I was very impressed by this establishment. Their kids play space was a huge bonus as well as their laundry facilities. I would definitely stay again and will be recommending to others.

During my trip to Switzerland I was searching for a nice place to stay that was affordable and not that far from Bern. This hotel checks what I was looking for, however, the site where it's located doesn't have many places to hang around so instead of treating this place as stay in, it was more a base for the next trips. The amenities were great! It's one of the few places that they actually have a laundromat that it's affordable, unfortunately during my stay, I'm not sure if it was a guest or the staff someone left many damp cloth rags that it was stinking the place. The breakfast buffet was good and had varieties of bread, milk, grains, and also included scrambled eggs and others. I would recommend if you need a place to stay that is close to Bern or to other cantons you will not regret it, but don't stay in the nearby areas, not much to do and they are constructing something over there (probably if you are looking this review it might not be true)

This place is amazing. It takes 2 min to walk to train station! It is clean, spacious, and the staff is amazing!!! You will not regret staying here! They also have laundry facilities and a dryer!!!

Immense tour de plus de 30 étages qui fait un peu tache dans la petite ville. L'hotel est sur les 4 premiers étages. L'hotel est neuf. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées. Le pétit déjeuner est sans plus. Peut mieux faire. Le garage au sous-sol est cher (25 CHF). Pas de restaurant pour dîner dans l'hotel, ni de salle de sport. Cela aurait été un plus.

We booked this hotel based on previous reviews, and it did not disappoint! Exactly what we were expecting. The downside for us, was being English, the breakfast wasn't to our liking. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel which was nice to see. EV chargers weren't working which meant we had travel out again to charge. Overall, I would definitely stay here again, and already planning a trip for next year!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt beim Bahnhof. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich ein Parkhaus, was praktisch ist, zudem gibt es Ladestationen für Elektrofahrzeuge. Der Preis für das Parkhaus über das Hotel beträgt CHF 25.– pro Tag und ist meiner Meinung nach zu teuer. Direkt im Parkhaus gebucht kostet ein Tag lediglich CHF 15.–. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An den Wänden sind Kratzer sichtbar. Das Zimmer wurde zwar gereinigt, allerdings befanden sich noch Haare auf dem Boden und im Waschbecken. Die benutzten Tassen wurden vom Personal nicht ausgetauscht, sondern lediglich im Badezimmer mit Wasser gefüllt und stehen gelassen. Auch der Abfalleimer wurde nicht geleert. Die Lage ist gut, jedoch hört man aufgrund der Nähe zum Bahnhof die Züge deutlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay. Excelente hotel! Equipe muito educada e prestativa! Deram várias dicas valiosas sobre a cidade! O quarto é enorme! Parece um apartamento! O estacionamento custa CHF25 por diária (muito caro), mas o recepcionista nos indicou um estacionamento público por CHF6 a diária nas proximidades do hotel (foi muito honesto). Sobre a localização, não fica no centro de Berna, mas é bem pertinho e o transporte público atende maravilhosamente bem!

The hotel was not in the location that I wanted. I booked this hotel as it was a highrise according to the photo, but in fact the hotel was only the bottom 4 floors. Disappointed! If you need to be in this particular location then I am sure it will satisfy. The train station is right across street which was convenient. I walked into Bern, so I can't comment on specifics. Room was modern and spotless. Unfortunately for me, pillows were not good, so that didn't help me sleep. They had no reasonable alternative. I do have to say the internet was the slowest I have ever encountered. Very frustrating! Even if watching tv, it would stop and ask you to log into a Google account. Not sure what all that was about??? Lastly, please change to softer toilet paper. Staff were all very nice.

Spacious room, excellent service and the room could not have been more clean! Lots of room to put your things, Wi-Fi was excellent and lots of convenient plug-ins in the room. Breakfast buffet is overpriced by a lot though. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Hotel is in a good location. Just minutes a way to train station. There is a grocery store nearby. The room is not properly cleaned. Good size studio. The breakfast is a let down. Very low quality breakfast. Staff are nice.

This hotel offers lots of space as it’s an apartment with living room and kitchen, but it’s a bit far from Bern main train station but you can take the train within the city for 2 stops

Superbe découverte. Hôtel très jolie un peu difficile d’accès à cause des travaux mais grand parking intérieur. Accès à l’hôtel par l’extérieur, étrange. Chambre confortable mais pas très bien insonorisée. Restaurant Uma incroyable avec vue splendide dans le même immeuble.

Great hotel, really convenient next to Ostermundigen train station and access to Bern, but you wouldn’t know it because the rooms are soundproof. Easily the best value for money we’ve had in Switzerland so far!

The hotel is really nice. The studios are a good size and have comfy beds. The issue is the construction site right outside the bedroom window where work starts at 7am! With no warning by reception when you check in so be careful unless you want an early alarm clock.

The property is in a suburb of Bern, accessible by train or bus. Suite was spacious but the space was not well used. Bedroom was small but there were beds and a hidden bed in the main room too. This room was suitable for a group of 4-6 friends with the second bathroom. Breakfast was ok, eggs were cold.

Check In mit ankommenden Reisebussen! Völlig überfüllte Rezeption und überforderte Mitarbeiterin. Aufgrund der Überfüllung konnte ich den Fahrstuhl nicht benutzen und trug mein Gepäck in das 2. OG. Dann stellte ich fest, dass der Zimmerschlüssel (Karte) nicht funktioniert. Also noch einmal zurück mit Gepäck - großartig. Beim Frühstück komplett überfüllt - Personal war topp und hat uns dann mit dem notwendigsten versorgt.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel, aber es gab da ein paar Komplikationen, betreffend dem late Check-in. Ich habe schriftlich ein paar Tage vor Ankunft informiert, dass wir später anreisen werden. Dies ist kein Problem wurde uns mitgeteilt, Die Zimmerkarte wird im Tresor deponiert und der Schlüsselcode wird am Anreisetag per eMail zugestellt. Soweit so gut. Als am Anreisetag gegen Abend noch keine Check-In Informationen mit Schlüsselcode zugestellt wurden, habe ich mich telefonisch mit der Rezeption in Verbindung gesetzt. Diese versicherte mir, dass Sie mir bis spätestens 23:30 eine E-Mail zukommen lassen, was leider nicht geschah. Daher musste ich nochmals anrufen und der Code wurde mir per Telefon durchgegeben. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist waren, sind wir natürlich direkt ins Parking runter. Es wäre sicherlich hilfreich, wenn man in der Tiefgarage darauf hinweisen würde, dass sich der Schlüsseltresor beim Haupteingang bei der Strasse befindet. Denn es gibt auch einen Weg mit dem Lift direkt zu den Zimmern. Zum Schluss hat doch noch alles geklappt. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sauber.

Nice Hotel with excellent location just steps from the train station. Nice benches to seat outside . If you are on the way to Young boys Bren match , this probably will be the perfect value for money. It was end of August, chilly outside, and they turned on the heat so n door was a bit hot . Expensive extras but overall good value for money.

During my trip to Switzerland I was searching for a nice place to stay that was affordable and not that far from Bern. This hotel checks what I was looking for, however, the site where it's located doesn't have many places to hang around so instead of treating this place as stay in, it was more a base for the next trips. The amenities were great! It's one of the few places that they actually have a laundromat that it's affordable, unfortunately during my stay, I'm not sure if it was a guest or the staff someone left many damp cloth rags that it was stinking the place. The breakfast buffet was good and had varieties of bread, milk, grains, and also included scrambled eggs and others. I would recommend if you need a place to stay that is close to Bern or to other cantons you will not regret it, but don't stay in the nearby areas, not much to do and they are constructing something over there (probably if you are looking this review it might not be true)

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt beim Bahnhof. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich ein Parkhaus, was praktisch ist, zudem gibt es Ladestationen für Elektrofahrzeuge. Der Preis für das Parkhaus über das Hotel beträgt CHF 25.– pro Tag und ist meiner Meinung nach zu teuer. Direkt im Parkhaus gebucht kostet ein Tag lediglich CHF 15.–. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. An den Wänden sind Kratzer sichtbar. Das Zimmer wurde zwar gereinigt, allerdings befanden sich noch Haare auf dem Boden und im Waschbecken. Die benutzten Tassen wurden vom Personal nicht ausgetauscht, sondern lediglich im Badezimmer mit Wasser gefüllt und stehen gelassen. Auch der Abfalleimer wurde nicht geleert. Die Lage ist gut, jedoch hört man aufgrund der Nähe zum Bahnhof die Züge deutlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay. Es war in meinem Zimmerpreis inbegriffen, der reguläre Preis von CHF 23.– erscheint mir jedoch eher hoch. Fazit: Insgesamt okay, beim nächsten Mal würde ich jedoch ein anderes Hotel wählen.

I like this hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. I stayed there a couple of times. I like that you are able to do laundry by yourself for around CHF 2-4. This is great when you are on longer trips. Good rooms, clean and modern. Just a 1-minute walk to the Ostermundigen train station.

This hotel is amazing. New ans modern. Every detail from the breakfast, to the shower is great. And the fact that you can just take the public transportation in front of the hotel to Old Town and it is inckuded make it extremely convenient.

Very clean and friendly staff! The train station is conveniently located right next door (don't worry, the trains are quiet). Additionally, there are 2 grocery stores within walking distance (5 min walk) from the hotel. The only thing is, I wish there were a mini fridge in the room to store some leftover groceries for the next day's meal or snack. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay here again!
