A estadia foi de 2 noites

Firstly, they were understaffed and the staff who were there chose to do everything but come and assist us, even when it came to us ordering food. The rooms were okay but not as advertised and again the staff chose to ignore the fact that the door handle keeps falling off and card key area not functioning ( it required us to put the card 20-30 times for it to be unlocked ). As for activities, there’s nothing to do there other than the pool area and the beach it’s very family oriented. Food wise, the breakfast was 3/10 and that’s being generous whereas the dinner was way better 7/10 with many options. Wouldn’t recommend ordering food though especially the pizza options as it was barely edible. Overall the stay was a waste due to things going wrong and the other factors stated above, this is very disappointing to see because the resort seems to have a lot of potential if things were running fine and more activities were added.

Hotel is very clean, service is wonderful and a quick ride from Cairo. Perfect for local Egyptians and local population with families. If you are looking for a fun entertainment this is not the place.
