烦了）。填完了很多信息，拍照了护照，让与客服连线，但是很久都没有人接听。非常不愉快的入住体验。但是房间面对大海很漂亮，面积挺大的。楼顶有露台。楼下还有温泉。设施都很新。酒店给入住准备的坐垫是看花火大会的同时也是门票。拿着那个可以坐到专门区域看花火，太棒了！从火车站可以打车到酒店只要1000日元。酒店门口有到火车站的公交车，也很方便，但是这个公交车晚点了20分钟（在日本挺少见）

Terrible check in process. Was supposed to have a code emailed to me to access the front door since there is no front desk. Never got it, even as I write this 7 days later I still have no communication from them. Thankfully a nice guest let us in after we wandered around Atami for 2 hours. We had to check in on an iPad, and that was awful too. Again, information that they should have sent me already was not in my inbox so I had to call a virtual assistant and check in took nearly 20 minutes when it would’ve been much easier to just have a front desk person. I understand that being a foreign tourist there might’ve been some difficulties, but all the Japanese tourists were in the same boat we were. So that’s on the hotel. And it’s really a shame, the hotel was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, nice amenities and pretty rooms. But my god, build a front desk.

中型犬２匹連れでの、部屋から花火が見られる海沿いのホテル…とても嬉しいです。熱海の花火大会が大好きで何回も来てますが、冬の花火は初めてでした。　最高に綺麗でした。今後、また利用させていただきたいと思います。ドリンクサービスも最高です。

建物もお部屋も綺麗で居心地が良くゆっくりと滞在できました。近くに小ぢんまりとしたれすとらんやセブンイレブン、業務スーパー、少し歩くとマックスバリュがあり買い物も便利でした。エレベーターから部屋までが外廊下で冬は寒いです。地下のスパへ行くには何か羽織ると良いと思います。事前に登録をするのでチェックインもすぐできて、ロビーラウンジにはフリーフローの飲み物やおつまみがあり、良かったです。

場所は駅から少し離れていますが熱海の街を観光したりビーチやスパを楽しむにはほど良い場所にあると思います。部屋は清潔で窓が大きくオーシャンビューでとても快適です。花火の日には部屋や部屋のバルコニーから真正面で鑑賞できてすばらしいですし、相模湾の水平線が見えるので朝日も見られると思います。地下の大浴場も清潔快適ですし、ロビーにはアルコールやコーヒー含め複数のドリンクがおいてあり追加料金なく飲むことができます。別の場所でもRakuten Stayがあれば宿泊を検討しようと思えるよいところでした。

Lovely spacious room with small kitchen area. The Onsen was very peaceful. The "Free Flow" bar was generously stocked. Sadly the weather meant the rooftop terrace was closed but I'm sure that would have been lovely too.

朝食の海鮮丼ですが、パック入りで薄っぺらなネタで出てきました。アメリカ人を連れて泊ったのですが、今時、金額に対して質が悪いと言われて恥ずかしい思いをしました。RAKUTEN STAYという看板に期待して行きましたが、がっかりです。客を迎えるホテルのレベルではないと思います。翌日、同程度の金額で日本旅館に泊まりましたが、料理もサービスもとても素晴らしいものでした。早急に改善を希望します。

施設も部屋も全体的に新しく清潔感があり、快適に過ごすことができた。フリーフローや部屋のドリンクサービスも色々と種類があって嬉しかった。朝食はお弁当ということであまり期待していなかったが、とても美味しい海鮮丼でした。

チェックイン前にはホテル内に入れず荷物の預かりはありません。チェックインも通常のよくあるような対面でのチェックインはなく、事前の登録があったりとスマホなどの操作に不慣れな方は少し戸惑うかと思います。お部屋、施設、フリードリンク、無料の朝食など全て大変良かったです。

タブレットで無人チェックインなので、人（外国の方なのかな～？）によっては時間がかかっていたようです。1階に、フリードリンクコーナー（アルコールやアイスクリームもある）があり嬉しいサービス。温泉はとても落ち着いた雰囲気だが、全体的に高齢者むけではないと思います。

For the price this was a great hotel. Clean, modern looking, location is pretty good if you can navigate the bus system as a foreigner. Walking distance to the port to take a boat to the island nearby, walking to beach (5min), 5 min to ropeway that takes you up to Atami Castle. Marine spa across the street is public pools, hydro massage, slide place good for kids, not expensive since there is no pool at Rakuten. View is great. Check in hot is really nervous as it’s only on the tablet and while Japanese national can do a face recognition for check in, foreigner has to do a video call. Line was busy saying agents are all busy for about 5 minutes that we kept dialing back on and on, thought we would never get in. Just be persistent and keep calling. Other than that, great property for a family of 4.

We couldn’t check in when we talked to the first staff though the hotel on line system in the front desk despite we had filled in all our information prior our arrival. The staff also said that we shouldn’t contact him too. It took us more than 20min to deal with the first staff. We tried to check in again by contacting another staff through the front desk system and it took me less than 2minutes to complete the whole process.

It is an excellent hotel located a bit outside the center. Beautiful clean rooms with ocean views. Beds are comfortable. Free parking. Self check in. Make sure to follow the pre-check in.
