The room itself was absolutely huge and beautiful. We stayed in April, and unfortunately had two very cold and windy days, but were glad to have so much indoor space to hang. (We\'d hoped to spend that time outside.). The hot tub outside was more "warm" I"d say than actually hot, which was a bummer, but I am sure it\'s nice in the hotter summer months. The patio is shared, with a screen dividing it. We didn\'t have neighbors, so it was no problem, but I could see this being frustrating if both sides wanted to use the balcony at the same time. It seemed like inside there was the option to open a connecting door, so it could be fun with a big group occupying the two suites. We loved having direct access outside without having to go up through town. This I believe is only true for our suite, the Fidelio room. There were not a lot of stairs involved in getting to our room, in fact, once you are able to use the direct exit, there are no stairs. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great. And it really was one of the prettiest rooms I\'ve ever stayed in. The cave bedrooms have no windows and take blackout darkness to a whole new level. The hotel itself is on the edge of town, still. in it, but the end, which makes it a little quieter than some of the other ones. Not a far walk to anywhere in Fira, great shopping right there.

This hotel was unbelievable! Don’t hesitate! We didn’t want to leave! We had villa breve and wow absolutely stunning! We had our own rooftop with Panoramic views of the caldera and water. Staff was amazing! We cancelled plans just to sit and enjoy the room with the view! We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you for the staff!

Photos don't do the view justice. It may be one of the best spots to just sit and watch Fira while having some champagne. The kids cared more about the pool and hot tub, but they're kids, so what do they know? Service was great. Breakfast brought and setup every morning was a treat. Location is perfect: just outside of the main busy path, so you could get there in a minute but still enjoy quieter nights. If I could, I would give this place 5 stars.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely La Vida Breve villa, beautiful views, clean and nicely appointed. We had a welcome bottle of wine waiting for us. Enjoyed our gorgeous views of Santorini sunsets on the rooftop deck in the hot tub and our other hot tub by our bedroom. The breakfast was generous, delicious and filling. Thank you for a delightful stay!

We stayed with our two kids, aged 10 and 13. This was a small boutique hotel with only six suites. It is at an extremely convenient location in that it is close to the roads, but still very peaceful and quiet. It did not require a far walk with the luggage, which was a huge plus. It is right across from a very popular Caldera side restaurant called Barolo. It is walkable to all major attractions, shopping areas and restaurants in the area. It is quite close to the bus station as well if public transportation was to be used. It was very close to a supermarket we wanted to get some daily essentials. The hotel was extremely well maintained. There was a nicely sized beautiful pool, which was lovely on the hot days. Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast is included, and it is very plentiful and delicious, and served to your unit either outdoors or indoors. The outdoor breakfast has a great view of the Aegean Sea. The staff were extremely attentive Throughout our stay. The rooms are cleaned twice a day. Plenty of bottled water was provided. I really have no complaints about this place. The company also has some villas available at a close by location which can accommodate slightly bigger groups as well. It was really a wonderful stay for the adults and the kids too. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) had a wonderful stay at Aria Suites in late May 2025. We stayed in the Fidelio suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a comfortable kitchen and living area, along with a private hot tub with an amazing view of the sea. Everything was clean and well maintained. The property is ideally located in a quiet area but just steps away from Fira shopping and restaurants. The staff was all wonderful. Stacy answered all of our questions before and during the trip, and helped book our day catamaran cruise. The rest of the staff were attentive and courteous and helpful -- bringing breakfast in the morning and attending to all of our needs. Santorini is a special place, and we enjoyed it! Thank you!

I stayed here several times since 2021 and I love aria suites . Great location and where you want to be in Fira . I stayed in 2 different rooms the Carmen and Aida suites and this time received free upgrade to one of the villas . The villa was absolutely amazing with 2 hot tubs one off the main bedroom and 1 on the roof with absolutely amazing views of fira and beyond and the caldera . Staff was very helpful . The cleaning crew is top notch. Daily cleanings while staying there were so thorough. Amazed as living in the USA and I stay at tons of hotels you don't see this . Can't wait until I can return again to this magical hotel and city . Most beautiful place in the world

If there was a 10 Star rating, this hotel will get it. Since the moment we arrive until the time we departed, everybody who we interact with us was friendly, attentive to our needs. And the place is just picture perfect. The room was very clean, the breakfast delicious and the view was breathtaking

Beautiful, clean, lovely property in the iconic "cave dwelling" style with super friendly and attentive staff! The view from out the windows is spectacular and looks straight out onto the sea. The hotel is on the quieter side of the main tourist strip in Fira but a comfortable few minutes walk away from the main ocean-side walk where all the restaurants and shops are.

Outstanding stay. We stayed in a family style cave room that was incredibly neat and had a gorgeous view. Stacey (the manager) could not have been more helpful and all the staff truly went out of their way to make it a special stay. The breakfast delivered to your private patio in the morning was phenomenal.

The room itself was absolutely huge and beautiful. We stayed in April, and unfortunately had two very cold and windy days, but were glad to have so much indoor space to hang. (We\'d hoped to spend that time outside.). The hot tub outside was more "warm" I"d say than actually hot, which was a bummer, but I am sure it\'s nice in the hotter summer months. The patio is shared, with a screen dividing it. We didn\'t have neighbors, so it was no problem, but I could see this being frustrating if both sides wanted to use the balcony at the same time. It seemed like inside there was the option to open a connecting door, so it could be fun with a big group occupying the two suites. We loved having direct access outside without having to go up through town. This I believe is only true for our suite, the Fidelio room. There were not a lot of stairs involved in getting to our room, in fact, once you are able to use the direct exit, there are no stairs. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great. And it really was one of the prettiest rooms I\'ve ever stayed in. The cave bedrooms have no windows and take blackout darkness to a whole new level. The hotel itself is on the edge of town, still. in it, but the end, which makes it a little quieter than some of the other ones. Not a far walk to anywhere in Fira, great shopping right there.

This hotel was unbelievable! Don’t hesitate! We didn’t want to leave! We had villa breve and wow absolutely stunning! We had our own rooftop with Panoramic views of the caldera and water. Staff was amazing! We cancelled plans just to sit and enjoy the room with the view! We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you for the staff!

Welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely La Vida Breve villa, beautiful views, clean and nicely appointed. We had a welcome bottle of wine waiting for us. Enjoyed our gorgeous views of Santorini sunsets on the rooftop deck in the hot tub and our other hot tub by our bedroom. The breakfast was generous, delicious and filling. Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) had a wonderful stay at Aria Suites in late May 2025. We stayed in the Fidelio suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a comfortable kitchen and living area, along with a private hot tub with an amazing view of the sea. Everything was clean and well maintained. The property is ideally located in a quiet area but just steps away from Fira shopping and restaurants. The staff was all wonderful. Stacy answered all of our questions before and during the trip, and helped book our day catamaran cruise. The rest of the staff were attentive and courteous and helpful -- bringing breakfast in the morning and attending to all of our needs. Santorini is a special place, and we enjoyed it! Thank you!

When i booked this, i didn't realize that we were going to get a small condo, with a living room and small kitchen. No one above or below you. This place was AWESOME with the most incredible views. The location was perfect for walking in Fira. We loved that they brought us breakfast every morning. This place is a gem.

Aria Suites was beyond expectations! The staff, the panoramic room we had, the in room breakfast every morning was perfection. There is not a bad view in Santorini and I read a lot of reviews. We stayed in the panoramic view room and chose it because a past review said they enjoyed a day ‘in the room’ because it was so amazing. We did the same!! Spent an afternoon having wine and just enjoying the view from the hot tub. I can not say enough about how fantastic our stay was and the true personal touches from the staff that made us feel special. They were so happy to make our stay perfect!

It was the most amazing hotel. Excellent services and breakfast was awesome. Stacy, Alex and the rest of their friendly team went out of their way to have everything we asked for. My daughter and I got under the weather and they had tea's and offered to go to the pharmacy. When I go back to Santorini, I will definitely stay at Aria Suite. Also, Stacy condinated all of daily activities. George the driver is the best driver I have ever driven with. And Aria is located in the perfect location

This hotel is a hidden gem in Santorini. We had the most amazing view from our room with a delicious breakfast served to our room every morning on the veranda overlooking the Mediterranean. Stacy, the manager, was incredible! She took care of our every need and was such a delight to work with. She booked our sailing tour, dinner reservations, transportation to and from the airport and did it all with a smile, enthusiasm and a positive attitude. She truly goes and above to make sure guests are having a wonderful time. Thank you, Stacy! Also, the location of the hotel is great as you are on the path that connects to all of the shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions but you are near the lower part, where it is quiet with less traffic. We will be back and highly recommend this hotel!

The staff are AMAZING! Alex at the front desk was so amazing! The location is perfect...just on the edge of all the action in Thera so it is close but gives you a bit of privacy as well. The accommodations blew us away and the morning breakfast was out of this world. We stayed in the Norma Suite and it exceeded all of our expectations...photos just cant capture how perfect this location is

We loved our visit to Aria Suites. We felt so pampered with the breakfast spread served to us every morning. The check in process was excellent, smooth and friendly. Stacey gave us a very friendly welcome after a long journey. Our family of 4 stayed in the Carmen suite for 6 nights. We could have stayed longer. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. We couldn't asked for anything more. We really liked it's location, and the privacy. No one can see up on the terrace from the walkway unlike so many other hotels in Santorini.

Great accommodations, at the edge of the main tourist area with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby so very convenient but quiet as not too busy outside. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with our two kids, aged 10 and 13. This was a small boutique hotel with only six suites. It is at an extremely convenient location in that it is close to the roads, but still very peaceful and quiet. It did not require a far walk with the luggage, which was a huge plus. It is right across from a very popular Caldera side restaurant called Barolo. It is walkable to all major attractions, shopping areas and restaurants in the area. It is quite close to the bus station as well if public transportation was to be used. It was very close to a supermarket we wanted to get some daily essentials. The hotel was extremely well maintained. There was a nicely sized beautiful pool, which was lovely on the hot days. Air conditioning worked great. Breakfast is included, and it is very plentiful and delicious, and served to your unit either outdoors or indoors. The outdoor breakfast has a great view of the Aegean Sea. The staff were extremely attentive Throughout our stay. The rooms are cleaned twice a day. Plenty of bottled water was provided. I really have no complaints about this place. The company also has some villas available at a close by location which can accommodate slightly bigger groups as well. It was really a wonderful stay for the adults and the kids too. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Stacy and her staff made us very welcome. Breakfast was superb! Very tranquil and view was amazing! Location was great with a very easy short walk to Fira and the Bus station to go to Oia, airport, beach and other places. Lovely to unwind here with the pool and a drink.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely La Vida Breve villa, beautiful views, clean and nicely appointed. We had a welcome bottle of wine waiting for us. Enjoyed our gorgeous views of Santorini sunsets on the rooftop deck in the hot tub and our other hot tub by our bedroom. The breakfast was generous, delicious and filling. Thank you for a delightful stay!

We enjoyed Aria Suites very much. Our room was very beautiful and comfortable for us. It was well air conditioned and close enough to everything, yet somewhat quiet. They served a large breakfast to your room every morning. We would recommend to anyone!

Great place to stay, the views are amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast in suite. Every morning the food was cold and it wasn’t very good.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Fira. Walk to multiple shopping and dining venues. Beautiful cliffside accommodation with stunning views of sunset and the islands. Our room was La Boehem. It was clean, comfortable and large alright next to the pool. Daily breakfast is served outside in your private sitting area and was wonderful. The staff did everything to make our stay perfect. Free water bottles and complimentary bottle of wine. Very helpful in planning activities and excursions. I would stay here again

Staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. Beautiful accommodations, amazing views, great made to order breakfast. At check in given bottle of prosecco that we drank at sunset overlooking the Caldara.

Great location in Fira, Santorini. The villa is clean and spacious for four people and a two year old. One bedroom is upstairs while both bathrooms are downstairs. Breakfast was always very good and the staff is outstanding.

Outstanding place to stay on the Caldera cliffs of Fira. The location is central and very convenient, close to the beginning of the Fira to Oia Cliff walk. We easily got to the restaurants, nightlife, and shopping, and also to Fira town square. We had a beautiful sitting area with our own plunge pool overlooking the cliffs. We were served breakfast there every day. It felt so indulgent to have our own space overlooking the ocean while could see tourists from afar angling to get views, especially at sunset. Our villa (Traviata) was spectacular. It was a cave house with a living room, dining area complete with refrigerator and minibar, a separate bedroom, two bathrooms and two showers, and our own indoor plunge pool jacuzzi. Stacy, the manager, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and helpful. She organized transfers and gave us advice on what to do and see. All of our requests and questions were taken care of. She is fantastic! We enjoyed seeing Bacho and Sosa everyday. They brought us breakfast, helped with out hot tub, and helped carry our luggage up and down the path to the main road. I highly recommend staying here. There’s nothing like waking up with a Caldera view or seeing the sunset everyday from your private vantage point. It truly made our trip unique.

We travel quite a bit and have stayed in many five-star hotels. Our stay at Aria Suites was second to none. Stacy and all of her staff were so attentive and welcoming. We seriously felt like the only guests. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The customized breakfast brought to our balcony each day was absolutely amazing and fresh. We can’t recommend this place enough. We will most certainly stay here again on our next trip to Santorini.
