Incredible stay at this property. The location is amazing close to Multepulteno as well. We did a drive to sienna. we loved the pools. The staff were incredible. The room was clean and spacious. The AC was cold. The food was delicious. The breakfast was amazing the scenery and property itself were phenomenal.

This place is absolutely stunning and tranquil, with many amenities to enjoy. The spa area is fantastic, and the room was spotless. The staff provided excellent service, and breakfast was simply amazing. I wish I had stayed longer. If I return to Tuscany someday, I would definitely choose to stay here.

I honestly feel lucky that I booked this hotel in Tuscany! We stayed there couple days. The environment and vibe is amazing. I’m kind of picky with hotels but Precise is awesome! It’s clean, quiet, safe, and with music, campfire, many pools-even one heated, spa, free parking. Everyone working there are super nice. btw，love the breakfast and dinner. We had unforgettable time in Tuscany with one of the main reason, staying in Precise. I definitely will rebook when I’m back to Tuscany.

Our stay at the property was wonderful, especially considering it was the countryside. The hotel staff was extremely hospitable and responsive to any of our needs whether it was getting additional water or catching a cricket in our room. The view 360 from all sides of the property is beautiful! The resort is a bit secluded and a 20min drive to the nearest city, but was close enough for us to explore multiple cities during the day. Otherwise, there’s a restaurant on property to enjoy any meal. The gym and spa have a spectacular view. Would certainly stay again on our next trip.

A wonderful and relaxing stay under the Tuscan sun. We enjoyed the lovely breakfast each morning in the garden, the pool and the spa amenities which was included. The staff were great with making dinner reservations, brining things we needed into the room and overall their attentiveness.

Wonderful hotel, excellent staff! Our room was great and the restaurant was also excellent. There are 3 pools to choose from, all great. We stayed by the main pool and loved the atmosphere. We travelled with a 3 year old and the staff made her feel really welcome and the restaurant provided good child friendly options. We loved this hotel!

Incredible hotel and restaurant. Breakfast every morning was extremely good and the dinners did not disappoint. Spa was great. Grounds as a whole were exceptional. Felt like you were sent back in time to 200 years ago.

For the price you pay to stay at such a property I would say they need to improve on a few things. The spa was nice but the indoor pool is tiny and doesn’t accommodate lots of guests. There are 4 other outdoor Pools non of which are heated. The wet spa/ steam room wasn’t working. Every time I asked they kept saying 10 mins. I finally gave up. The bar had many scotch bottles that had Less than 1 drink on display. If you can’t make 1 drink or you may have enough for 1-2 drinks you should display it or offer it to guests. The biggest problem of all is the shower setup. They installed plumbing in the showers that takes a certified plumber to work. And the instructions provided were not correct. I spent 40 minutes trying to get hot water to my shower just to get so aggrevated and give up after over 3 calls to the reception that I ended up taking an ice cold shower. Also with no curtain the entire floor and toilet was soaked. Very terrible setup. Worst of all we wasted so much water trying to get this to work. I felt terrible. This should be an immediate fix. It took over 18 mins for the hot water to get to the 4th floor. I can’t even fathom that until now.

Impeccable property and staff. Everything was perfect. The location was like a postcard, so picturesque. Every thing about this property was beautiful. The rooms were slightly rustic to give that Tuscany charm, but modern and luxe at the same time. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The amenities top notch- from the spa with a great sauna and steam room, to the gym that was enclosed in glass so you can always enjoy your vistas, to multiple pools (we did not use as it was too chilly still), a jacuzzi and a great onsite dining area. Walks around the vineyard topped it all off. Breakfast was delicious and had an extensive variety. The staff recommended a lovely pizzeria in the town of Montepulciano, which is worth going to as it is so unique. Overall every detail was A , will definitely be returning and recommending this gem. We hope it always stays this lovely!

Entre os cinco hotéis em que fiquei na Toscana, este foi o que mais expectativas nos gerou, mas acabou por ser o pior. As instalações não correspondiam, de todo, ao padrão esperado de um hotel de 5 estrelas: As piscinas estavam encerradas e não eram aquecidas. Só pudemos aproveitar a piscina do spa, que é muito pequena em relação ao tamanho do hotel. No quarto triplo, apesar do piso térreo ser bom, o do andar de cima apenas tinha uma cama, nem tomada para carregar o telemóvel estava disponível. Esqueceram de colocar toalhas e roupões para 3 hóspedes. O serviço de atendimento ao cliente também deixou a desejar. Ao jantar no restaurante, apesar de haver lugares disponíveis na área mais nobre, colocaram-nos no bar, numa zona mais isolada, fazendo-nos sentir excluídos. Os quartos ainda apresentavam limpeza inadequada, e a equipa parecia despreparada para lidar com preocupações dos hóspedes. A resposta do hotel à situação dos insetos, após encontrar mais de 20 no quarto, foi afirmar que isso é comum e não há solução (sendo que nos outros 4 hotéis na região, não tive problema com isto). Recomendo que o hotel reveja os seus procedimentos de limpeza, manutenção e treino da equipa para garantir que futuros hóspedes desfrutem de uma estadia mais confortável e alinhada com os padrões de um hotel de 5 estrelas. O que surpreendeu-nos foi o jantar da meia pensão, que estava espetacular e muito bem servido. O café da manhã também é bastante completo. A área externa é linda.

Ein sehr ruhiges luxuriöses Hotel. Natur vor der Haustür. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Restaurant Service und Speisen hervorragend. Garten und Aktivitätsräume bestens. Sehr zu empfehlen für Menschen die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Words can’t really describe this property. Staff, food, cleanliness, professionalism was beyond. The property is serene with views for days. Highly recommend and will be back someday.

Property was wonderful and peaceful. Extremely clean and staff was fantastic. My only criticism would be the dinner service was extremely slow and they had gotten our orders wrong multiple times. Other than that we absolutely loved Poggio Alla Salla and would recommend to anyone! If you are in the area, you also must check out Bindella Winery only about 2km away. Fantastic.

We stayed at 4 hotels in Italy all in different cities and This was the most expensive one but was the worst one!! It’s definitely not worth the price. If you don’t have a rental this place is not worth it. We spent around $300 euros in taxis here which works out to be almost $500 cad!!! This is all in a span of one day!!! They didn’t serve dinner the first night and lunch the next day so we had to basically eat biscuits from our last hotel until dinner time. The spa was okay nothing great about it. There was also no AC in the room and when I called to inquire they said they can’t turn it on cuz it’s still winter season!! The staff at the reception were friendly but the breakfast staff were not friendly and to be honest seemed a little racist as they were serving the non coloured people a lot faster and better! We spent most of the second day in our room cuz it was raining and there was nothing really do! I would definitely skip montepulciano if I ever go back to Italy! Also one more thing..they didn’t clean our room the next day and I had to call and ask them to do it and then after room was cleaned our key card wasn’t working and we had to walk all the way after dinner in the pouring rain to get it activated again! Definitely will not be returning here and would not recommend it.

Beautiful place! Food was great! Friendly staff! One thing is that loud noise generated from footsteps from the guests above had me up for a few hours.

Excellent hotel structure with a very poor service and comfort standard. Definitely not a 5-star hotel. Service is very inefficient, there are too many different room locations which doesn’t help and the staff doesn’t even mention all the hotel facilities. No one offered us help with the luggage, even with the fact we had 2 kids and arrived when it was pouring outside, the room key card didn’t work for the whole stay, we’ve to ask 3 times for the same thing, the hot water wasn’t enough for 2 adults and 2 kids to have a shower, bed is not comfortable and sofa bed even worse (and noisy). In summary, if they decided they wanted to make this a 5-star hotel they could easily do it, since the location, structure, surroundings etc are absolutely amazing, but they need to invest in the basics, like comfort, staff and training. Some people were very kind to us, others didn’t bother to come back to answer a question.

O hotel é absurdamente maravilhoso, as fotos disponibilizadas no site, sao muito inferiores ao que realmente é o hotel… eu ficaria nele todas as vezes que eu for a Itália, só tenho a agradecer todos do hotel, vistas lindas, quarto e hotel muito acolhedor e aconchegante… eu moraria lá, e minha esposa ficou encantada com as joaninhas 🐞 no quarto!

We had a disappointing stay here. The price of the room (almost $600 per night) and the location/condition of the room is what was so disappointing. Our room was big enough, but almost no storage area for clothes and none for luggage. So within an hour our room was messy. Then the sink was clogged and our shower connection was loose so water shot in all directions. I complained and they fixed the sink, but not the shower. Also, our room was right on the driveway road with a view of a huge metal staircase. A really bad location, that made us feel like they put us in their worst room (we paid for an upgraded room). In my experience in Italy this hotel is drastically over priced and not at all worth it. The restaurant is okay, breakfast is good, dinner weird.. The pools are not heated so if you visits outside of summer you probably won’t want to use them. Take that away and the boring rooms and you’re left with huge beautiful grounds, but not much else to justify the price

Some of the staff went out of their way to be helpful and were amazing. But at least half the staff looked like they hated their jobs and couldn’t wait to get off work. Feels like the place is understaffed. The property is BEAUTIFUL, but it suffers from lack of attention to details.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was happy to see you, every request was carried out with a smile. The thought and effort that went into the small details were so apparent, from the products in the bathrooms, to the complementary iced water and fresh fruit by the pool. The setting was beautiful, the rooms well appointed and the food delicious. I'm really struggling for anything bad to say about this place.

This is a chain hotel with headquarters in Germany. That alone makes it really hard to make it an authentic Italian experience. On top of it there’s barely local folks among the staff. The staff really needs to be trained in 5 star hotel standards. At times they tend to be borderline rude. On the other hand the hotel is amazing with kids, and the hotel manager is on top of things, so it makes it a mixed experience. It really depends what you are looking for, it’s a comfortable stay with 5 star hotel amenities but not in a anuthentic castle or old house like other properties around. My kids loved the pool, the kids club and the playground so again it depends what you are looking for.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way. The hotel is beautiful and the food was excellent. I also requested a more private room and the staff changed the room for me right away. Highly recommended for beauty, serene peace and quiet

This is a beautiful location and the facilities are stunning. Really everything is picture perfect and you are only 20 minutes from Montepulciano and 30 minutes from Pienza. Both are amazing to explore and offer excellent dining options. The concierge recommended Tuscan Sweet Dreams to take us to a vineyard and through the Val d’Orcia. This was truly memorable. I recommend it without hesitation. The hotel experience is absolutely top tier. The restaurant is not at the same level of perfection as the hotel stay.

Beautiful property! Here you are truly on vacation. Very serene and staff are all amazing. Food was also wonderful in the restaurant. Would highly recommend for a quiet getaway or even with family. We brought our infant son with us and the hotel was so accommodating. Also just a short drive away from Montepulciano and neighboring wineries.

Wonderful surroundings, buildings and pools. The staff were attentive and the food just marvellous, both breakfast and evening meals. The only downside for us was that my elderly mother was visiting with us who found it difficult to get about as the buildings and pool are separate, it would have been good to have had an option for mum to be moved around in one of their electrical vehicles, and steps around the villa had no handrails so assistance was always required, but everything else was wonderful.

The property is magnificent. The staff is very nice. The spa is solid. Our only comment is about the details of the food. For example we ordered a salad and it was half croutons and half salad! A bit out of character for a place like this.

The staff was amazing. The food needs improvement: very average and expensive. Also I feel for all the staff, there were Russian guests who were rude to all the staff. I was so impressed with the professionalism of everyone who had to deal with these people.
