Our stay was simply wonderful! From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed with great care, warmth, and professionalism. The entire team showed genuine concern in making us feel at home, especially since we were traveling as a family. The hotel was extremely accommodating and attentive in every detail, always willing to help and ensure our comfort. A very special highlight was the surprise prepared for my sister’s birthday: the team arranged a cake with so much care, making the moment even more emotional and unforgettable for all of us. This thoughtful gesture truly made the difference and showed how much the hotel genuinely cares about its guests. The accommodations are comfortable, the atmosphere is cozy, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, it is a place we highly recommend and that will remain in our memories with great affection. We will definitely return!
