This is a brand new property about 15 minutes from downtown Bend. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Large enough for a family and very comfortable. My wife loved the indoor salt water pool on the property as well.

We had to stay here because of a plumbing issue in my apartment. The staff were not empathetic to my situation. We stayed here for the pool and were even talking about being excited for it to thr staff checking us in. After i paid, they waited and told us the pool was closed and we couldnt get a refund.

I was surprised by the amenities inside the room. Hotel is almost new and It was impeccable, ample and well furnished. Big refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, desk and chair, big tv, nice bathroom , several cabinets. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable and the Continental Breakfast was very good too. Covered pool, outdoor BBK. A full package! Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here for 1 night. The view of the hot air balloons and mountains from our room was amazing. The pool was fun for the family. Our only gripes was the uncomfortable day bed for our young children, and the breakfast was pretty poor. The pre frozen sausage and egg patties were rubbery and cold straight out of the warmers. Definitely a cramped space for serving a full breakfast bar. The cook was doing his best with what he had to work with.

We have stayed at several of the Home2Suites and like the others, the rooms were clean, fairly spacious with full size fridge and quiet. And…like the others, my biggest complaint is breakfast. This chain always seems to have not enough seating, the bar where they put the food is always too small and cramped and the food is sub-par. But…overall it’s an “8” - which is why we chose it when the price and location are right.

Either there was a leak inside of the fridge or the previous guest had spilled water on the top shelf and it was not cleaned up. The door to the bathroom was very difficult to slide open and close The front door needed to be pushed open and closed with force. I’m not sure if all the doors were like this or just ours

Room and building are in great condition and very clean inside. Staff very friendly and efficient. I was looking forward to a great breakfast to start my two day vacation but the food was horrible and only decaf coffee was available on first morning. Caffeinated coffee was available on the second morning. I would rather go to McDonald’s for breakfast. The Canadian bacon on morning two had the taste and texture of a bicycle inner tube.

First room they gave us had blood spots on the couch so they gave us another room. That room had someone's shoes under the bed and when u took the pillow case there was blood spots all over it. So disgusting. Would not recommend this place at all

The Studio room was perfect, had a nice kitchen area by the front door equipped with its own dish soap to clean up the dishes on the rack for your convenience, a big enough fridge rather than a small mini fridge and a comfy workspace for laptops. Had a zoom meeting and the participants had complimented the room design and couldn’t tell if it was a hotel or a home. The bed is cozy and clean, didn’t have excessive pillows. Bathroom was nice, though I did see some bathrooms have hose like shower heads while my room had a static shower head which made it difficult to rinse the shower clean and to rinse yourself. The hot water almost heated up instantly so there was no need to wait for the water to heat up before jumping right into the shower. The breakfast was very good, maybe have another selection of eggs by themselves rather than it being mixed with cheese. But the place itself was very nice, lobby was toasty warm on a cold snowy day and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. I would book my stay back here again the next time I come visit Bend, great price for great service

I would definitely stay here again. Check-in was easy, and they accommodated our request for a late checkout. We had a little kitchenette in our room. We didn't use much of it, but greatly appreciated having a full size refrigerator/freezer to keep things from our cooler preserved overnight. The location was very convenient. The bed was the best of our seven-day driving trip, and the bathroom had kleenex! (which seems to be a "luxury" nowadays in most hotels.)

Nice room and facility. Only issue was our room was on the top floor. We believe the electrical units were on the roof above us and our room was extremely noisy . Which made it very difficult to sleep .

The hotel is fairly easy to find, located near Highway 20 on the east side of Bend. There are shops nearby that could be walked to. Also, our room was relatively big for a hotel room and included a couch, as well as a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and even included plates and glasses we could use; there's also a dishwasher in the room to put used dishes & glasses in when done with them. The shampoo, body wash, and soap included in the bathroom was nice. Also, although the room had an air conditioner, I feel like a fan or two in the room would have also been a nice touch. The wifi was decent. And we brought a streaming device with us, and we were able to connect it to the TV easily and get it on the wifi and stream some content we like to watch that way. The bed was okay, although somewhat hard (not so good for a stomach sleeper). The pillows seemed to be stuffed with down, which are soft but they become flat fairly quickly. There was ice available in the hall that we could conveniently get ourselves, which was nice.

We booked through Expedia. But when we arrived, it was sold out. They would not honor our reservation now did they call us to let us know that Expedia overbooked. No apologies from staff. Terrible customer service IMO. A single phone call doesn’t seem like too much to ask from Hilton or Expedia to inform us of the overbooking.

I was highly disappointed when i checked in. There is a reason yoy reserve a certain room for different reasons. When i went to check in, the room i was expecting was given away and the only reason i was given, was apparently we overbooked. I felt like i was in the Seinfeld episode of the rental car. Yoy know how to take the reservation, yoy just dont know how to hold the reservation. I was not offered any compensation for this and it was very discouraging

When I arrived, the staff were unable to check guests in because their "system wasn't processing credit cards." I explained that I already paid through hotels.com but they weren't able to get me my room. I only had 45 minutes between events at the conference i was attending, so it was really disappointing as i had been up traveling since 4 am. There were half a dozen guests who were also waiting. The staff were friendly and kind, but they were obviously overwhelmed by such an issue. Then once they were able to check me in, I rushed up to my room, now late for the dinner and upon opening the door, the room was full of construction materials and not in any condition to check in to. So then I had to go back to the desk, explain the situation and get a new room. Only to rush back out the door to drive across town for a dinner I was already late to. Not a great experience.

Stay was amazing! Hotel was very clean and breakfast was actually really good! The only thing I did not like was the fact that I paid for my room before my stay and they still tried to charge me again when I got there resulting in an extra $300 charge that I wasn’t able to get refunded till 3 days after my trip! And that was only when I finally called hotels.com and they talked to the hotel to get me my refund lol

This hotel is severely understaffed. They do not answer the phone if you call from your room and if you go down to the desk they cannot help with things like blankets or towels or how to get rid of garbage. There is no housekeeping. I stayed three days and repeatedly asked for a place to throw my garbage, new towels, a blanket for the pullout couch with zero results. My daughter took the bed and I took the couch and covered up with a towel. They couldn’t replace keys. The desk was often unmanned. I cannot believe I spend almost $600/night for the worst hotel experience of my life.

This is a brand new property about 15 minutes from downtown Bend. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Large enough for a family and very comfortable. My wife loved the indoor salt water pool on the property as well.

I would definitely stay here again. Check-in was easy, and they accommodated our request for a late checkout. We had a little kitchenette in our room. We didn't use much of it, but greatly appreciated having a full size refrigerator/freezer to keep things from our cooler preserved overnight. The location was very convenient. The bed was the best of our seven-day driving trip, and the bathroom had kleenex! (which seems to be a "luxury" nowadays in most hotels.)

This was a quick trip for a medical procedure but the room was very comfortable and we loved the kitchenette which had a great fridge. We also loved the curtain between the couch and beds for some added privacy. The breakfast was outstanding!

The hotel is fairly easy to find, located near Highway 20 on the east side of Bend. There are shops nearby that could be walked to. Also, our room was relatively big for a hotel room and included a couch, as well as a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and even included plates and glasses we could use; there's also a dishwasher in the room to put used dishes & glasses in when done with them. The shampoo, body wash, and soap included in the bathroom was nice. Also, although the room had an air conditioner, I feel like a fan or two in the room would have also been a nice touch. The wifi was decent. And we brought a streaming device with us, and we were able to connect it to the TV easily and get it on the wifi and stream some content we like to watch that way. The bed was okay, although somewhat hard (not so good for a stomach sleeper). The pillows seemed to be stuffed with down, which are soft but they become flat fairly quickly. There was ice available in the hall that we could conveniently get ourselves, which was nice.

Everything was fantastic except two of the mornings, the man in charge of breakfast stopped before 9am (when it went till 9:30). We got to breakfast at 8:55 and asked for eggs. He said no. We asked for yogurt or bread and he said no.

The rooms and overall look of the Hotel was very nice. The staff were wonderful as well. The only downfall was there completely breakfast. It was unremarkable and very empty/limited.

Room and building are in great condition and very clean inside. Staff very friendly and efficient. I was looking forward to a great breakfast to start my two day vacation but the food was horrible and only decaf coffee was available on first morning. Caffeinated coffee was available on the second morning. I would rather go to McDonald’s for breakfast. The Canadian bacon on morning two had the taste and texture of a bicycle inner tube.

We enjoyed our stay here for 1 night. The view of the hot air balloons and mountains from our room was amazing. The pool was fun for the family. Our only gripes was the uncomfortable day bed for our young children, and the breakfast was pretty poor. The pre frozen sausage and egg patties were rubbery and cold straight out of the warmers. Definitely a cramped space for serving a full breakfast bar. The cook was doing his best with what he had to work with.

We stay at Home2Suites fairly regularly and it’s usually a good choice. This one, while fine and we still had a good trip, was not great - probably the bottom of the list. Our room was not well cleaned or stocked, our room must have been next to a main building HVAC system or something because there was a hovering helicopter type noise coming through the wall 24/7 (not our room fan which was actually just fine), the elevator is far away from everything, and the breakfast was a large disappointment compared to what you’d usually expect from this chain. Our trip was still good and the location of this place is convenient, so there’s no major red flags if you want to stay here, but I think I’ll choose somewhere else next time.

Amazing property! Spent a week here. Delicious breakfast and the staff were meticulous about keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean. Loved the outdoor patio and grill area. Everyone was so nice, bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
