Had a pleasant stay. Great place for reviewing—quiet, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Good food for breakfast bt limited options and very relaxing atmosphere.

周辺の治安に関しては少々不安はありましたが、ホテルはセキュリティ体制が24時間でしっかりしていましたので、ホテル滞在中は安心でした。 アスコットの管理でしたので、アメニティやベッドの質もよかったです。また利用したいです。

Location: This hotel is located in a less than desirable part of town. Room: The room itself had plenty of room and a spacious bed that’s comfortable but a little hard. They had a desk, which was nice, but the chair that went with it was disgustingly stained. In fact, the whole place was a bit dingy. Housekeeping: The cleaners were terrible. They kept taking my towels and not replacing it, if they changed my towels at all. Hotel public spaces: The lobby is tight, but cheerily decorated. There is a self-service laundry facility, which is nice. The common areas were not well-maintained, but at least they’re there. The elevators are a bit slow and confusing, as they’re shared with another building. Make sure you get into the correct elevators. The key card, which is required to activate your floor, doesn’t always work on first swipe. In fact, it actually takes a few tries to activate, even at the door. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again.

The room was clean and spotless. Toiletries and amenities are provided. The staff is super friendly, very general and always ready to help. They are amazing. The hotel location is great, easy access to many shops/malls and tourist spots. Highly recommend staying here if you're in Manila.
