Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chino

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can confidently say it offers first-class accommodation in every sense. From the moment I arrived, the reception was exceptionally well run efficient, professional, and genuinely welcoming, setting the tone for the entire visit. The accommodation itself was immaculate, with a clear emphasis on both comfort and quality. Every area of the hotel reflected an impressive attention to detail, particularly when it came to maintenance and cleanliness. It’s evident that a great deal of care goes into ensuring everything is kept to the highest standard. What truly stood out, however, was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was helpful, approachable, and eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. That level of genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming place to stay. It exceeded my expectations in every way.

Parking was easy, staff was great. The fold out sofa bed was kind of junky. I was shocked the continental breakfast didnt offer any meat. But overall a good experience.

Overall an enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend bringing your own pillow, but the room was nice otherwise. Watch out at breakfast, because all of the 2% milk in the fridge was expired.

Air condition is kind of loud but overall is excellent.
