Studio 6 Oklahoma City - Moore Norman

Staff was great at check-in/leaving and room was exactly like pictured. This hotel looks renovated which makes its appeal good. Pool is under maintenance currently so it was not available and there is no light breakfast like coffee, juice, pastries. Room was clean and has good space in it. We were at the end of the hall with an exterior exit and it was loud in the am as the lock and slow close hinge were broken so the door banged every time someone came in or out. Would stay here again based on staff and cleanliness.

The pool was closed which we weren’t told, the smoke alarm kept beeping n they just told us to unplug it which was very unsafe in event of a fire. Plus the TV was messed up so we only had like 8 channels. The staff was very polite it was just frustrating because the pool was why we chose it n being a new property we thought we wouldn’t have issues with the things we did.

This property had a terrible odor. The front door was locked and could only be accessed with a room key due to its poor location. The room was decent but not inviting and was not maintained or cleaned well.

Everything was wonderful besides the pool not working the beds are very comfortable !

At first glance, everything looked to be orderly and clean. The area around was a little confusing because of the abandoned mall/school and other businesses. There was evidence of construction with taped up windows inside, no biggie. All the buttons in the elevator did not light up, so at first I was concerned after someone stopped on the second floor I wouldn't make it to the third, but alas it was just a burnt bulb. The room looked clean and minimal (just how I like it) when I checked in late afternoon. I always check the bedding when arriving at a stay and everything seemed to be ok. Upon returning to the hotel in the middle of the night, I crawled into bed and less than 10 minutes I was disturbed by something. I hopped up from the bed, turned on the lights and saw the bed crawling with black ants. After taking photos and videos, I gathered all my belongings and made my way to the front desk to check out. I let the front desk know and told them I could show them the footage or we could go back up and look together. He left on his own, came back and offered to refund my deposit only. I told him I wanted a full refund for the night. There was surprisingly a, thankfully, short argument about it. I believe it was short because of the couple waiting behind me. He said he wasn't able to print the receipt due to the computer, but I will check my bank in a few days for the funds. Hopefully that will be the end of it. I will not recommend nor stay here again.

Its was clean and quiet i thought they had a pool but it was closed thats the only complaint i have

Side doors broken. Pool under renovation. Ice machines broken. Laundry out of service. No cable tv. No TV guide available. Grounds poorly maintained. I really liked the staff. They were helpful and friendly.

Only one way to get in and out. The only thing is texas roadhouse to eat in walking distance

Place was ok, pool was out of service . Pretty lonely place outside with people walking all over.

First is you have to pay a $50 deposite that is not disclosed any where prior to checking in. There was mold in the bathroom, the bathroom fan looked like it was going fall out of the celing. When i took a shower there was almost more water coming out of where you turn the water on than out of the faucet and when i got out of the shower there was a huge amount of water on the floor. They did not even supply hand soap to wash my hands, there was a half used tiny bottle of dove shampoo and tha was all. There was tons of food under the nasty dirty fridge and the floors were sticky and had not been swept or mopped in some time. The ac didnt keep the room cool even set on 62*. The only thing that was good was the bed was comfortable. There pool was out of order ans looked like it had been that way for awhile. They did not serve breakfast (i wouldn't have eaten even if they did) and it smelled like weed all the time. Thank goodness i could not smell it in the room. I have pictures of all of it.

DO NOT STAY HERE. my bedding was wet and puddles of liquid, pillows damp, hair in shower and hair and dirt all over the floor, tried a new room, full of beetles and roaches I spotted 5 within 1 min of walking in the room crawling on the alls and floor and walked out. Place is in an abandoned area with nothing nearby. Run down, not clean would and could never stay here. I’ve had cheap less than great hotels but this takes the cake. Smells terrible, towels are so gross and full of stains and can tell been used a lot.

The floor was sticky and disgusting. Sheets had stains. Smelled musty in the room. Outlets with no covers. Overall gross

The whole hotel, room, absolutely disgusting! Came in through side entrance closer to our room garbage inside under stairs was overflowing and smelled horrible. Stairs walking up were torn up. Bathtub was disgusting! Kitchen sink had something hard on the handle. Sheets were stained, pillow cases stained. Never again!

Staff was courteous. Corridors had an odor. Room had an odor. Floors were not clean. Sheets and towels were stained, though they did seem to be clean.

We didn’t get to town until about 11pm, the guy working at the front desk was very nice. After check in we went to a side entry(door handle was broken off and door was unlocked! Our Room was filthy! Stains on the sheets, stains on the covers. Bathroom hadn’t been clean and bath tub wouldn’t drain so we didn’t take showers. Heard other guests yelling all night. Left early the next morning, leaving the stairs had been thrown up all over. Literally disgusting!

This listing was not at all what it looked like in pictures. The hotel was remodeled but you can tell it does not get cleaned. When first walking in, there was bugs flying around the front desk, then waiting for the elevator to go up to our room, a little girl came walking out with no shoes on carrying a mop as if she may have been working there, very unsettling, then our bed sheets had huge stains on them! Super gross! The room and hallways had a old, unclean, musty odor, i slept with one eye open! Then walking out the building there was windows with the screens busted out. The building is very sketchy and is in a very sketchy area. Not a place i would recommend for a traveling family!!! Please find another place! All deals arent good deals!

They do allow pets, which is fine, but not when I walk down the hallway and see dog poop on the floor. Get in the elevator and there was dog pee all over the floor. Told the front desk about it, and the mess was still there hours later when we came back

The AC did not properly work. Would not stay cool. It also leaked a lot. The TV remotes (because we tried several) did not work properly. The remotes were not able to turn the TV on and off and could not change the volume level.

Beds were comfy. Clean. Nice staff. Only complaint is the air conditioner was not working properly so the room was hot. We told the desk clerk when we left so hopefully they get that fixed. Wasn't expecting the Four Seasons for $65 a night. Overall pleased for the price that we paid.

The property is being updated and is better than 2 years ago. The area has an abandoned mall. You do have a refrigerator and table chairs sink and microwave. It is convenient for me when i play in the tournaments at the pool hall 3 miles away.

People slamming doors all hours of the night random people knocking on your door middle of the night… 4am then yelling down the hall at 4 am. Room was nice but other people in other rooms have no respect for letting people sleep at night

Newly remodeled which would have been nice but still had building materials in the hallway by our door. As a safety professional blocking emergency exit isn’t acceptable. In the room tv had no channels like the signal was scrambled. Turned on the heater with first serious cold front of year coming in and the smoke alarm started to go off. Not a horrible experience but definitely room for improvement.

Property nedds some refreshing, missing lights in the ceiling with just a hole and insulation. Tub/shower needs to be refinished. The area is a little sketchy. The beds are super confortable and the sheets and towels are clean jusy whole place just needs a little work.

TV service wouldn't work so no TV

Never stayed at a Studio 6. Got this thru Hotels.com. There is nothing near but a huge vacant mall & a Texas Roadhouse. It was as well lit as any motel I've ever been. Upon arrival the desk man was in heated verbal conflict w/ a guest who seemed to enjoy getting under the clerks skin. He apologized to me several times and offered enough explanation to show this was an aberration. Got to a glorious room w/ an unexpected full sized fridge, microwave and a "kitchen" sink. Loved the room. Most rooms had screens on the windows and windows could fully open. However, the charger clock had no charger cord. Desk did not have a replacement. Assured me I would get a wake-up call. However (again) the phone also lacked a cord. Tv could be safely turned to any angle needed. No breakfast but you do get your own fridge. Some odd folks hanging about in the parking lot in the morning. I do think I would stay there should I head that way again.

Rude Staff

The key to room stopped working before check out and when telling the front desk he just say if we have cell phone to close to the door card it will not work. But didn’t have cell phone with me. Was rude front desk person.

Takes your money. Doesn't give service. Nasty attitude and ethics. Dirty establishment. Crooked business

Upon arrival I was told I couldn’t get the king/1 bed room I booked. I was ok with that because I had a 3 hour drive to get to the hotel. Got to rhe 3rd floor of the hotel after I got my room number, the smell of cigarette smoke was very evident. The closer I got to my room the worse it got. Mind you I was told it was a non smoking room. All my belongings smell like smoke it was so bad. I told the management and was told I could switch rooms but it would be awhile. Never followed up with me after. Obvious prostitution activities going on at this hotel. The bathroom lights in the room were broken. Check out was a mess. Waited over 45 mins after 11am to check out and was greeted by a very unprofessional “manager” that said if I didn’t like it, don’t come back. He also said he had multiple properties so he didn’t care that I had a bad stay and didn’t ever want to go back. I’m glad I’m grown cause the younger me would have had a lot to say to the “manager”. Don’t waste your money on this zoo.

This was terrible place to stay the property manager was extremely rude the volume on the TV did not work it just was very uncomfortable the whole time I hated it

Very convenient and accessible to city and surrounding areas.

The property was clean. However, it is very hard to find due to road construction and is in an area with an abandoned mall and many other abandoned buildings.
