Our stay here was good. The staff are really lovely especially Lisa who checked us in. The free parking was good and plenty of spaces.The room was adequate and had everything we needed. The towels were lovely and big! The shower power was great and the hairdryer was a good one not a cheap one. The restaurant and bar area were inviting and the food was lovely. We had breakfast aswell which was good. We did hear dogs barking late at night and early in the morning, apart from that we enjoyed our stay here.

Found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, staff friendly, approachable and helpful. Although earl grey tea was not obviously available it was quickly supplied on request. We travelled with a dog and the room and certain areas of the hotel were pet friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will return if we are in the area. Excellent value for money.

Recommended by a friend and would recommend to anyone. Stayed overnight while visiting the racetrack. Easy to find, not too far away and reasonably priced. Hotel was excellent value, very clean , bed was comfortable and the staff were great. Evening bar food was well cooked and presented.

Excellent location and the hotel had a bright modern feel inside. Very clean and modern bedroom, great (free) wifi, good tea/coffee making facilities and a comfy bed. Plenty of parking also. Plus a fantastic beer served at the bar called 'Meantime'... worth a try.

The pet friendly room we were allocated was the farthest possible from the parking area. This made it inconvenient for moving in and out though the staff were very willing to help. The main public area was welcoming and clean and the beer was good!

The reception area, corridors and bedroom, all very clean and tidy. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We decided on checking in to have breakfast the following morning. Usual buffet breakfast with a good choice of dishes, and plenty of drinks, cereals, baked goods etc. Good value for money.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The room was virtually clean although there were a few small marks on the bed linnen and the usb charging socket didnt work. Only 3 plug sockets in the entire room and they were too close to the dresser service that a normal usb plug wouldnt fit in. Bed was comfey and bathroom clean with a lovely deep bath and powerful shower. Bath dripped all night annoyingly. I ordered bar food and had the breakfast and both were underwhelming. Despite it not quite being great value for money,the staff made the trip and I would definitely go back again.

Room was grubby and smells, seat was filthy, no top up for tea bags on 2nd night, food was awful and cooked to death, breakfast was pitiful, only redeeming factor was receptionist and bar man are wonderful, sadly won't be using this hotel again, really poor management and disgusting room

Was fairly happy but was let down by lack is sockets in room. Sofa bed was not cleaned had old food and socks inside Bathroom extract fan was blocked with dust I cleaned it! One bed side light not working

I booked two triple rooms for my family and I. Check in was easy and check staff friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean, quiet. They had enough pillows and towels. The soap and shampoo dispensers were fully stocked. The power shower was great and easy to use. There was hair dryer, ironing board and iron in the room and tea and coffee properly stocked. The lighting in the bathroom and room was nice and bright. I was really impressed by the high standards at the hotel and rooms prices. Excellent value for money and was a great place to stay with my family. I was travelling with children so being able to buy food and drink on site was handy as well as Mcdonalds close by. I would definitely stay at this Best Western again.

Hotel is fine. Standard, non descript business hotel. Room is Ok. But the wi-fi was so bad I had to go elsewhere. No connection. Not my issue as I connected in McDonalds. If reliable wi-fi is a deal breaker, think twice about booking here.

Overall I really liked this hotel. Clean, comfortable and lovely staff. Very good price and dog friendly. Food was served until a good time and reasonably priced. My main issue comes from lack of sensible plug points in the bedrooms. None around the beds in the room we had. No big deal of there are useable points elsewhere but they were above the table which was not moveable in order to create enough space for a plug which feeds downwards as do most phone chargers and plugs in general. There is 1 usb port but it seemed slow. It was a bit of a hassle trying to work off lap top and also charge a mobile phone at the same time, unable to sit comfortably on the bed to do so. Also an extra bedside table for the twin room wouldnt go amis. Otherwise a really pleasant stay.

Check in was friendly and easy with everything explained hotel is in a funny location but perfect for what I needed (I was attending a local festival) Staff cleaned my room daily which was an unexpected pleasure! Room had some dust on walls and headboard bot otherwise perfect. Would happily stay again

Great place to stay, close to major routes just a shame other guests had no respect for others by letting thier doors slam shut jusy before midnight ! Not the hotels fault would definitely stay again !!!!

Recommended by a friend and would recommend to anyone. Stayed overnight while visiting the racetrack. Easy to find, not too far away and reasonably priced. Hotel was excellent value, very clean , bed was comfortable and the staff were great. Evening bar food was well cooked and presented.

Conveniently right off junction 11 of the M42. Bed comfortable. Good breakfast. Lack of plug points, no plug point for the hairdryer to be used by the mirror.

Our stay here was good. The staff are really lovely especially Lisa who checked us in. The free parking was good and plenty of spaces.The room was adequate and had everything we needed. The towels were lovely and big! The shower power was great and the hairdryer was a good one not a cheap one. The restaurant and bar area were inviting and the food was lovely. We had breakfast aswell which was good. We did hear dogs barking late at night and early in the morning, apart from that we enjoyed our stay here.

Through the bedroom was wonderfully clean. The bedroom the bed duvet pillows were very fresh and very comfortable. The only issue was the meal in the restaurant wasn’t great. The quality of the food was very poor.

When I arrived the room smelt of tobacco smoke despite it being advertised as non smoking room. The check in staff sprayed the room with air freshener which had little long lasting effect. Restaurant menu limited and poor quality food. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The reception area, corridors and bedroom, all very clean and tidy. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We decided on checking in to have breakfast the following morning. Usual buffet breakfast with a good choice of dishes, and plenty of drinks, cereals, baked goods etc. Good value for money.

We stayed as a couple for the weekend 24th to 26th July. The hotel was well maintained and welcoming. Staff couldn't do enough to help, from reception, to bar staff and room cleaning. Everyone seemed to be working to the same ethos. The room was lovely, shower was powerful and bed comfy. The big let down was that done of the rooms are air conditioned, but the public areas are. We did have a fan, but it was noisy, didn't really cool us down so we had a couple of uncomfortable nights. This was probably the coolest weekend for weeks so I wouldn't have liked to stay during the heatwave.
