No windows to open The room card has to be on to have electricity in the room. To turn off the light at night , you need to take the card off so there is no way to charge the phones or devices at night. No hangers in the bathroom Staff is sweet and accommodating. Swimming pool is great

Bel hotel, très difficile d'accès avec le GPS quand on n'est pas prévenu. Chambre petite mais idéale pour une nuit. Petit déjeuner correcte mais sans plus. Comme nous venions par l'intermédiaire d'Hotels.com, nous n'avons pas eu droit au verre de bienvenu, ce qui je trouve est mesquin... Un mauvais point pour le groupe Accord !

Mon troisième ou quatrième passage dans cet hôtel et une prestation toujours sans fausse note. Le seul reproche concernerait la salle de bain, un peu petite, dans une chambre très spacieuse… Propreté, équipements et confort atteignent le sans faute. Et des remerciements chaleureux pour Marie qui a retrouvé mon portefeuille égaré et a pris le temps de me rassurer très rapidement.

Surprise à l’arrivée notre séjour commençait très mal ne pouvant pas réserver le parking sur le site à notre arrivée il était impossible de garer notre voiture de sport il n’y avait plus de places après plusieurs minutes de discutions insistante nous avons pu garer la voiture sur une place handicapé . Nous n’avons pas profité de l’espace détente piscine aucun peignoirs de disponible dans les chambres ( anormale ) et pour finir notre séjour de deux nuits nous avions les serviettes de la veille personnes n’as pris le soin de changer en même temps que le ménage de chambre . Dans l’ensemble très déçu de l’établissement.

En arrivant à 22h samedi, la réceptionniste nous a annoncé que nous n'aurions pas notre chambre par ce que nous avions été "délocalisés". Bref, notre chambre a été donnée à quelqu'un d'autre. Nous n'avons pas été prévenus et nous avons fini à l'Ibis, descente de gamme. Novotel, nous a glorieusement offert le petit déjeuner et la taxe de séjour. Un service calamiteux pour un hôtel haut dégomme qui vient d'ouvrir après des années d'attente.

En arrivant à 22h samedi, la réceptionniste nous a annoncé que nous n'aurions pas notre chambre par ce que nous avions été "délocalisés". Bref, notre chambre a été donnée à quelqu'un d'autre. Toujours agréable de venir dans cet hôtel, bien situé à proximité de la gare et de la Place du Martroi. Toujours agréable également d’être reconnu par le sympathique jeune homme de l’accueil présent depuis déjà quelques mois. Je n’ai toujours pas essayé la piscine, mais elle a l’air sympa avec des horaires confortables.

Gute Lage. Kleinere Zimmer. Sehr gutes Personal. Einfaches, aber von guter Qualität, Frühstück. Garagenplätze waren bereits ausgebucht, aber unweit gab es öffentliche Parkplätze im Freien.

Séjournant régulièrement à Orléans, je privilégie cet établissement idéal sans voiture, aux chambres propres et agréables. Toujours pas essayé la piscine. Le petit déjeuner manque d’originalité et de produits locaux.

Lovely hotel in a great location with a lovely breakfast. Parking was easy on a Saturday night and Sunday as there was free parking over the road.

L’accueil était impeccable. L’hôtel est très moderne. Chambre spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain avec douche. La piscine est juste au top ainsi que le petit déjeuner. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un véritable plus pas loin de la gare ainsi que plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité. On y séjournera une prochaine fois c’est sûr.

Très bel hôtel, proche de la gare d’Orléans, il dispose d’un parking c’est très pratique. L’hôtel dispose d’une piscine en accès libre, très agréable. Petit déjeuné complet et très bon.

Chambre confortable et spacieuse, très propre. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt au-dessus de la moyenne. Personnel très agréable et serviable. La localisation est ideale pour se balader dans la ville, aller dîner, prendre le train… J’ai enfin trouvé où dormir à Orléans !

Great location in the heart of Orleans. Friendly staff as you walk in English speaking. Room was nice we had joining rooms which worked well for our family. Breakfast was great nice selection of hot and cold to choose from in a spacious room. Parking and access to hotel is tricky when arriving in car. We couldn’t get access in car so parked in car park across the road. It’s on a tram line pedestrian fronted and to get here you need to go thru some metal barriers that you have to buzzer to reception who will bring down so you go past. Then hotel car park is next door of hotel.

I love Novotel hotels, but this one was disappointing. The 'superior' room felt cramped and gloomy. The two single beds were hard and uncomfortable. I just didn't like it. Parking is very limited underneath the hotel and good luck finding it as you need to come into a pedestrianized area and ring for bollards to be lowered. On the upside staff were fabulous.
