Great location for Allentown area- nicely done with common areas- bar/breakfast area, pool was beautiful, staff were very friendly & helpful!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Pool was wonderful! Restaurant was good. Room was clean, roomy and beds were comfortable. Pillows were extremely soft.

Why was the pool closed? Disappointing. We have kids and booked here partly for the pool.

It was a bit of a walk from the check-in desk to my room. Likewise, it was a bit of a walk from the parking lot all the way to my room.

I stayed at this property just one night, enroute from Boston to Pittsburgh. The hotel is very large and appears to be designed for conferences. It looks new and beautifully appointed, with a bar and restaurant in the lobby. I found that feature very convenient, since the property is not in a busy commercial district. The location is convenient as well, right off of the highway. Excellent value for the price.

The facility has Starbucks on site. Amazing customer service.

It's convenient to get to the main highway & there is many options to dine. There is in house dining & an option for Starbucks as well. As for the room, definitely could use some attention. The bathroom floor, walkway infront of door and near beds, they're was debris everywhere.

For a hotel that is supposed to be luxurious I was really dissapointed. At our arrival there was nobody at the front desk, we waited about 10 minutes and heard multiple missing call while waiting. When someone finally came we could see he was completly exhausted. When we got to our room it looked pretty nice but it quickly changed as we paid more attention, the entry floor was dirty, when removing our shoes we felt that the rug was dirty, and the worst was the bathroom, it looked like it haven't even been cleaned at all, the mirror had splash and dirt on it, there were hair on the counter, in the sink, the floor and in the shower. The shower looked like it haven't been cleaned for a while. REALLY dirty shower windows, dirty shower floor, dirty shower walls and hair on the shower floor and walls. I will not return to this hotel. I usually never have any issue with marriott hotels but this one was not up to the standard.

Wonderful property and the staff especially Angie. The problem was the cleanliness of the hallway and especially the shower in our room. It was pretty nasty. The glass doors were filthy and the chrome all spotted. Not impressed with the lack of housekeeping

Parking was not a problem, i was able to check in quickly and my initial impression of the hotel just from the lobby area was very nice, i have stayed at multiple hotels of this caliber within the week so it compared nicely and it was priced competitively in my opinion. When i got to the room i was pleased at first glance, but as i started to settle in i was displeased with the cleanliness of the room to the point that we asked to switch to a different room. There was trash in the toilet, the headboard on the bed looked greasy like someone was leaning on it and there was hair in the shower. I brought this to the front desk and asked to be placed in a new room and we were moved to a handicapped accessible room, the layout was different and the shower was wide open. Had me and my partner been handicapped it would have been fine im sure but because of the difference in a standard room to a traditional room this felt weird for us to stay in the room and i feel like it took away from our getaway. On top of all of this the next morning i use the shower and the water was room temperature at best except for the one time that it got boiling hot for about 30 seconds. Overall im disappointed because i feel like basic expectations were not met for me and it took away from me and my partner’s experience.

Lobby looked clean and smelled wonderful. Then once you walked in to the hallway with the elevator you start to see how dirty the hotel is. The hallways needed swept along with the elevator. Not to mention the handprints everywhere. Our bathroom in our room had pink mold growing in the corners and the complimentary lotion, small travel size bottle, was covered in hair and half used. The wash towels had stains and hairs in them.

There was still food left in the microwave from the previous visit in the room stunk

Our room was never cleaned for two nights,first room,TV was broken and when I requested another room,I was told there was none and then when they could not fix it,another room magically appeared but it turned out they gave us the key to a room that was already occupied (lock your doors),then they found another room. Went for coffee at the cafe area and was told they were closed and not serving coffee at 12pm (it’s a cafe!),clearly they do not need the money NEVER going back.

We had a lovely stay but I did have a problem with the platform bed. The corners stick out and I banged my leg very hard on the wood. It is quite swollen still and this is 6 days later. I may have to go check it out if it doesn’t get better. They need to do something about this problem.

A clean comfortable room. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom very nice, shower was amazing, guest services was very pleasant, the place was clean and quiet. Next time I'm back in the area, this is where I'm staying.

Very clean and new.. located near highway so very convenient. Very nice hotel it was very clean. But...... Very loud.. Not from the outside but inside. When your neighbor lets the door slam its loud and the building shakes. Could hear neighbors through the walls. Cleaning staff knocked on door at 10am when checkout is noon. Felt rushed to leave.

Comfortable beds

Remote control was horrible to deal with…barely worked at all. Though it was batteries so got a second one which was just as bad if not worse. It must have to do with the hotel tv system but it was very aggravating.

Room was large and nicely furnished. Reception area was stylish. My first assigned room was not cleaned; the bed was unmade and towels were on the bathroom floor. The room HVAC units are dated and, hence, a bit noisy. The room had great shades though.

Spent two nights there. Tv did not have access to anything. Repeatedly asked for assistance and was ignored the 1st time. 2nd time i was told maintenence is handling. 3rd time i was told i.t. was handling it. 4th time i was told theres an issue with the tv...nothing could be done because i wasnt member which made me feel like i wasnt even on the radar for anyones assistance or care. Aside from that bartender and food was good

The room was very clean and comfortable. But the corner of the bed frame stick out about 6" and I must have hit my shin at least five times on it! Bathroom had a sliding door without a lock on it.

Only one had thing the room was not ready but they were so kind about it the young man at front desk was so apologetic he gave us a few coupons for free drinks so that was nice the rooms were so clean it was great

I arrived earlier than expected from Las Vegas to visit family I hadn't seen in 10 years. The customer service I received was amazing. The young lady who took of me was wonderful and extremely helpful. I will keep coming back it was a great experience!!

The overall staff at this property were very nice. However, our first night there we decided to eat at STAY. There were two customer's at the bar, the bartender allowed us to seat ourselves. She took our drink order (two lemon drops) we watched and chat while she walked away. We saw her make the drinks right away, 15 minutes goes by and we can see our martinis just sitting at the end of the bar getting warm, while she was talking.. The drinks were not pleasant and the food took even longer when there wasnt a single other soul eating besides us. The food wasnt bad but i wouldn't say we loved it. Halfway through this experience I think what is the GM walks up to us saying something like "oh she must of not seen you walk in" as we sit there with our drinks and app plates confused. We tell him we already ordered. He was walking fast all over the place not doing much of anything. We were finishing our food and 1 more table sat, another bartender came in, 2 bussers, to prepare for dinner service. We finish or food we sat, and sat, and sat. 30 minutes goes by and a very nice young man comes and asks if we need anything because he can see the look on our faces. Not our server, not the GM, not a single soul except him. We ask him for the bill. He brought us the bill as we sit and watched our server leaned back on the counter doing nothing at all. Ive worked in restaurants for 15 years and never had a more unpleasant, unprofessional experience from lazy staff.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean I deducted the star because I did not love the layout of the hotel and felt like the long hallways were not clear to navigate. But in terms of staff and cleanliness and value it was absolutely fine.

The hotel and staff were great. Mr. Ortiz at the desk was very helpful in working out a booking issue.

I submitted a review to the hotel directly and never got a response. The front desk person was rude, aloof, and bad mouthing other guests to us at check in. We reserved a king bed room, and she wasn’t able to tell us if we got that or something else, then said “it doesn’t matter hahah”. Turns out we did not get a king bed room. What we did get was a room where the bedding had not been changed because it all smelled like horrible body odor, and a bathroom whose sliding show door didn’t stay closed thereby making a mess and soaking the entire floor, which we then had to clean up.

A must stay property! I travel extensively for work and this hotel hit a my top 4 list of over all comfort, clean, quite, and a staff that is exceptional from the front concierge, House keeping, lobby bar and the management! This newly renovated hotel is just exceptional!

Good quiet place to stay right off the interstate. Lots of dining options around plus a restaurant and bar inside with breakfast and dinner options.

This nice hotel is tucked away from Rte 100 in a quiet area away from all the noise from the roads. The room was clean and spacious. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Overall a great stay! Staff was very friendly; and although pricey, the restaurant food was good with large servings! The hotel is situated right off the highway, so depending on where your room is, you might hear some traffic noise.

Nice hotel but restaurant was poorly run. Service was nonexistent and no one was eating there.

I needed a quiet evening after my Uncle’s home going and this hotel gave me the perfect respite. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and so spacious. I ordered room service for breakfast and it came swiftly and was delicious! This was the perfect setting for the peace I needed.

Hallway smelled. Restaurant breakfast seemed microwaved and overpriced.

It was okay. Very expensive breakfast was not included a cup of coffee was 4 dollars but was regular coffee, 4 dollars for orange juice that came out of a gallon jug…. Should went to best western or the comfort inn would have had a better cheaper stay and breakfast would have been included

Room was quiet and clean. Ample parking but just a bit further from property than others.We were on the rod until early afternoon and missed breakfast. Called for a la carte sandwich and were told that it wasn't available at that time even though it's supposed to be 24/7.

They offer a restaurant style breakfast, if someone ever comes to give you a menu and take your order. They're more concerned with talking amongst themselves and cleaning up from previous people than to acknowledge someone new. Needless to say, I didn't get to eat because I had a ride on the way and after 10 minutes of waiting I wouldn't have had time for food. I'm glad I only had 1 night here. It's a nice clean hotel.

This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean, the staff was very helpful, and the restaurant food was delicious. The only downside I see is there is NO free coffee during the day offered. There is a Starbucks onsite, only during certain hours, and a cup of coffee is almost 4.00! The swimming pool is beautiful. I liked that I could get a clean towel at the pool.
