Beautiful hotel with great views of the city. Wonderful staff. Zou Zous restaurant in the hotel is really good. We stayed in the deluxe king and there was ample drawer space to unpack. There are 2 Starbucks steps from the hotel and many outdoor seating areas around the hotel. The 7 train is 1 short block away, and Hudson Yards is across the street. We loved it!

Beautiful hotel in the new Hudson Yards development. Rooms and interior spaces were beautifully decorated, comfortable and well thought out, with plenty of wonderful small touches, especially the turn down service. Service was second to none, I feel guilty I can't recall any staff names to properly thank them here but every single person we interacted with was lovely and genuinely helpful and attentive without being over the top. Room was great, well sized (rare for NYC) with a good view a comfortable bed and powerful shower. The separate bathroom and toilet room is also a nice touch. The chairs by the window are great for a morning coffee watching the sunrise over Manhattan, and the pods were the best coffee pods I've ever had. Lobby bar was cool, unfortunately couldnt check out the other bar as it was closed for a provage function when we were there, and the coffee shop downstairs had excellent coffees and pastries. It was the best hotel I've ever been to and its not even close. The worst part about it was that I had to leave when my trip was over.

This hotel exceeded every single expectation I had. It was so convenient being only a 3 minute walk to Penn Station, had an amazing coffee shop right next door, had some great shops right behind the hotel, and had the greatest staff. We also ordered room service multiple times and the food was not your typical hotel food. It was delicious. We will absolutely be staying there again on our next visit to NYC!!

Great: Gym, Rooms, helpful staff Not so great: Apart from your room, you cannot really work from somewhere else in the Hotel, there is only a small lounge to hang, the restaurants are not suitable. Room with skyline view is not really a skyline view. My room was facing two big towers, so this is definitely missleading.

The Pendry Hotel exceeded all our expectations. We arrived at 6:00 am after a long flight and we thought they wouldn't give us the room until the beginning of the afternoon but surprisingly they gave it to us right away. The hotel is modern with a very pleasant clean atmosphere and its fitness center is equipped with the latest gym equipment. They are very generous with the amenities as well as with water and other supplies. The people are very friendly, always willing to help. They have the hospitality concept very clear. I will recommend it a million times.

Staying at The pendry with our family was a great experience from start to finish. Room was excellent. food at breakfast and room service was excellent. Great location to be based. Beautiful hotel centrally located in Midtown Manhattan. New age chic that is beyond my understanding and may be very appealing to some but discomforting to me. Dim lighting in hallways and elevators where it is tres chic to color the buttons, numbers and backgrounds in black made it near impossible to avoid calling the fire department versus your desired floor! Overly complicated lighting switches either left you in the dark when they chit off automatically or in ultra bright lighting with all lights lit. Beautiful hotel centrally located in Midtown Manhattan. New age chic that is beyond my understanding and may be very appealing to some but discomforting to me. Dim lighting in hallways and elevators where it is tres chic to color the buttons, numbers and backgrounds in black made it near impossible to avoid calling the fire department versus your desired floor! Overly complicated lighting switches either left you in the dark when they chit off automatically or in ultra bright lighting with all lights lit. Condition of the room is excellent and amenities are nice. Only thing that bothers me was the checkout process. I provided my email address and asked to receive billing statement when I checkout. Instead I received a few other people’s invoice and not even for the same pendry location. I am disappointed at the communication process and concern about IT security.

What a fantastic experience. Oksana and Daniel made our stay at the Pendry very special. They were fantastically welcoming and couldn't of done more to make us feel at home. They gave us games for the boys to play and even a camera to take old style polaroid photos. It is the only place we are staying on our future trips to NYC!

I love Pendry Hotels and prefer to stay at them whenever they are available. This time around though was not up to the standard typically experienced. Everything was solid but the Concierge service. No help was provided despite requested bookings behind brief suggestions via text message. I hope they can get back to above and beyond amazing hospitality.

This is my go-to hotel for work trips. Can’t beat it. You can’t beat the location. As a female traveling solo to nyc for work, I feel safe on the property. It is across the street from Moynihan Train Station… next to whole foods, 3 coffee shops near by, several great restaurants footsteps from the hotel… and if you’re like me and sometimes forget to bring your work top that matches your outfit, Hudson yards is a block away, easy spot to pick up last minute items or get a fresh mani. As for the rooms, I sleep well there, the rooms are comfortable and spacious for a NYC hotel room. Going to Chicago later this year for work and can’t wait to check it out, hope it’s the same experience I’ve had with manhattan west!

This hotel exceeded every single expectation I had. It was so convenient being only a 3 minute walk to Penn Station, had an amazing coffee shop right next door, had some great shops right behind the hotel, and had the greatest staff. We also ordered room service multiple times and the food was not your typical hotel food. It was delicious. We will absolutely be staying there again on our next visit to NYC!!

Great hotel and a brand we love, however, it’s not a patch on the Pendry San Diego or Washington. Location is good and staff were friendly, but the food and lobby amenities were disappointing. There are better and lower cost 5 and 4 star hotels in NYC.

The entire staff had a calm and kindness, a servant-heart attitude that immediately welcomed you in and dropped any travel anxieties at the door. Great location for the west side, quick 23mins to Newark, away from the crowds but close if you want to wander in. Dean, one of the bellmen helped us on the way out with pleasure and the first night, a wonderful gentleman let us keep our vintage classic car right in front until we returned from Lion King, then I went to park it myself. They made it clear immediately that they were there to help us and nothing was a big deal. That also had plenty of umbrellas for each guest which came in, more than handy, today as it was pretty stormy outside.

Beautiful boutique hotel conveniently located near Penn Station but still quiet and peaceful. Wonderful and attentive staff. Check in was easy. Kids received welcome gifts.
