I would not recommend this property to travellers. The new renovations are not being taken take of. The bathroom was not properly caulked and let bugs into the bathroom. There was visible damage around the room that was not being fixed. The tables at the breakfast area were not being cleaned between customers and food was not being restocked efficiently.

The gentleman was very kind and made sure to get me an early check in as I had requested. This is right on the parkway next door to Shoney's and near the Dollywood stampede. It's an older property that's been renovated. The best part is the easy access from your car. They do have a nice refrigerator microwave kitchen in storage if you want to stay longer. I found the room to be spacious and I didn't feel cramped the bathroom was suitable and I liked the walk-in shower. Adequate water pressure to wash my hair which is something I'm very picky about. I didn't try the breakfast but I'm sure it was adequate and if I'm in the area again I would stay here again.

1st off this is a motel not a hotel as stated. 2 story, room doors open to outside. Relied on hotels.com 8.2 very good rating, that was a mistake. I seen much better rated worse. This place is a 4 at best. All kinds of noise at 6 to 7 am so don't plan on sleeping past that. Bed area was basic but clean. Shower had cracks in plastic enclosure and ants were coming in through them. Toilet seat was loose and about to fall off. Towels were old and and rough shape.

Staff went over and beyond to accommodate me during my stay. I came in for Bike Week and Melinda at the check-in was awesome. My bike needed cleaned after riding in and she was able to get me supplies I needed so I didn't have to go to find a car wash.. thank you! Room was very clean and breakfast was delicious! Found the refrigerator in my room wasn't working and that was also taken care of promptly!
