Villa Colomba by Mmega

This property is awesome. The villa is great, comfortable with updated bathrooms. The pool area, with the bar and seating area, is amazing. We have seven grandsons, and they played soccer on the wide expanse of lawn. The views are incredible, you never get tired of looking at them. You MUST have a car, you cannot walk anywhere, the property is high on a hill. But best of all is Dan, the host. He will do anything to make your stay memorable. Ask him about his history, and the history of the villa. Incredible!

This trip was put in place to honor a deceased family member. We all had wonderful memories of him. The trip was a lifetime memory and our host Dan made it superb. I cannot give all the details of how many ways Dan worked to make our trip a success but you need to know he is a gentleman and made every effort to make us feel at home and assist in every way. The villa is wonderful and we spent many hours around the gorgeous pool area. All of our meals were outside and we enjoyed the time. I must say the view was outstanding since we could see the Duomo in Florence and the evening lights in the valley were outstanding. Go to this villa if you have the opportunity and tell Dan we said thank you again for his kindness and service.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was made even better due to Dan, who lives on site and helped us out with groceries, recommendations, and transportation. The view is amazing! I would definitely stay here again.
