If you want to stay in a dark, dingy, doublewide manufactured home with faded drapes and the unit is cleaned with pine-sol to hide the smell, then this is the place for you. No paved access to the front door, trash piled up across the street, surrounding units were in total disrepair with junk everywhere, we could not have been more mislead by the pictures. Lipstick on a pig for sure. We stayed an hour, left and rented a home somewhere else because it was so bad.

Bugs and ants inside. Back bedroom by laundry room needs to be replaced. Communication was very poor between hosts and property manager. Hot tub had waaayyyy too much chlorine. It burned our eyes and lungs.

Great location, good value, and plenty of space for 2–3 families. The home is a bit dated (which is all good!), but it could truly use a deeper clean with a couple of things that would really make guests more comfortable. The patio was quite dusty, and the hot tub chemicals felt strong so we didn’t use it much. Communication could also be better; slow response at check-in when the keypad didn’t work, and no reply to a checkout question that wasn’t listed in the directions until after we left (use the dumpster for trash!).Overall, a decent option for groups - especially those on a budget- with a few areas for improvement.

Clean and plenty of space to sleep. Great back yard and accommodations. Decent game room.Could use some upgrades. No stereo/music system. Hot tub chlorine was too strong to use.

We were very grateful for the opportunity to stay in this home. It served our large family well! We loved the space and the many beds. The backyard was fabulous along with the game room! Thank you for the attention to detail with the many towels provided along with the coffee. Overall it was clean and tidy, but could use a little love in spots to spiffy it up. We would stay here again and will recommend to any friends visiting the area. Thank you!
