Downtown Manhattan Beach 3 Bed Townhouse Parking

Didn’t know it was a second floor unit so it made it hard for us to carry baby up and down stairs. Would’ve been nice to have known. Thought unit was clean but floors are dusty and when baby crawled everywhere, whole body turned dirty and all of us collected black dirt on feet. Otherwise it was a good location, walk to downtown and shops.

Place NOT WORTH WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING. Stay somewhere else closer to Manhattan Beach Pier. Owner misrepresents location of the property on the map to appear closer to Manhattan Pier in order to justify charging higher prices. Actual address is two blocks further north and further away from the pier on a busy street. The lock code did not work upon checking in. We had to email the management agency that maintains the property because calls were only diverted to voicemail. Eventually, entrance was granted. The place is old and spruced up with paint. Take your business elsewhere.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Parking is a big plus!
