It was an Ok hotel. Close to the monorail station where you can go to KLCC in 3-4 stations, pool and gym were nice! Room was just ok, don’t really recommend when traveling with family with young kids. Property of the room was not great, and had to pay addition for a blanket because 4 cannot fit on the bed and nothing else was provided.

Great two room .. wanted to stay longer..need to book day before... 3pm check in so long wait ..could have paid extra to get in early ..gym you need trainers or you will be kicked out..

Suberb apartment. Decent enough pool Could do with a clean. Great size though very close to chow kit and lots of shops. Easy to use once get the hang off to system they use codes / keys. Would recommend

Place was ok . My internet didn’t worked and the guy at the reception lied to me … after a few attempts to fix it they decided to change my room .. bathroom was dirty . Pool area was ok but the water in the pool very dirty you swim into very greasy water Receptionist very rude no sense of costumer service at all. I am glad I stayed there only for 2 nights as I moved to a better location …

Haram!!! Dangerous!!! Booked 3 nights at this place. Was a the worst expirience i ever had. Checked in 10pm my bed was dirty full of hair and also the towels used. They changed it that night. Very unfriendl guy at the reception and very slow. The second day some worker tried to enter my room around 11am, room without knocking the door. I put a chair under the door already so he can not enter. Then i open the door ask what he wants he was nervous and told some strange stuff that he want to check. I checked out the same day. The lock at the door was broken already before. Very strange people and criminal activity going on there. Stay away from this place!!!!

Management is terrible. Needs improving. Booked this through Expedia. Tried communicating with them through Expedia and called them numerous times but no response. When I first got into the room, sheets and towels were dirty. They also stated that if you stay more than 7 days you will get free cleaning which I never did. I stayed for 10 days and cleaning was never offered to me. Cockroaches, bed bugs, and insects were in the room. Staff at the front desk were not helpful at all and kept arguing with me. I will never come back here again.

Reception pas aimable du tout, ne change pas les serviettes. Pas de draps pour la 3ème personnes ils ont donné une couette. Pleins de cafards dans la chambre. Ils ne prennent pas la carte bleu. Même pas de poêle juste une casserole pour cuisiner. Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. Je le déconseille fortement

Rubbish property to stay at, I would not recommend it: 1) Staff communication was not great, they didnt understand much English. 2) Toilet seat was broken 3) Every time we entered the bathroom / toilet, there was a terrible smell coming from the drainage 4) Kitchen light was not working 5) Bathroom & bedroom window locks were broken 6) No one came to service the apartment in 6 days that we stayed there 7) No management, only front desk staff are running this place. 8) Photos that are shown online are not real, false advertising 9) Area around the building is poor locality 10) There were no utensils in the kitchen, just one vessel which was already burned. 11) We had to take our own rubbish in a plastic bag, and take it to a room full of rubbish bins & throw it there. 12) This can be a residence building, but not as a hotel

良いアパートメントホテルです。 2週間泊まりました。長期滞在の方には良いと思います。何より安い！この広さと便利さでこの値段はびっくりです。キッチンの換気扇が動かなくてフロントに直すか部屋を変えてもらう様に頼んだのですがダメでした。でも使えなくても、窓も開くし、そこそこの料理はできるので問題ないと言えばないです。少しお湯の出が弱いです。シャワーしかないですが電気式なので長くは使えません。シャワー室との壁やシャワーカーテンがなかったので、シャワー使用時にはトイレ周りまで水が飛びます。カードキーは一つしかもらえず、エレベーターはカードキーがないと指定の場所に止まらないので多少不便ですが、部屋の入り口は暗証番号だったので、慣れました。掃除は1週間に一回しかなく後は有料です。ただ洗濯機があるので自分でシーツ等は洗えます。洗濯機に乾燥機が付いてないのが残念でした。部屋が広いので部屋に干せるし、すぐ近くにコインランドリーがありますので、特に不便はないですが。なんにせよコスパは最高です。

Road noise at night from traffic very loud. Kareoke noise Saturday nights /into Sunday kept us awake til 5am . Be aware reception is not 24 hrs so getting back your deposit difficult/impossible out of reception hours. Wifi poor speed and variable.

They asked for deposit never deposited back. Their machine doesn’t work so I had to give deposit as cash. When I was checking out there was no one at front desk. The promised to refund within 1 week but they are not responding my messages now. Shame on you. That is how you represent Malaysia to tourists? Never coming back to this residence and to Malaysia at all!!!

I will never come back here again.

Management is terrible. Needs improving. Booked this through Expedia. Tried communicating with them through Expedia and called them numerous times but no response. When I first got into the room, sheets and towels were dirty. They also stated that if you stay more than 7 days you will get free cleaning which I never did. I stayed for 10 days and cleaning was never offered to me. Cockroaches, bed bugs, and insects were in the room. Staff at the front desk were not helpful at all and kept arguing with me. I will never come back here again.

Road noise at night from traffic very loud. Kareoke noise Saturday nights /into Sunday kept us awake til 5am . Be aware reception is not 24 hrs so getting back your deposit difficult/impossible out of reception hours. Wifi poor speed and variable.

Place was ok . My internet didn’t worked and the guy at the reception lied to me … after a few attempts to fix it they decided to change my room .. bathroom was dirty . Pool area was ok but the water in the pool very dirty you swim into very greasy water Receptionist very rude no sense of costumer service at all. I am glad I stayed there only for 2 nights as I moved to a better location …

Faire attention à votre caution l'appartement et donner dans un un bonne état en 3 jours le ménage n'a jamais étais fait,pas de renouvellement de serviettes, et ne ramasse pas les poubelles. donc pas de service de chambre puis le jours de mon départ on m'a fait attendre 10min que une personne inspecte l'appartement n'ayant rien trouver que des tâche sur le draps on m'a pris 100rm se qui fait cher le nettoyage de la housse de couette. Quartier au alentours très sales. A proximité des transports mais attention très difficile en poussette ou en chaise roulante. Pas d'ascenseur et escalator ne fonctionne pas .

It was an Ok hotel. Close to the monorail station where you can go to KLCC in 3-4 stations, pool and gym were nice! Room was just ok, don’t really recommend when traveling with family with young kids. Property of the room was not great, and had to pay addition for a blanket because 4 cannot fit on the bed and nothing else was provided.

Suberb apartment. Decent enough pool Could do with a clean. Great size though very close to chow kit and lots of shops. Easy to use once get the hang off to system they use codes / keys. Would recommend

Rubbish property to stay at, I would not recommend it: 1) Staff communication was not great, they didnt understand much English. 2) Toilet seat was broken 3) Every time we entered the bathroom / toilet, there was a terrible smell coming from the drainage 4) Kitchen light was not working 5) Bathroom & bedroom window locks were broken 6) No one came to service the apartment in 6 days that we stayed there 7) No management, only front desk staff are running this place. 8) Photos that are shown online are not real, false advertising 9) Area around the building is poor locality 10) There were no utensils in the kitchen, just one vessel which was already burned. 11) We had to take our own rubbish in a plastic bag, and take it to a room full of rubbish bins & throw it there. 12) This can be a residence building, but not as a hotel

良いアパートメントホテルです。 2週間泊まりました。長期滞在の方には良いと思います。何より安い！この広さと便利さでこの値段はびっくりです。キッチンの換気扇が動かなくてフロントに直すか部屋を変えてもらう様に頼んだのですがダメでした。でも使えなくても、窓も開くし、そこそこの料理はできるので問題ないと言えばないです。少しお湯の出が弱いです。シャワーしかないですが電気式なので長くは使えません。シャワー室との壁やシャワーカーテンがなかったので、シャワー使用時にはトイレ周りまで水が飛びます。カードキーは一つしかもらえず、エレベーターはカードキーがないと指定の場所に止まらないので多少不便ですが、部屋の入り口は暗証番号だったので、慣れました。掃除は1週間に一回しかなく後は有料です。ただ洗濯機があるので自分でシーツ等は洗えます。洗濯機に乾燥機が付いてないのが残念でした。部屋が広いので部屋に干せるし、すぐ近くにコインランドリーがありますので、特に不便はないですが。なんにせよコスパは最高です。

Pool and area is amazing. but too many cons, listed as below, 1. Reception Staff was rude, either they are not from hospitality industry or simply ignorant showing they don't know English. They wanted all cash, deposit plus hotel charges. but didn't have change to give it back. I was promised to get my change over 20 Ringget but none received. Infact when I asked, they showed as they don't understand English. 2. Cleaning - I found crocroch in my room very first day. Sofa was broken, no one cares to attend. 3. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They demanded cash only, refused to process my credit card, and even tried to keep my passport as collateral when it was their machine that wasn’t working. The room was a mess — broken lights, no WiFi, and a photo falling off the wall — and the staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely disorganized. I couldn’t make payment until the third day, and they kept asking me to change my plans to match their manager’s availability instead of fixing their own system. To make matters worse, they’ve got fines for ridiculous things like putting organics in the wrong bin or getting a drop of water in the elevator, and they charge extra for everything, including CLEANING YOUR ROOM and even towels to use the pool. If you don’t want your guests to use the amenities, then don’t list them. An absolute nightmare from start to finish. Avoid this place entirely.
