We spent 3 nights at this beautiful hotel The hotel is very well maintained Room was large and very clean Staff was very helpful Cons: The hotel entry road is very dark at night, no lights at all. The music around the pool was too loud for me to relax. Breakfast products where not marked at all. Not to many places to get diner in the area specially at Friday night, and dinner is extremely expensive at the hotel.

Our stay was perfect. Very beautiful hotel, with a special design, large and pleasant room and bath room. Amazing breakfast, pool and restaurants - all beautiful. We are looking forward returning to this amazing desert oasis.

Spotless room Staff super friendly The pool staff especially Osher were so helpful Breakfast was excellent The variety of Friday night dinner was really good. The chef came to every table to accept graciously constructive criticism and compliments. A pleasant weekend break.

L’hôtel a un design assez moyen! Les architectes ce sont lâchés pour faire des chambres pas très confortable ! Pas d’armoire penderie mais 1 penderie qui tombe au dessus de la bouilloire, une espèce de baldaquin en corde au dessus du lit qui est avant tout un nid à poussière, un Tv en face d’un petit canapé inconfortable à la place d’être en face du lit ! Le repas du soir était très moyen comparé à d’autres hôtels de la chaîne Isrotel . Le petit déjeuner lui était parfait ! Et L’hôtel est propre

It was amazing! The rooms are great, no need for no balcony which you cant really see anything from anyway. The food was Great! In the dining room food was great breakfast and dinner! Not the most highest class food but allot of choice and most is really really good and delicious! The food in the Bar is just great and amazing! the pizzas and salads and pastas were so good! The pool area is really nice and comfortable! Cons - too many children, and our room (which was great) was on the edge and there was allot of building there which made some mess and noise.

A peaceful and beautiful oasis in the Negev. Staff were polite and attentive. A late night flood in our shower was quickly dealt with and we were upgraded to a different room. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall, the experience was great, with amazing food and a very friendly staff. However, the bed situation was disappointing. After hours of requesting a replacement for the sunken mattress, it was swapped for one that was hard and broken. I ended up sleeping on the sofa for two nights to avoid going through the hassle again. Aside from that, everything else was excellent

The hotel was really nice, great design and really lovely pool! The hotel was quiet and we felt very safe, the only issue was that most of the staff didnt speak English and it took over 45min to process my checkin! No apologies, nothing.... aside from that it was a really great stay! Would stay again

Amazing design and ambience. Very wide selection of food. At dinner some of the main dishes were dry. Check in was a little painful. Had issues with the credit card and it took some time. Was surprised an hour before check out with a visit of the supervisor who wanted to double check that we had the right type of pillows. Should have been done in our absence or after leaving the room

Amazing hotel, fabulous food, uniformly exceptional service in a lovely, well-placed location. The dessert theme of the hotel carried through every inch and was gorgeous. Food at Isrotels rarely disappoints, and the prices were reasonable. Enjoyed our stay and only wish we'd had more time to enjoy the spa.

Its a beautiful hotel and a great place for a relaxing weekend. The problem is the staff are not nice and make you feel like you work for them (for example, had to mop the floor because the shower was flooding).

The hotel is wonderful. The entire staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. The food is plentiful and the best and most delicious I have ever eaten in hotels around the world. Food generally good but not hot. We were moved to another room by hotel staff. Nighty was lost. I left a small jar of tablets on our breakfast table e we hitch was never recovered. Good hotel but plenty of room for improvement.

J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel au Kedma Isrotel. Tout était absolument parfait, du début à la fin. Le cadre est magnifique et très dépaysant, on a vraiment l’impression d’être dans un autre univers. Le service est irréprochable : tout le personnel est accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible. Les repas étaient excellents, variés et de grande qualité. Le ménage était impeccable chaque jour, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. La piscine est superbe, très bien entretenue, et les équipements de l’hôtel sont modernes et complets. Tout est pensé pour le confort et la détente. Je repars avec de merveilleux souvenirs et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience inoubliable !

Service, cleanliness, food were highest level possible. Design is impeccable. Beautiful lighting and comfortable calm textiles music and smells everywhere. The clientele was extremely high and, no loud people hardly any smoking. There weren’t any open spaces to walk around or chill out- no hammocks, no open sky views aside from a rooftop lookout, where there was construction and a highway nearby. The spa was small and not well planned out - no water fountain. Hardly any lockers. Nowhere to sit. Very compact. Mold in the steam room, steamers were at the roof of the steam room, a major design flaw. Because heat rises, the steam room was not hot. Male and female saunas were separate and the male was broken the whole weekend. We got three treatments, one was very much a waste of time and money . The deep tissue massages with male therapists were worthwhile. Overall a great experience, but don’t go for the spa.
