Saubere und moderne Zimmer. Leider liegt das Hotel etwas außerhalb der City. Parken ist nur im öffentlichen Parkmhaus möglich und die Ladesäulen vor dem Hotel funktionieren nicht.

We booked two rooms and none of them has been serviced regularly. When the maid brought towels, she never cleaned the sink, shower or bathroom floor. Neither did she vacuum or change/clean the used cups next to the coffee maker. We cleaned the sink ourselves and wiped the - stained - shower with used towels. Breakfast was mediocre with hardly any options for those who wanted to eat a healthy breakfast. The treadmill in the gym was broken during our four night stay. Despite the fact that the elevators had just been installed in 2021, one constantly malfunctioned. The removed walls showed lots of dirt spots. However, the staff was very nice and tried their best to offset the apparent bad management in this hotel. The other plus side was that dogs could stay in the rooms for free which our Lab very much enjoyed.

Positiv: Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung und Sauberkeit der Zimmer, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, allerdings mit viel Andrang trotz Wochentag vor 8 Uhr. Ausreichend Parken im Parkhaus oder auf Parkplatz. Negativ: kein Discount für Parken. Preis für Parken nicht nachvollziehbar, wir haben von 17 bis 10 Uhr 12 Euro gezahlt, hätte durch Nachttarif deutlich weniger sein müssen. Das ist natürlich kein Fehler des Hotels, sondern nur ein Hinweis.

Ganske glimrende hotel til en enkelt overnatning ned gennem Europa. Hotellet ligger tæt på motorvejen, hvilket gør det let tilgængeligt. Lige overfor hotellet er der et oplyst parkeringshus med masser af pladser. God morgenmad med mange valgmuligheder.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut - neu war für uns, dass die Tische beim Frühstück nicht gedeckt waren. Was für ein 4Sterne Haus nicht akzeptabel ist: ein schmutziger Vorhang im Zimmer (mit Loch). Anhand der Falten und dem damit entstandenen Streifenmuster kann man erkennen, dass der Vorhang vor ewiger Zeit das letzte Mal gewaschen wurde.

Leider lässt die Sauberkeit im Zimmer etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Toilette war nicht sauber. Nach 7:30 ist der Frühstückssaahl so voll, dass man kein Platz mehr bekommt.

While the check-in staff as well as the staff during breakfast was very friendly, housekeeping (by an external provider) was lacking tremendously. One of our booked rooms was never cleaned. In our second room that was paid attention to, the maid only changed towels, yet never cleaned the bathroom (neither sink, nor shower, toilet or floor). We had to do this ourselves with the help of paper towels and hand soap). She didn't vacuum and only quickly adjusted the blanket on the bed. She never cleaned/changed the used cups next to the coffee maker or added new coffee/tea. Breakfast was mediocre at best. For those trying to eat healthy and low-carb, there was hardly anything there. Considering that the hotel was supposedly renovated only four years ago, the wall were stained with black spots. The treadmill in the gym was out of order. One of the two elevators (installed in 2021!) was constantly malfunctioning.

AC not working well in our first room. We switched rooms and it worked a bit better. Seems to be an older hotel and more budget friendly. Staining on carpets in both rooms we were in. Breakfast was really good and free.plenty of parking in the parade beside the hotel

Mycket bra hotell nära motorvägen. Mycket bra skick och förväntad nivå på service. Mycket bra frukostbuffé men dock saknas varm mat såsom äggröra/bacon och pannkakor. Rummen ganska små för tre fullstora personer men funkar för en natt på genomresa.

We had a great experience here. We utilized the train system and its within walking distance to the hotel. Roughly around 10 min walk. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful I. Giving recommendations on where to eat and shop. That area, is also walking distance from the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious.

Für Belegung mit 3 Personen sehr kleines Zimmer. Klimaanlage ohne Funktion daher sehr heiß in der Nacht und bei geöffnetem Fenster extrem laut. Es wurde nach Reklamation ein Zimmertausch angeboten. Frühstück recht übersichtlich mit Standardauswahl. Zu wenig Plätze im Frühstücksraum. Dadurch sehr wuselig und mit Wartezeit. Alles in allem deutlich zu teuer für die gebotene Leistung.

Ankunft 15:30 - Zimmer 1 noch nicht sauber, wieder zurück zur Rezeption Zimmer 2 in Ordnung. Nach 4 Stunden fängt es an aus der Klimaanlage zu tropfen. Wieder zurück zur Rezeption Zimmer 3 scheint wieder in Ordnung. Mitten in der Nacht fängt es wieder an stark aus der Klimaanlage zu tropfen, sodass man dabei nicht schlafen kann.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, wir waren auf der Durchreise von Kroatien dort. Alles top. Sauber, Personal nett, Frühstück top, für jeden etwas dabei. Einziger Minuspunkt , wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin, die war viel zu laut, man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen, unmöglich.

Lange Schlange beim Check-in. Die Dame hinterm Tresen war ziemlich gestresst und hat das mehrfach verkündet. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war das Hotel ziemlich ausgebucht. Das hat sich beim Frühstück bemerkbar gemacht. Teilweise gab es Wartezeiten für einen Sitzplatz und beim Buffet war Chaos angesagt. Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter waren aber sichtlich bemüht, alles in den Griff zu bekommen. Check-out lief super. Ansonsten ein normales Holiday Inn. Sauber und ordentliche Lage. Parken muss man im benachbarten öffentlichen Parkhaus. Die Preise dafür sind moderat (11,50€/Tag wenn ich mich richtig entsinne).

Der Aufenthalt im Holiday Inn Express in Rosenheim war sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber, das Bett überaus bequem, das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und gut. Das Parkhaus liegt gleich daneben. Die Einkaufsstraße mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir (meine Frau und ich) sehr zufrieden.

Das Personal tat uns leid. Am 17.07. ging beim Frühstück einiges schief. Buffet war klein und schnell leer geräumt. Die Tassen gingen aus. Eine Kaffee-Maschine von zwei, war immer defekt. Freie Plätze an Tischen gab es kaum. Mitten in der Nacht mussten wir wegen eines andauernden lauten Tons das Fenster schließen

We booked two rooms and none of them has been serviced regularly. When the maid brought towels, she never cleaned the sink, shower or bathroom floor. Neither did she vacuum or change/clean the used cups next to the coffee maker. We cleaned the sink ourselves and wiped the - stained - shower with used towels. Breakfast was mediocre with hardly any options for those who wanted to eat a healthy breakfast. The treadmill in the gym was broken during our four night stay. Despite the fact that the elevators had just been installed in 2021, one constantly malfunctioned. The removed walls showed lots of dirt spots. However, the staff was very nice and tried their best to offset the apparent bad management in this hotel. The other plus side was that dogs could stay in the rooms for free which our Lab very much enjoyed.

While the check-in staff as well as the staff during breakfast was very friendly, housekeeping (by an external provider) was lacking tremendously. One of our booked rooms was never cleaned. In our second room that was paid attention to, the maid only changed towels, yet never cleaned the bathroom (neither sink, nor shower, toilet or floor). We had to do this ourselves with the help of paper towels and hand soap). She didn't vacuum and only quickly adjusted the blanket on the bed. For those trying to eat healthy and low-carb, there was hardly anything there. Considering that the hotel was supposedly renovated only four years ago, the wall were stained with black spots.
