The separate, modern Carriage House was perfect for us celebrating our Anniversary. We felt special in our walk-in shower, open tub & outdoor Firepit overlooking the vineyards. Amazing place! The accommodations were just perfect for my family. The surrounding views from the property were just stunning. The kitchen and coffee bar were well stocked. The large wine fridge was an added bonus. We all just loved our visit.

Cocavin Carriage House was exactly what I was looking for in a mid-week getaway. I love how it’s decorated and the bed is SO comfortable. The kitchen and bath have everything a traveler needs. The views are stunning. You’re given the freedom to explore the property— so welcoming and friendly. There is short hike up to these amazing old oak trees and picnic table that is just the thing in the early morning and at sunset. Cocavin feels private but safe and secure. I felt off the beaten path but not too remote. It’s situated just off a beautiful road dotted with wineries, farms and vineyards, pastures with cows and adorable goats. My camera got a workout. I thought I was in paradise and can’t wait to visit again next spring. It’s a 10 out of 10.

We wanted a quiet weekend and we got it! The little house is cute and efficient. The view of the sunrise is spectacular. We made good use of the gate to the boutique tasting room next door. We would come back. The one concern was the proximity to the main house but that was a non-issue. The bonus feature was being able to walk the working vineyard property for a little excercise. We had a chef-catered dinner and did some great wine tasting but the highlight of the weekend was just sitting on the back patio enjoying the view. We could have stayed there forever! There were 6 of us there for a reunion weekend, and the house was plenty big enough for all of us to have our own space, but cosy enough to spend time together. I highly recommend Cocavin.

We enjoy cooking and we could not be comfortable doing so bcz the sink was sooo backed up. It was disgusting to try and run any water to clean dishes or was produce etc. even running the dishwasher the sink backed up into smelly, nasty concoction of waste. Also the bathroom sink was slow and not conducive to brushing one’s teeth.

We really enjoyed our stay, perfect location next to our favorite wineries. We couldn’t get enough of the epic view surrounding this property. Absolutely stunning! Our family was in love and will definitely be returning. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. The casita was a huge plus, so comfortable and beautiful. Staying here on our first trip to Paso Robles was perfect. It was very peaceful and scenic. The cottage was beautifully put together with everything we needed. We loved the tub, the bed was comfy and the fireplace was great in the morning chill. We walked the grounds and there were wonderful wineries close by We would return!

Outstanding option away from the hubbub of the city nestled within a vineyard. Fantastic access to west side wineries. Our host even let us participate in some grape harvesting. We’ll definitely return.

The view is nice and pretty private. Woke up to the sunrise out the window. The tasting room right next-door is super convenient and the wineries on Adelaida Road are great. We’d come back for sure.
