Hotel charged me twice so check your bank account. No curtains in bedrooms. No toilet paper upon arrival. Rugs were sticky. Furniture stained. The pool has been under construction for 2 years. Place smelled of weed cause their were people smoking in the parking lot our whole trip. No hair dryer or soaps. Had to ask for a trash bags cause the bins were all unlined. Pots and pans but no stove. Only plus is the location.

What a horrible experience! If my looked remotely like the room on the website I would have been ok, maybe. When I was finally able to enter the room after playing with the code pad and the loose door handle I thought I had entered a tenement building. Cheap flooring, no carpeting, cheap furniture. EV Chargers didn't work and no assistance was available. "Kitchen" was a disaster. Plugs extended across the room because lack of outlets. They claim to be pet friendly but I was charged $75 for ONE NIGHT for my pet!! That's not pet friendly. I was made aware of this ridiculous charge after I booked and then couldn't cancel. All in all, just a terrible experience. Hotels should not be allowed to post pictures of a nicely renovated room and then charge $200 to be put in a dump. Just terrible.

First impression in office building was not the best. Obvious construction of pool/ office building gave the impression that the property may have been closed. No one at Front desk for 10 minutes (the next day office locked at 9am ?). Things got better after check in and parked by the room, as there were a lot of guests. The room was also clean and updated. Keyless door, don’t forget to enter the code to “Lock” the door when you leave. Good inexpensive place to spend the night, if you are ok with minimal support from the staff.

I wasnt aware that the property was essentially under construction. The pool was completely defunct. The dumpster area was a disaster with a dilapitated fence and other trash or stuff all in the area. The pictures online showed what I believe were the townhouses, but we had a single room in the corner so that was a bit disappointing. The location is what it is. It is a bit noisy because it's a busy intersection of 28. The sidewalk runs out in one direction so walking places is a little tough. All in all it was ok for two nights.

It seemed as a construction site, the lobby was filled with tools and dirty clothes from the room. The pool adverticed was under remodelation and was filled with boexs and construction stuff. We asked the person in the front desk to show us the room that we noticed it was dirty so we didnt stay on the reservation. Tried to cancel the booking with expedia, they were very kind and send them all the information and pictures... but declinded. Just dont stay at this crapy hotel

Old and outdated. Strange odor. Door knob and lock set did not work properly and you struggled to lock and unlock it. Dumpster was 20 ft from the door and it stunk. Sheets were ripped and the mattress was stained. No counter space we had to leave everything on the floor.

Our room was very dirty, there was little blood marks on the bed and mattress, the floor was dirty and I found a spiderweb in the corner of the room. Our mini fridge had broken shelves and there was no coffee pot yet there was coffee in the room. The blanket on the bed was more like a sheet and my husband and I froze all night even with the heat on.

Please look elsewhere when considering your stay in Yarmouth! My friend and I checked in/checked out on the same day due to finding a cockroach in our bathroom. Once there is one (especially one that is visible) you know there is more! We called the front desk immediately who offered to accommodate us to a different room, however, we knew that wouldn’t fix the overall issue. A refund was requested but only granted for the second day of our stay. We ended going elsewhere in the middle of the night.

We interacted with two staff members that were nice. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of our stay. The property overall is in serious need of a remodel. The landscaping was neglected, and there were bikes, grills, and plastic chairs scattered outside multiple rooms, making the place feel cluttered and unkempt. Our room felt more like a jail cell than a hotel room—completely bare, no decor at all. While the bed was decently comfortable, the sheets and towels were terrible: thin, worn out, and not very clean. There was no coverlet, just an old blanket folded on a shelf that we didn’t even want to use. The bathroom was outdated and not clean; the floor tiles were cracked and needed replacement. The air conditioner was extremely loud, making it hard to sleep. The kitchenette looked like it was mid-renovation, with an old, stained refrigerator (complete with yellowing handles and large rusty locks), and an obvious space where a dishwasher should have been. I also felt like some of the rooms were long term rentals which gave it the feeling of a boarding house than a vacation property. Overall, it was a real disappointment and I don't think Expedia should be listing this property. It doesn't reflect the standards that travelers expect when using a major travel site.

I’m so upset words cannot express. I tried battling with Expedia about the terrible conditions of the property and being told I would lose the money I had paid. There were no other rooms on the cape available at that short notice for us to move to so we were stuck. Everyday got worse, third day they stopped collecting the towels and garbage and when I walked the garbage to the house keeping room I was told to bring it to the property dumpster. Not my job or what I was paying for. Upon further inspection, I found out they charge a weekly rate for people for what they were charging me a nightly rate yet I was getting no services. The room was filthy full of fleas, and then on the last two nights we realized there were roaches we took photographic documentation of everything, and I am going to be going to a lawyer in the future to proceed because my family deserves their money back. Needless to say, I will not be using Expedia any longer after being a customer for 10+ years and them not having my back or my family‘s back. Horrible service, horrible hotel, horrible experience!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was absolutely filthy. The towels were disgusting, the plumbing barely worked, and there were insects everywhere. We found things crawling along the ground, and there were cobwebs in the windows. Also, the air-conditioning unit unit gave off a horrid stench, like something died inside of it. We tried to speak to the management about everything, but there was no resolution to be found. I would highly suggest staying anywhere else

The staff was very nice. However our room was pretty noisy. There was a door which led to the persons room next to ours, we were woken up very early by the noise coming from it. Also found a couple of dead fruit flies on one of the beds. But everything seemed to be newly renovated, and it was a great location.

Liked: Very helpful when we were arriving late. Rooms were very up to date and clean. Nice shower. Didn't Like: AC extremely loud. Walls were very thin, so you could hear your neighbors. Room darkening curtains needed in the bedroom area. Curtains in the kitchen area were too narrow, so people could see in the room.

"On paper" this motel isn't bad. The rooms were clean and recently updated. However, the room was very stark and sterile-looking. Bright white paint, super cold LED lighting, laminate floors, one very uncomfortable desk chair. The room was like an echo chamber. The rooms are not insulated at all; I don't know how this place stays open in the winter. Our door closed and locked, but it was very loose and no weatherstripping at all. We could feel the cold air coming through like it was a screen door. The bathroom, again, was ok on the surface, but the toilet was not installed correctly, so the entire thing moved. The shower had the laminate flooring on the bottom; not correct for a shower and will not hold up over time. The bedsheets were clean. Overall, given the bargain basement price for this hotel, I could not be too disappointed. I just wish the renovation was done with a bit more care and character.

Site is old and has limited furnishings. No bathroom on the second floor when the sleeping quartes are.

What was good: Comfortable Bed: Quality mattresses, fresh linens, and pillows;Coffee/Tea Maker; a work desk with a comfortable chair; TV-set, fridge and in-room safe. What need improvements: 1. no laggage racks - you have no choice but to keep your laggage on the floor which is not good 2. no towel hooks or racks in the bathroom at all! Towels placed on the toilet tank 3. No Closet or Wardrobe at all - it forces you to keep your clothes in your luggage. We can beat the time of check in and there was no one to greet us. No bell to be ring, nothing. 20 minutes later I accidentally dropped something and some one came out. Thankfully we were able to check in and as we are going through the check in process, they handing us batteries for our remote cause our room naturally didn’t have it. I thought that was weird. We get to the room and turn on the tv, it was never programmed, so we had to program it ourselves. Not saying it a terrible thing, just thought it was really weird. I do like not having a key and the doors have codes. But check in was definitely weird

The only thing this hotel had going for it was its location. The photos shown on Expedia did not live up to what my accommodations were. No housekeeping. When you needed towels you were told at check in to bring your used towels to the front office to receive clean ones. The front desk opened at 9:00 am and even then you had to text them if you needed anything or when you checked out. The place is under construction and by the quality of the work they are doing it themselves. The room I had certainly was not one that was renovated. The grounds had trash and debris everywhere. The room was sparsely furnished and what was in my room must have come from thrift stores. I will not recommend this place to anyone or stay there again.

Unfortunately anything I liked was downgraded by the noise at night. There were alot of people that made ALOT of noise outside at night. The walls are thin so not sure if they were right outside our door or in the next room but it was awful. No sleep at all on this short getaway. The room was clean, the towels could be upgraded. I asked for regular coffee packets a couple of times and was told yes they would bring them but that never happened. Other then that any other interaction with staff in the office was pleasant and helpful.

Our original room AC was not working. Told the front staff and they immediately took a look at it and got us another room with a working AC unit. The front staff was friendly and quick to respond.

First impression in office building was not the best. Obvious construction of pool/ office building gave the impression that the property may have been closed. No one at Front desk for 10 minutes (the next day office locked at 9am ?). Things got better after check in and parked by the room, as there were a lot of guests. The room was also clean and updated. Keyless door, don’t forget to enter the code to “Lock” the door when you leave. Good inexpensive place to spend the night, if you are ok with minimal support from the staff.

Pros: Its a perfect location if you are alone. Our room had a kitchen. Everything is close. Across the street is a diner that closes at 2pm. Mini golf down the road and a water park. Cons: Some people live there so they look at you as if you are entering there home. They very carefully watch what you bring in to your hotel room. Overall: I would travel there alone. The kitchen is helpful

Check in was friendly and informative Townhouse was updated and very clean with modern fixtures. The shower had great pressure and plenty of water settings. AC worked great There’s a good size refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a microwave all clean. Plenty of lighting options a desk large closet. Beds were clean and no trouble sleeping. Location close places to have meals. Grocery store across the street. This hotel was great for our 3 night stay. Budget friendly. They gave me a nice deal when booking the 3rd night. Overall a very nice stay

I wasnt aware that the property was essentially under construction. The pool was completely defunct. The dumpster area was a disaster with a dilapitated fence and other trash or stuff all in the area. The pictures online showed what I believe were the townhouses, but we had a single room in the corner so that was a bit disappointing. The location is what it is. It is a bit noisy because it's a busy intersection of 28. The sidewalk runs out in one direction so walking places is a little tough. All in all it was ok for two nights.

Was the worst stay I’ve experienced and I’ve been traveling for over 40 years. This should not be an option on your site. Literally stayed in a room that was reserved for staff. Awful experience all around.

Our stay got off poorly with a leaky roof in the bathroom. Our new room was better with clean linen and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the room only had ceiling lights ( no lamps) and the coffee maker had cups that didn't fit so unable to use. The air conditioner and bathroom fan were loud. The microwave and refrigerator were plugged into a non-functioning outlet and we didn't notice the refrigerator immediately but we were able to shift the appliances to a different outlet. While the bedroom decorations were fairly sparse, the bathroom appeared fairly recently upgraded with nice tile work, new vanity and shower as well as a makeup mirror. There wasn't a hair dryer. We did speak with the manager/owner as we were leaving and he did say that he was sorry we didn't speak out earlier so that some things could have been remedied.

There were only sheets on the King bed and one Queen size thin blanket folded on a shelf. They immediately responded to our request for blankets and a working TV. They very much wanted to present well and they were very kind Owners. The room had a faint smell of mold. The bathroom appeared to be updated, but we discovered a puddle of water in the cabinet under the sink, as well as a bit of mold and rotting wood. Overall, the room needs cosmetic TLC, matching shades, good bed linens, better furniture pieces, etc. Not worth the price, but has potential and is well located.
