Arbio I Lax Apartments

Viele kleine Sachen haben nicht funktioniert. Zum Beispiel passen die Kaffeetassen nicht in die Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt keinen Schrank, und keinen Ort/Fläche wo man Kleidung ablegen kann. Der Eingang zum Apartment ist sehr eng und mit Staubsauger und anderem Zeugs voll gestellt so dass man mit dem Koffer gar nicht durchkommt. Die Kommunikation war schlecht: man konnte die Räume nicht abdunkeln. Gegenüber ist ein Restaurant und die Leute können direkt ins Fenster schauen man hat keine Privatsphäre. Es wurde per App Nachricht versprochen etwas vorbeizubringen: nichts ist passiert. Wir haben die Servicehotline angerufen als das Schloss am Haupteingang nicht funktioniert hat, die Person hat im Gespräch aufgelegt. Zum Glück kam eine Person vorbei die im Haus wohnt und hat für uns aufgesperrt. Ich würde diesen Ort nicht weiterempfehlen - leider - die Küche ist an und für sich sehr nett auch das Bad. Und die Gegend ist auch sehr angenehm.

I had a really great stay at this apartment in Leipzig. The place itself was beautiful, modern, clean, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. It felt thoughtfully designed and well maintained. The neighborhood was fantastic as well, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and interesting spots nearby, which made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the local atmosphere. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the overall experience was seamless from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Leipzig.
