Elevators were not both working

We booked here specifically for the indoor pool so my daughter could swim if it was still raining and the water was so cold she couldn’t! Her lips were turning purple! 4th of July weekend and couldn’t even swim for more than 5 mins! I’ll book an outside pool next time! I just assume indoor was heated or room temp! Everything else was great! New and clean!

Beautiful and well maintained. Close to lots of things to do and places to eat. Staff always is sitting and doesn’t stand to greet - weird to me - I’m in destination business and never seen anything like it. Asking front desk small questions was almost annoying because of the crass perception. Loved the fitness center and breakfast! Highly recommend’

Property was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable but we had issues keeping the sheets on during the night. Not a deal breaker just uncomfortable. The pool isnt heated so it was cold and only the kids got in. Our toilet in our room didnt flush well and the a/c kept either turning off or swapping over to the heater. Overall good stay.

Our stay was good, breakfast was good ,the hotel was clean and good location. The pool is tiny..

This hotel was one of the most cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool was clean with lots of towels available. I would stay here again!

It was a nice hotel. the breakfast was very good and had great parking. I booked this hotel for a pool because its summer time and wanted to swim. it was very green and murky. i could have save $60 and stayed at a non pool hotel

Parking with trailer was easy

Location was great. Buc-ees right across the street and an entire shopping area with restaurants and a-lot of stores 4min walk away. The room itself was fairly small though. And the refrigerator literally smelled like urine which was an automatic star demotion.

The hotel was spotless. The people were very friendly and polite. They were there when I needed help. I highly recommend this hotel! My room was excellent!

The property appears to be relatively new, and was according quite nice. However the available staff was overwhelmed when we checked in on a Saturday night. The property was overbooked and there appeared to be only two people working. Check in seemed smooth, but when we reached our room (around 11pm) it had not been cleaned, with beds unmade, bathroom a mess, and trash strewn on the counter. One of the two staff ran up to the room to clean it while we waited in the lobby. It took about 20-30 min to return to the room after it was quickly cleaned and the beds were changed and made. However the bathroom/toilet was still a mess, resulting in my wife cleaning it herself. This was all after driving for 11 hours, so needless to say, we were not thrilled. I don’t even blame the staff that was there when we arrived, since the room was presumably vacated at least 10-11 hours earlier but had not been cleaned all day. The site needs more staff and more time to train them. Maybe our experience was an aberration but I somehow doubt it.

Lobby was beautiful, well lit, smelled clean and the staff was very welcoming. The room was updated and spacious, quiet, cold and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Buckees was within walking distance and the area seemed safe. Checkout was easy. We would stay there again.

Property was clean as usual and the the breakfast was typical. Staff was courteous and friendly as well. We stay here every year because it is consistently a good, clean friendly location.

Front desk staff were rude as could be and then, to make matters worse, arrived at room to find it was already occupied… by cockroaches.

The room smelled of strong mildew. Lighting is inadequate in rooms. Fitness center was dirty and not maintained. Breakfast area was unorganized and messy. The location is great, the staff was helpful and they let me check in early.

This has to be the cleanest and best smelling property I’ve ever been to. It was quite not smelling like cigarettes or marijuana when we got off the elevator. Breakfast was real eggs lol! Pool was nice and quiet for my kids. Shopping right at your fingertips. Loved it. Instead of going into the city I will be going there from now own!

Cheap floors, stains on couch.

Disappointed in the breakfast - no milk options. The hotel was very clean and the room was nice. You can hear the footsteps of the quests above you.

Terrible weekend stay through August 1st - 4th. I booked for work & I work nights & the AC in room 310 was terrible. As soon as I walked in it was hot, but figured housekeeping had bumped up the temperature, so I dropped it down. Left for work & figured it’d be cool once I got back. I was terribly mistaken. The room was still hot! Thankfully I carry a small travel fan with me when I travel for work, or else I would not have been able to sleep in those conditions. I called the front desk when I got back & the guy said to leave it at 68° with the fan turned “on”. I gave it a try & when I got back Sunday morning, it was worse & way too hot. I called the front desk again & asked to be transferred to a different room so I could sleep more comfortably but she said I couldn’t be transferred to another room since all the rooms were full & housekeeping would need to clean them first. She said the earliest I would be able to get into another room would be after 2/3pm. That wasn’t an option for me since I sleep during the day & I was not staying up just to get 2 hours of sleep. She gave me her managers email & I emailed “Christopher” explaining the horrible AC room condition & requested a partial refund. Have yet to hear from the manager. Overall, yes, I managed to sleep but without any blankets on me, it was way too hot. When checking out, I asked if any others have complained & she said “Yes, we’ve had multiple complaints”. Beware staying here if you work nights! I won’t be returning.

The hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. The receptionist was polite and helpful.

It was a good stay except for somebody was stomping on the floor above us both nights & it went on all night! We had to turn on our sound machine to try to drown out the noise it it only helped a little. We will definitely stay there again & hope it’s a little quieter.

Refrigerator was leaking in our room was having Wi-Fi issues

Everything was perfect. Except is was almost 80 degrees in our room when we walked in and did not cool off much in the 6 hours we had the ac turned down. Just stagnant air and mediocre AC. NOT happy

Stayed two days and tv never worked until 10:00pm the night before we left. No one really cared that’s it was an issue and told us we would not get a refund for no tv.

My room was very clean and very well maintained! The noise level was great, not much noise at all was heard. The bed was a King size and so comfortable. Everything was awesome from check in to check out! Thank you!

This was my third time to stay here. The first two were great. My only complaint is the a/c in the room was not working very well. It would not get cold.

Front desk - went out of her way. Nice hotel, clean and beautiful. Still smells new.

I was refused check-in by the front desk. I paid for an executive King Room room 7 days in advance and was turned away. I'm trying to get a refund by filing a dispute through Pay-Pal. The front desk refused my check-in....I had to find accommodations at another nearby hotel.

Front desk person seemed overwhelmed. Waited over 40 minutes for her to figure out if our room was clean or not at 5pm check in. She finally looked up from her monitor after about 30 minutes and said “ well I guess all I can do is go see if your room is clean” then walked off. At the 40 minute mark she yelled across the lobby that our room was ready. Made the trek upstairs and down the hall only to find that the key cards wouldn’t work. Back downstairs we go. Anyway after we finally got into the room the property is new and clean.

Staff was never at the front desk day or night. At check in the rooms were not ready. We can not check in via an app or text but can check out via text. Check out text was way too early and it woke me up. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. Surprisingly the beds are comfortable.

When checking into the hotel we were told by the night staff we could checkout at noon. The employee told me that she would put it on my room so day shift would know. Morning comes and the employee in the morning said it was not notated on my room and gave us 10 minutes to leave. This was very unfortunate and has never happened to me before. I will never stay at this location again

I checked into my room and was given the key for room 223. I then went to my room to check on it before heading to my family's get-together. I left one key in the room and then left. Fortunately I did not leave any belongings in my room since I only had one bag for my trip and left it in the car. That was a blessing because of what happened next. I came back from my family's party and was unable to access my room with my key. When I went to the front desk they showed I was in room 220 and that I had never checked in, which I did online earlier in the day and also at the front desk. The breakfast was not too bad but the gravy for the biscuits was cold and inedible. The remote control for the TV was only useful for power and volume, nothing else so I was unable to change channels either via the channel selector or typing in a channel number; nor did the guide button work. I will definitely go back to staying a Tru next door going forward.

Going through a third party, you know you will be required to put down a deposit. LQ Terrell required a $150 deposit for incidentals. After checking out, the following day a $150 charge went through, but there was no credit back. I called the LQ Terrell location to inquire. The front desk gentleman stated I would be getting the $150 credit; it will take a few days. Note, the credit back to the card was prompted by this customer. The following day I received a -$145 credit back to the card. I called the LQ Terrell location back to inquire about the full deposit refund. I was told by the front desk lady I was charged $5 because there was a hanger missing from the closet. I did not use, nor take any hanger. I emailed the GM of the location, only to be told that he would not be crediting back the $5 because the inventory check was short 1 hanger. I disputed this as I did not take a hanger. The reply from the GM stated I could have accidently packed it up. Lol. This was not the case at all as I travel routinely for work and have never taken a hanger from a closet. This customer would expect a little more understanding on this concern, such as we'll look into the inventory and get back to you, but instead it was a flat out, we aren't crediting it back. It's $5 and the principle behind this is working with the customer, not shutting them down. Inventory your room with caution if you stay at this location. Very disappointed Wyndam Hotels/LQ Customer.

Very nice, new hotel. Walking distance to Bucees and several restaurants.

Staff and property were fantastic. Location was conveniently located for dining, shopping and gas. Extra bonus was it's proximity to Bucees

The stay was great. The only issue i have is that the noise was a bit much. We were on the Bucees side and it was noisy at night- motorcycles mainly. Next time we'll ask for the other side of the hotel.

Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and ver accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located in a not so busy area but surrounded by shopping, fuel, and dinning.

Clean room. It's right next to Buccees, which is a major plus. Next to that is a movie theater, shopping center, and other restaurants. Everything is within walking distance

Location was good for us. Noted the sound proofing and the light blocking shade, those really help. Our view was of the new Buc ees car wash and interstate traffic, but the car wash is so cute we actually enjoyed watching them working on the murals. Will use again. (Enjoyed dinner in Terrell at Cole Mountain, very good).

I liked that the property was easily accessible from the interstate and near shopping.

the A/C was not cold and the breakfast was cold and bc i used expesia i had tk pay 150 incidentals charge which was as much as the room

When we came down for breakfast around 9am there was very little food left. No milk for cereal or juice. They should plan for the amount of guest they have staying.

Pillows were like a rock. Asked for softer pillows and they do not have any. Had purchase my own. Breakfast was posted as available at 7:00am (had to leave by 7:30 for an appointment) Breakfast was not fully open until 7:15am was not able to enjoy the breakfast.

Very comfortable room. Great breakfast, hot eggs and bacon, waffles, etc. Coffee all day and night in the lobby.

Rooms are larger and clean. Location is great. The only downside is the breakfast, which was below average.

Breakfast is not very good here! It would be nice if there was a healthier selection. Rooms lose internet connection often, really interrupts tv and work.

This property was clean, smelled fabulous. Beautiful. Friendly very courteous and helpful staff. Room service was great. Breakfast was delicious; lots of variety. Nice indoor pool.
