Staff very helpful, even helped with shoe repair! Excellent at arranging tours. The GEM is literally across the street. (Although you have to take a taxi because of the road barrier) Superb view of pyramids and museum from the rooftop cafe. Highly recommended!

I was only here for a short stay, but I hope to be return. The location is perfect—or will be once the museum is finished and the construction of the metro line is complete. Free airport transfer was convenient. The room was very nice with a view of the Pyramids and the new (unfinished but beautiful) Museum. Complimentary bottled water and coffee and tea in the room was very welcome. The bathroom design is a bit awkward and the shower design in particular makes for a very wet floor. The reason for the lower rating on the surrounding area is because a new Metro station is being built and the road is torn up in front and noisy construction went until midnight, but it didn't keep me up. The rooftop restaurant is open 24/7. I only got to have breakfast and some fresh afternoon mango juice, but the menu looked great. The real reason to stay here, however, is the hospitality. I can’t say enough about how friendly, welcoming, and accommodating everyone was. From Khalid and his staff (Mohamed for one) in the restaurant, to manager, Shami, who sat with me on the terrace to chat about the area, the hotel, the museum, whatever, everyone was excellent. The hotel had even arranged for a tour of the antiquities that I could not take when I arrived, so they reserved me dinner with a view of the light show at the Pyramids. And then arranged transportation to my next location. I can’t say enough about these wonderful people.

Mr Sammi, Mohd Saleh, Shami, Khalid, Ali and the full team at this hotel is super amazing!! Great hotel, restaurant and staff that take care of you. Great view of the pyramids from the rooftop. Restaurant has great food options and drinks. Everyone is welcoming and so gracious. Elevators work well. Very happy with this stay. Will be back. Highly recommended!!

Front rooms of hotel are noisey due to road. Resturant is great. (Good SUSHI) Majority of staff are top notch and very helpful. Close to pyramids and GEM.

The staff and personnel at the property were pleasant, respectful and immediately responded to any needs or concerns. The location was very close to The Great Pyramids of Giza with a clear view from the rooftop restaurant! Room (quadruple) was suitable for a family of four; even though the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast and dinner options were excellent. Restaurant night captain and staff were exceptional!!

To get to the museum you cannot just cross the road in front of the hotel, you will have to walk about 400 meters or take a taxi. The staff, to begin with Kareem, is very kind and helpful. Our room was noisy because of the traffic but the view makes up for it. Value for money. I recommend this hotel. Just one thing : if they send the hotel shuttle to pick you at the airport know that the chauffeur will not have your name on a big paper but will find you in the crowd (we had a misunderstanding unfortunately) .

Hôtel très récemment rénové, ou même construit…? Restaurant terrasse avec vue imprenable sur le nouveau grand musée du Caire. Vue lointaine sur les grandes pyramides de Gizeh. Personnel professionnel et attentionné, sans être insistant. L’équipe de service du restaurant est compétente, ce ne sont pas des personnes qui se sont improvisées serveur. Travaux de voirie en cours devant l’établissement lors de mon passage. L’entrée a été difficile à trouver malgré la signalisation mise en place. Attention, n’imaginez pas non plus aller au musée en traversant la rue à pied. La route est trop fréquentée et un mur imposant sépare les sens de circulation. Salle de douche très agréable, éclairage mettant en valeur chaque pièce. Un très bon hôtel parmi ceux de mon séjour, avec un tarif extrêmement compétitif. Mieux à ce prix, est ce possible au Caire ?

The rooms and beds are very modern, cleana nd nice. BUt it is right on a major highway with thin windows, so all night I could hear trucks, horns and eventually the call to prayer. Cut my visit short after one night and moved to another hotel. Also, the new GEM is "across the street" but the street is a highway...you need a ride. Hotel offered $30 round trip. Uber did it for anout $1.25 each way. To the airport? Hotel quoted $50. Uber was less than $10.

Rooftop avec vue sur les pyramides. Il faut un Uber pour pouvoir bouger car rien à proximité. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est bien avec des plats bons et un services top. La propreté de la chambre est moyenne. Les draps et les serviettes avaient des taches. Les draps housses très fin on voyait le matelas à travers. La salle de de bain très moderne et propre. L’insonorisation est à revoir que ce soit vers l’extérieur que l’intérieur.

The location of the hotel is excellent for visiting GEM and pyramids. The room was clean and staff are very friendly. Good view on the rooftop restaurant. The breakfast was ok but would be better. The biggest issue was the lock of the room. It didn't work for couple times and had to go to reception for resetting. It's kind of ignoring.

Worst experience ever. First of, we couldn’t get a ride from another hotel to their hotel. Only from airport. So I had to Uber to Airport. Next, check in is at 2pm but room was not ready until 4pm. Room looks good I’ll give them that. But shower as no pressure at all, and the drain seems clogged. So water spread everywhere in the bathroom. Then on one day electricity cut off around 6am and never came back up until noon-ish. No noise isolation. Feels like the windows are open. I do not recommend this hotel. And I will never come back

The room was clean, our room has a good view of the pyramids and the GEM. However the shower floods every time it was used - the drain was so ineffective at draining it just overflows. The damaged and lit LED strip within the shower and wet area was also concerning.

In reality it is a five-storey house like an apartment building with a small lift that leads you to the reception in the second storey that looks deceivingly unimpressive and narrow. There are various types of rooms. Ours was a very spacious one with all amenities and a large jaccuzi. One of the best I ever had but with a rather hard bed. The hotel is touching on the highway to Alexandria, exactly on the on the side of the Grand Egyptian Museum and, at night, it offers excellent views of the panoramically lighted Museum from the rooms and, more so, from the restaurant-bar on the roof which is recommendable in every respect (food, music, views, service). The hotel offered us free service to from the airport 30 km away, and a free dinner. On the negative: 1) Very noisy at night due to highway. Take something to close your ears; 2) no free service to the nearby Pyramids (we paid 30 dollars aller-retour) and to the Museum (20 dollars aller-retour). No way you can walk to these places, no culture of walking in Cairo, dangerous to cross roads on foot. Taxis are expensive, Uber is almost free of charge. Overall assessment: One of the best choices in the region with all its pros and cons. Pay for a good room and be prepared for some extra costs. Mariam at the reception is a smiling young woman, she is less inclined to deceive you with taxis etc. Cairo realism is a must.

Gostamos muito do hotel, super bem localizado, com cafe da manha bom e equipe de atendimento muito boa e agradável. Fica em frente a uma rua muito movimentada, é bem barulhento com a janela aberta, mas com ela fechada ameniza bem. O ar condicionado funciona super bem. Tinha água, café e cha a vontade para consumir no quarto, o que eh uma boa vantagem.

Despite the warm welcome and the helpful staff there are quite a few issues at this hotel. The first thing to be aware of is that it is right next to a busy highway which has traffic on it throughout the night and if you stay in the fifth floor, as we did, they have single-glazed only windows, which also feature openings so you are disturbed by the traffic all night, not great if you are a light sleeper. The staff kindly moved us to the second floor where there is additional glazing that cuts the noise significantly, a godsend. The second issue is that despite the claim of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) being only a three minute walk away, is currently incorrect as the Egyptian government is set to complete the Metro station and associated subway to the museum, leaving you to take the chances with the busy traffic, which you might have got a taste of during your complimentary ride to the hotel or take an 5-8 minute taxi/Uber journey. Furthermore the long-awaited walkway to the Pyramids from the GEM is also not yet open requiring another taxi ride there too. It will all be finished eventually and then this hotel will be in a great spot to take advantage, but until then, you can do better.

Property is so conveniently located near the GE Museum. Room was very spacious and clean, when you open the window you can see GEM and pyramids, amazing view! Sauna tub inside the room takes some getting used to. Two cons: 1. They add 12% service charge but one of the server said the property keeps all of it and they get nothing and asked for additional tip, which sucks if true that property keeps all of the service charge they collect 2. As with any tourist place be careful with the add on packages, they try to over charge you need to negotiate it down

Das Zimmer war makelos mit Blick auf dem GEM und auf die Pyramiden. Karim Kaseem war unser Ansprechpartner für den ganzen Aufenthalt. Er hat uns die Karten fürs Museum besorgt und tolle Touren organisiert. Mein Vater (97) war auf den Rollstuhl und Gehstock angewiesen und er hat uns den Rollstuhl vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt. Alle Mitarbeiter haben jederzeit liebevoll und ohne Aufforderung geholfen geholfen. Der zugewiesener Fahrer Machmoud hat unser sicher und unaufdringlich unterstützt. Der weiblicher Guide AYA war sehr kompetent und hat die Touren jederzeit flexibel auf unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst. Ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They arranged transportation for airport transfer, a Nile Dinner Cruise and the Grand Egyptian Museum. They even offered cab services after I had left. Thank you for everything!

Excellent and friendly staff, breakfast and service was good. WiFi had intermittent issue. With respect to FREE airport shuttle, although they advertise free airport shuttle, they use lawyer language and tell you that the pick is free and for my case it did not happened so did not send a driver 2:30 A.M. and had to joggled on my own to get to the hotel and they charged $25 for taking me to the airport.

While the hotel was satisfactory, the excessive noise levels significantly disrupted my sleep. Although advertised as a 35-minute commute to Cairo, the actual travel time was approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, however, the lack of restful sleep negatively impacted the overall experience.

I like the location.

Arrived late at night and was going to visit the Grand Egyptian Museum when they opened the next morning to fly home to Sweden later in the evening. Although the hotel is located across the street and directly opposite the museum, there is no pedestrian crossing, so you have to take a taxi there. The reception helped with that and the same taxi picked up my luggage from the hotel when I was finished with the museum, so I could go directly to the airport. The hotel is fresh and breakfast is served at the top with a view of the museum and the Giza pyramids in the distance. The only downside is that rooms facing the motorway are disturbed by the noise due to poorly insulated windows, but I slept well.

En general muy bien, aunque hubo detalles pequeños, el telefono no funcionaba y al necesitar un destapador no tenian disponible. Aun asi una muy grata estancia. La comida del restaurante muy buena, el desayuno excelente y el servicio del personal de restaurante al desayuno es impecable. Esta justo enfrente del nuevo museo egipcio pero no se puede llegar caminando! Tomenlo en cuenta, hay una enorme avenida que no tiene peatonal para cruzar. La vista desde la terraza es preciosa con las piramides de fondo. Algo invaluable es que incluyen el pickup de aeropuerto. Con gusto regresaria a hospedarme con ellos.

Really the only thing we didn't like was the restaurant nit haveing alcohol. All they need is some Egyptian wine and beer.The staff went out of there way to get wine for us though. If you are just there to visit the pyramids and the Egyptian musiums, this place is perfect. We would say again if in the area.

Très bon séjour de quatre jours dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est excellent pour visiter les 3 principaux sites des Pyramides ainsi que le Grand musée Égyptien qui, à lui seul, mérite une journée de visite. Le centre du Caire est facilement accessible par taxi. En ce qui concerne les services, je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel car tout son personnel est aux petits soins et ils sont très professionnels. Aussi, le restaurent de l'hôtel est situé au rooftop ce qui permet de profiter de la vue sur les pyramides et le musée. Le seul petit bémol est l'insonorisation des chambres qui peut être améliorée mais visiblement, c'est le cas de la majorité des hébergements situés sur les grands axes du Caire. Youssef, Mariam et tout le personnel du restaurant sont de très bon conseils, n'hésitez pas à les solliciter

Property is so conveniently located near the GE Museum. Room was very spacious and clean, when you open the window you can see GEM and pyramids, amazing view! Sauna tub inside the room takes some getting used to. Two cons: 1. They add 12% service charge but one of the server said the property keeps all of it and they get nothing and asked for additional tip, which sucks if true that property keeps all of the service charge they collect 2. As with any tourist place be careful with the add on packages, they try to over charge you need to negotiate it down

Excellent: location near the pyramids, very nice roof top with view of pyramids, breakfast included. Very good: comfortable beds, room service Needs improvement: wifi connection almost not available,cleanliness of the stairs .

Restaurant was very clean and breakfast was good. The staff was nice and accommodating. Tip for when you book, consider a room not facing the road, though you get a view of the pyramids and GEM museum. The road noise is loud and continuous .
